Objective To understand the surveillance situation of poliovirus in Guangzhou from 2011 to 2024, and to further strengthen polio surveillance and ensure the continued maintenance of a polio-free status. Methods An analysis was conducted on the discovery and investigation results of six cases of vaccine-derived poliovirus (VDPV) detected in Guangzhou. Results A total of 6 VDPV incidents were reported in Guangzhou from 2011 to June 2024, among which 5 incidents were from sewage sample testing in the Liede Sewage Treatment Plant in Guangzhou, all of which were confirmed as VDPV, with 1 for type I, 1 for type II, and 3 for type III. In addition, one confirmed HFMD case was identified as a type VDPV II carrier. No presence of any wild poliovirus (WPV), VDPV cases, or circulating VDPV (cVDPV) was reported. Conclusion Guangzhou City has maintained a high level of vigilance and effectiveness in the monitoring and prevention of polio. Continuously strengthening the construction of the polio monitoring network, optimizing vaccination strategies, and comprehensively improving public health awareness are still the focus of the prevention and control work in the future.

Objective To apply ultrasound to monitor cardiac function changes after anthracycline exposure in children with acute leukemia,in order to obtain the indicators of early changes in their cardiac function.Methods Children with acute leukemia from 2018 March to December 2020 in the Children's Hospital of Kunming Medical University were enrolled according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,their routine cardiac ultrasound and tissue Doppler condition were recorded,and the changes in systolic function were evaluated by Tei index including TeiS,TeiRL,TeiM and TeiT.Results The mean values of LVEF in the normal and the experimental group were both above 60%.FS,SV,and EDV were all in the normal range.While common indicant,the index of TDI or Tei was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of TeiM,TeiRL and TieT in the groups that received a total dose of 200 mg/m2 anthracyclines and 250 mg/m2 were significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Tei index can be utilized as a sensitive indicator for early changes in left and right heart function after children with acute leukemia are exposed to anthracyclines.

Objective To analyze effects of Jinfeng pills combined with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets on endometrial repair and hemodynamics in patients after artificial abortion.Methods A total of 106 patients who underwent artificial abortion in Ganzhou People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected.The patients were divided into Control group and observation group by a random number table method,53 cases in each group.Control group was treated with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets after operation,and observation group was treated with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets combined with Jinfeng pills after operation.The curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,endometrial thickness and hemodynamics index were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,scores of TCM syndromes in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).The postoperative vaginal bleeding time and the first menstrual time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and postoperative vaginal bleeding volume was less than that in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,uterine artery pulsatility index and resistance index in observation group were lower than those in control group,end-diastolic blood flow velocity and peak systolic velocity were higher than those in control group,and endometrial thickness was greater than that in control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Jinfeng pills combined with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets can effectively repair endometrium,promote hemodynamic improvement and reduce complications in patients with artificial abortion after operation.

Objective? To construct the training content for gerontological advanced practice specialty nurses based on advanced practice nurse (APN) core competence. Methods? From January 2017 to February 2018, the frame of gerontological advanced practice specialty nurses core competence and training content was built preliminarily with the methods of literature review and theoretical analysis. The training content for gerontological advanced practice specialty nurses was confirmed finally by the Delphi method involving 18 expert enquiries. Results? After two rounds of expert consultation, the core competence was established finally including 5 primary indicators and 37 secondary indicators. Besides, the core competence training content included 9 primary indicators and 103 secondary indicators. The authoritative coefficients of experts were greater than 0.80, and the P value of Kendall coordination coefficients test of two rounds of expert consultation were less than 0.05. Conclusions? The results of the Delphi expert's consultation are concentrated, the research results are true and reliable with a certain practical significance. It can provide a reference for the training of gerontological advanced practice specialty nurses, but still need to be tested in practice.

Atrial fibrillation was one of the most common arrhythmia. According to current research abroad, the incidence of anxiety and depression in atrial fibrillation patients was higher than that in general populations. Atrial fibrillation had a strong correlation with anxiety and depression. On the one hand, patients with atrial fibrillation were easily complicated with a great variety of mental-psychologic problems dominated by anxiety and depression. On the other hand, anxiety and depression were important influencing factors of severity of atrial fibrillation symptom, quality of life and prognosis.

Objective Establishing a fingerprint method to identify the characteristic chemicals in the roots of Gentiana macrophylla and evaluate their quality.Methods RP-HPLC was developed for fingerprint analysis and determination of four ingredients in G macrophylla roots from different sources.LC-ESI-TOF-MS was employed to identify the chromatographic peaks of the fingerprint.Results Five common peaks were identified by comparing their retention time with reference secoiridoid glucosides.Eight major peaks in chromatographic fingerprint were analyzed by on-line LC-ESI-TOF-MS.Four secoiridoid glucosides were identified based on their MS data.Conclusion The method is specific and could be served for the quality identification and comprehensive evaluation of G macrophylla.
