Ovulatory disorders are mainly characterized by abnormal follicular maturation or ovulation, with complex etiologies and a lack of effective prevention and treatment methods. Autophagy dysfunction is closely related to the generation and progression of ovulatory disorders. This article systematically elucidates the mechanisms of TCM on follicular development and ovulatory disorders from the perspective of autophagy. It also reviews relevant studies on how TCM regulates autophagy to influence follicular development and improve ovulatory disorders. The findings reveal that TCM monomers/active ingredients (leonurine, total flavonoids from Eucommia ulmoides, alpinetin, icariin, etc.) and compound formulas (including Cangfu daotan decoction, Guishen yugong decoction, Zhuluan decoction, Yishen yangluan formula, Guishen pill, etc.) improve the follicular microenvironment, regulate sex hormone levels, and reduce follicular atresia by regulating autophagy-related genes and signaling pathways such as phosphoinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B/mammalian target of rapamycin and AMP-activated protein kinase. These actions thereby promote normal follicular development and ovulation, and delay ovarian aging. Most research in this field is based on cellular and animal experiments, often focusing on a single signaling pathway or factor. Some studies fail to fully reflect the individualized treatment characteristics of TCM that emphasize “syndrome differentiation and treatment”, highlighting the urgent need for further investigation.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of staged surgery for non-lactating mastitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 317 patients with non-lactating mastitis admitted to our department from January 2015 to December 2020, all of whom underwent staged surgical treatment. The recovery time, recurrence rate, and breast appearance score were observed. Results The median follow-up time was 24(17,33) months, the recovery time was (25.5±17.9) days, and the recurrence rate was 4.4%. There were 96.2% of patients satisfied with the breast appearance. Conclusions Staged surgery for non-lactating mastitis can effectively shorten the course of the disease, protect the appearance of breast, and have good clinical efficacy.

Objective:To explore the value of using the mean gamma index (GI) in targer area receiving 50% prescribed dose as reference in VMAT planned dose verification through model-based dose calculation and measurement-based dose reconstruction. Methods:Based on Compass dose verificantion system, the VMAT plans for 70 patients were validated using two method. The mean GI and passing rate in target area receiving 50% of prescribed dose area for each validation plan were obtained to evaluate its application value in dose validation. First, plan information obtained by TPS calculation was input into the Compass system for performing independent dose calculation based on the accelerator data model, and obtain a three-dimensional dose based on the independent model calculation. The planned fluence measured for each patient′s treatment plan on the accelerator was reconstructed through the Compass system to obtain a three-dimensional dose based on measurement reconstruction. The three-dimensional dose obtained by the two method were compared with the three-dimensional dose calculated by TPS.Results:Combined with the gamma criteria of 3%/3 mm in the error setting condition of GI analysis, the mean GI in the area receiving 50% of prescribed dose was evaluated. GI≤0.4 was classified as PASS, 0.4 < GI ≤ 0.6 as being clinically acceptable, and GI > 0.6 as FAIL. The VMAT planned dose verification for 70 patients showed that the model-based independent calculation was in a better agreement with the TPS calculation. The GI values were all < 0.6: GI≤0.4 for 67 patients and 0.4

This study aimed to explore the role of miR-130a-3p in cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and its underlying mechanisms. Pressure-overload induced myocardial hypertrophy mice model was constructed by thoracic aortic constriction (TAC). , norepinephrine (NE) was used to stimulate neonatal rat cardiomyocytes (NRCMs) and H9c2 rat cardiomyocytes to induce hypertrophic phenotypes. The expression of miR-130a-3p was detected in mice hypertrophic myocardium, hypertrophic NRCMs and H9c2 cells. The mimics and inhibitors of miR-130a-3p were transfected into H9c2 cells to observe the role of miR-130a-3p on the hypertrophic phenotype change of cardiomyocytes separately. Furthermore, whether miR-130a-3p regulated hypertrophic related signaling pathways was explored. The results showed that the expression of miR-130a-3p was significantly decreased in hypertrophic myocardium, hypertrophic NRCMs and H9c2 cells. After transfection of miR-130a-3p mimics, the expression of hypertrophic marker genes, atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and β-myosin heavy chain (β-MHC), and the cell surface area were notably down-regulated compared with the control group (mimics N.C. + NE group). But after transfection of miR-130a-3p inhibitor, the expression of ANP, BNP and β-MHC in H9c2 cells increased significantly, and the cell area increased further. By Western blot, it was found that the protein phosphorylation level of Akt and mTOR were down-regulated after over-expression of miR-130a-3p. These results suggest that miR-130a-3p mimics may alleviate the degree of cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, meanwhile its inhibitor can further aggravate cardiomyocyte hypertrophy. Over-expression of miR-130a-3p may attenuate cardiomyocytes hypertrophy by affecting the Akt pathway.

Objective To evaluate the sampling efficiency of rotary biopsy forceps in gastric precancerous lesions. Methods A total of 60 gastric lesions with suspected pre-cancerous characters under narrow band imaging were enrolled, and consecutive samples were taken from same lesion by one endoscopist with routine and rotary forceps, respectively. The most severe pathological diagnosis was regarded as the final diagnosis. Results There was a significant difference between rotary biopsy forceps and routine ones in regarding of sample quality and capability of minimize tissue damage (P<0. 05). The concordance rate with final pathological diagnosis from sample taken by rotary biopsy forceps was higher than that from routine ones, but without significance (P>0. 05). Conclusion The rotary biopsy forceps is superior to routine ones in sampling of gastric pre-cancerous lesions.

[Objective]To evluate the influence of subacromial space caused by the relative position of acromion and humeral head, and to provide theoretical guidance for diagnosis, prevention and treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome.[Method]From October 2006 to March 2007,31 shoulders(13 men and 18 women with average age of 54.3)with subacromial impingement syndrome, from our department, were selected to form the patient group,An age and gender-matched of 40 asymptomatic shoulders(18 men and 22 women with average age of 52.8)formed the control group. The acromion index was measured on the Grashey view. The distance from the glenoid plane to the lateral border of the acromion was divided by the distance from the glenoid plane to the lateral aspect of the humeral head to calculate the acromion index.[Result]The average acromion index(and standard deviation)was(0.72?0.05),in patient group,(0.61?0.04)in the asymptomatic, normal shoulders. The difference between the index in the shoulders with subacromial impingement syndrome and the index in normal shoulder was highly significantly(P
