Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with serum zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox 1(ZEB1)and lymphocyte activation gene 3(LAG-3)in the early diagnosis of endometrial cancer.Methods From July 2021 to August 2023,totally 97 suspected patients with endometrial cancer who visited the hospital were collected in the study.After endometrial biopsy,they were separated into malignant group(46 cases)and benign group(51 cases).The clinical and pathological characteristics of the patients were collected,vaginal ultrasound examination was performed on the patients,and serum ZEB1 mR-NA and LAG-3 levels were detected.Kappa test was applied to analyze the consistency between transvaginal ultrasound,ZEB1 mRNA,LAG-3,and their combined diagnosis and biopsy diagnosis.Receiver operating char-acteristic(ROC)curve was applied to compare the value of transvaginal ultrasound,ZEB1 mRNA,LAG-3 and their combination in the early diagnosis of endometrial cancer.Results The levels of ZEB1mRNA and LAG-3 in the malignant group were higher than those in the benign group(P＜0.05).Patients with International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)staging＞grade Ⅱ,deep muscle infiltration,distant metas-tasis,low-grade had higher ZEB1mRNA and LAG-3 levels than patients with FIGO staging≤grade Ⅱ,su-perficial muscle infiltration,no distant metastasis and medium to high differentiation(P＜0.05).The consis-tency combined between transvaginal ultrasound,ZEB1mRNA,LAG-3 diagnosis and biopsy diagnosis(Kappa=0.751)was higher than that of the three individual diagnoses(Kappa=0.647,0.605,0.666).The area un-der the curve(AUC)of combined transvaginal ultrasound,ZEB1mRNA,and LAG-3 in the diagnosis of early endometrial cancer was the largest,which was 0.925,with sensitivity of 84.78％,specificity of 90.20％,accu-racy of 87.63％,and Youden index of 0.750.Conclusion The expression of serum ZEB1 and LAG-3 is rela-tively high in patients with early endometrial cancer.The levels of serum ZEB1 and LAG-3 are related to the clinical characteristics of patients.The combination of transvaginal ultrasound,ZEB1,and LAG-3 has high clinical value in the early diagnosis of endometrial cancer.

Health service is an important part of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. Taking the cooperation practice between Shanghai Tenth People′s Hospital and Suzhou Yinshanhu Hospital as an example, this article introduced the multi-agent cooperation mode of the loose medical alliance including the government, urban hospitals and cross provincial grassroots medical institutions. Among them, the local government provided policy, fund guarantee and guidance, the urban hospital exported management ideas, medicine talents and technologies, and the primary hospital conducted dual training by inviting in and going out to achieve double growth. Through the high gap cooperation between tertiary hospital and primary hospital, Yinshanhu hospital had been comprehensively developed. The loose medical alliance with multi subject coordination and cross region could give full play to the advantages of the loose healthcare alliance mode, achieve multi-win, and have reference significance for promoting the regional integration of medical and health services in the Yangtze River Delta.

Recombinant human interferon α2b(rhIFNα2b)is widely used as an antiviral therapy agent for the treatment of hepatitis B and hepatitis C.The current identification test for rhIFNα2b is complex.In this study,an anti-rhIFNα2b nanobody was discovered and used for the development of a rapid lateral flow strip for the identification of rhIFNα2b.RhIFNα2b was used to immunize an alpaca,which established a phage nanobody library.After five steps of enrichment,the nanobody I22,which specifically bound rhIFNα2b,was isolated and inserted into the prokaryotic expression vector pET28a.After subsequent purification,the physicochemical properties of the nanobody were determined.A semiquantitative detection and rapid identification assay of rhIFNα2b was developed using this novel nanobody.To develop a rapid test,the nanobody I22 was coupled with a colloidal gold to produce lateral-flow test strips.The developed rhIFNα2b detection assay had a limit of detection of 1 μg/mL.The isolation of I22 and successful construction of a lateral-flow immunochromatographic test strip demonstrated the feasibility of performing ligand-binding assays on a lateral-flow test strip using recombinant protein products.The principle of this novel assay is generally applicable for the rapid testing of other com-mercial products,with a great potential for routine use in detecting counterfeit recombinant protein products.

Alopecia is a common disease in dermatologic clinics.The diagnosis of some hair diseases does not rely on pathological examinations,and with the development of science and technology,the role of many new non-invasive detection instruments,such as dermoscopy,hair scanners and skin CT,is increasingly valued in the diagnosis and treatment of hair diseases.However,the role of pathological examination is still irreplaceable.Because of the particularity of hair diseases,hair pathology differs from common skin pathology in the aspects of scalp biopsy sites,biopsy methods and techniques,tissue-slicing methods and pathological report content.This review systematically discusses the role of scalp pathological biopsy in the diagnosis and treatment of alopecia.

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound contrast in differential diagnosis of liver alveolar hydatid disease and hepatic malignant tumor.Method Totally 36 cases of liver alveolar hydatid disease and 31 cases of hepatic malignant tumor were retrospectively analyzed,who visited the Ultrasound Department of Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from March 2010 to September 2013,the performance characteristics of gray-scale ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) on hepatic malignant tumor and liver alveolar hydatid disease were compared.Results Gray-scale sonography of 36 liver alveolar hydatid diseases showed clear boundary,heterogeneous hypoechoic nodules,and the maximum area was (5.06 ± 2.46) cm2 in 49 lesions;gray-scale sonography of 31 hepatic malignant tumors showed unclear boundary,hypoechoic nodules,and the maximum area was (7.29 ± 5.83) cm2.CEUS of liver alveolar hydatid disease showed non-enhancement in three phases,and rim enhancement was seen synchronized with the liver parenchyma.CEUS of hepatic malignant tumor showed hyperenhancement in arterial phase,equal-enhancement or hypo-enhancement in portal phase and delayed phase,and abnormal perfusion areas were clear.Conclusion Liver alveolar hydatid disease is different in the performance of CEUS from hepatic malignant tumor,CEUS has a great value in the differential diagnosis of liver alveolar hydatid disease and hepatic malignant tumor.

Objective To explore the clinical significance of expression of soluble mesothelin relatedprotein(SMRP)and carbo-hydrate antigen (CA125)in the serum and tumor tissues of the patients with ovarian cancer.Methods The preoperative and post-operative levels of SMRP and CA125 in serum and ovarian cancer tissues were detected in 82 patients with ovarian cancer (group A),76 cases of benign ovarian tumor (group B)and 53 healthy women (group C)by using ELISA and the immunohistochemical method respectively.Serum levels of SMRP and CA125 in the ovarian cancer patients were measured after one year by ELISA.The correlation among the various statistical indexes was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of SMRP and CA125 in the group A were significantly higher than those in the group B(P <0.05);compared with the group B and C,the preoperative serum level of CA125 and SMRP in the group A was significantly increased (P <0.001);the preoperative serum CA 125 level in the group B was higher than that in the group C;compared with the stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ,the serum CA125 and SMRP in the stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ of o-varian cancer were significantly increased(P <0.05 );compared with before operation,the postoperative SMRP and CA125 levels were significantly decreased(P <0.05).After 1 year of discharge from hospital,compared with the basically stable patients,serum CA125 and SMRP levels in the patients with ovarian cancer recurrence were significantly increased(P <0.05).The sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing ovarian cancer,any single detection was inferior to the combination detection of CA125 and SMRP.Conclu-sion The combination detection of CA125 and SMRP has an important value for increasing the sensitivity and specificity of ovarian cancer diagnosis,early diagnosis,illness condition monitoring and effect evaluation.

The clinical ability of employees in laboratory medicine refers to their ability to give useful information and helps for clinical diagnosis and treatment.In laboratory medicine education,the cultivation of the undergraduates'clinical ability should be strengthened.Case teaching and clinical signs analysis is practical to the cultivation of clinical ability.In addition,we should carry out the reform of the teaching materials in order to adapt to the requirements of the clinical ability training. Improving the clinical ability should be the students' a lifelong career planning.

Objective To understand affective characteristic of Chinese words. Method 1300 adjectives and nouns of Chinese words were rated in five point scale by 65 participants in three dimensions: emotional valence,arousal and familiarity. Results Neither age effect nor gender effect were found for the word scores in each scale of each dimension. The correlation coefficients between each two dimensions were significant (P＜0.01):0. 787 for valence-arousal, 0. 550 for valence-familiarity and 0. 600 for arousal-familiarity.Conclusion The affective vocabulary system of Chinese words can be used as a tool in future emotional research.

Human herpesvirus 7 (HHV-7) infection is dependent on the functions of structural glycoproteins at multiple stages of the viral life cycle. These proteins mediate the initial attachment and fusion events that occur between the viral envelope and a host cell membrane, as well as cell to cell spread of the virus. To characterize the HHV-7 glycoproteins that can mediate cell fusion, a cell-based fusion assay was used. 293T cells expressing the HHV-7 glycoproteins of interest along with a luciferase reporter gene under the control of the T7 promoter were cocultivated with SupT1 cells transfected with T7 RNA polymerase. HHV-7 glycoproteins gB, gH, gL and gO can mediate the fusion of 293T cells with SupT1 cells, and the fusion can be inhibited by anti-CD4 mAbs. Thus, the coexpression of HHV-7 gB, gO, gH and gL is sufficient and necessary for HHV-7 induced membrane fusion, and one of these glycoproteins or protein complex formed by these glycoproteins might be the ligand(s) of CD4 molecule.

Case teaching method was used to undergraduates’specialized courses of clinical laboratory medicine such as the clinical laboratory hemotology and basic clinical laboratory medicine. This teaching method achieved satisfactory effect in clinical ability culture and obtained the positive opinion of students.
