Objective: This study aimed to explore the relationships between various exercise components (frequency, intensity, duration) and social anxiety. Methods: A sample of 844 college students in China participated in this study. The Physical Activity Rating Scale-3 assessed participants’ daily physical activity. Social anxiety levels were measured using the Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale. A questionnaire was developed to collect demographic information and examine the relationships between exercise components and social anxiety levels. Results: One-way analysis of variance revealed significant differences in social anxiety levels across varying physical activity intensities. Specifically, students engaging in high levels of physical activity exhibited the lowest social anxiety. Post hoc analyses identified that exercise frequency F3 (p<0.01), exercise duration D5 (p<0.01), and exercise intensity I3 (p<0.01) were significantly associated with the lowest social anxiety levels. Among these components, regression analysis indicated that exercise duration (p<0.01) had the most substantial impact on social anxiety levels, followed by exercise frequency (p<0.05). In contrast, exercise intensity (p>0.05) did not significantly affect social anxiety levels. Conclusion The most influential factors associated with decreased social anxiety were: 1) moderate to high exercise intensity, 2) exercise duration of at least one hour, and 3) exercise frequency of at least 1–2 times per week. Among these factors, exercise duration and frequency demonstrated significantly stronger associations with reduced social anxiety. Therefore, it is advisable to prioritize exercise duration and frequency in physical activity programs for college students to reduce social anxiety and achieve more substantial outcomes.

Objective To analyze the situation of blood lipid and blood routine parameters in patients with pneumoconiosis,and construct a column chart diagnostic model to explore their diagnostic value for pneumo-coniosis.Methods A total of 456 patients with pneumoconiosis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical and Pharmaceutical College from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the pneu-moconiosis group,while 462 healthy subjects exposed to dust during the same period were chosen as the con-trol group.Serum lipids and blood routine parameters related to pneumoconiosis were measured and compared between two groups.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyzes were conducted to examine ser-um lipids and blood routine parameters associated with pneumoconiosis.A risk prediction model was construc-ted using logistic regression in machine learning,and the diagnostic efficacy of the column chart diagnostic model was evaluated by calculating the C-index through receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve and plotting the model calibration curve based on Hosmer Lemeshow goodness of fit.Decision curve analysis(DCA)was used to assess the clinical practicality of the column chart diagnostic model.Results The levels of serum high-density ester protein cholesterol(HDL-C),cholesterol(TC),red blood cell(RBC),hematocrit(HCT),hemoglobin concentration(HGB),lymphocyte number(LYM),and lymphocyte percentage(LYM％)in the pneumoconiosis group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR),and systemic immune inflammation index(SII)were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that HDL-C,LYM％,PLR,and SII were independent influencing factors for pneumoconiosis(P＜0.05).A column chart diagnostic model for the occurrence of pneumoconiosis was constructed using HDL-C,TC,LYM％,PLR,and SII as diagnostic factors.The ROC curve C-index of the diagnostic model was 0.84(95％CI:0.81-0.86),with sensitivity for diagnosing pneumoconiosis of 75.29％,specificity of 77.51％,posi-tive predictive value of 83.25％,and negative predictive value of 67.88％.Internal validation was conducted on the constructed column chart diagnostic model,with a validation set ROC curve C-index of 0.84(95％CI:0.80-0.87),sensitivity of 80.91％,specificity of 72.62％,positive diagnostic value of 79.46％,and negative diagnostic value of 74.39％.The calibration positive curve slope of the diagnostic model was close to 1,and in the fit test P＞0.05.DCA analysis showed that the diagnostic model had clinical practical value for risk diag-nosis of pneumoconiosis.Conclusion HDL-C,TC,LYM％,PLR and SII are independent influencing factors for pneumoconiosis.A column chart diagnostic model for the occurrence of pneumoconiosis is successfully constructed based on machine learning principles,and it has been verified to have high diagnostic efficiency.

From October 2021 to February 2023, we retrospectively analyzed the clinical and laboratory data of six patients (three male and three female, median age: 54 years, age range: 29-73 years) with mast cell leukemia (MCL) diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University (The Mastocytosis Collaborative Network of China). All patients had acute MCL, with at least one C-finding present. The main clinical presentations were hypoalbuminemia ( n=4), fatigue ( n=3), fever ( n=2), abdominal discomfort ( n=2), osteolytic lesions ( n=2), dizziness ( n=1), skin flushing ( n=1), and weight loss ( n=1). Splenomegaly and lymphadenopathy were noted in six and three patients, respectively. Six patients were strongly positive for CD117, five were positive for CD30 and CD25, and four were positive for CD2. Four patients had a normal karyotype and two patients had an abnormal karyotype. Gene mutations were detected in 4/6 cases. The median serum tryptase level was 24.9 (range: 20.1-171.9) μg/L. Two patients were treated with venetoclax and azacitidine for induction (one patient achieved partial remission by combination with afatinib, while there was no remission after combination with dasatinib in the other patient). Two patients did not achieve complete remission despite treatment with cladribine and imatinib, respectively. One patient treated with interferon combined with glucocorticoids was lost to follow-up, and one patient abandoned treatment. The follow-up time ranged from 1.1 to 21.7 months. Three patients died and two survived. Overall, MCL is a rare subtype of systemic mastocytosis with heterogeneous clinical course, and these patients have poor outcome. A better understanding of the clinical characteristics, treatment, and prognosis of MCL is urgently needed.

Objective To investigate the prediction of diffusion kurtosis imaging(DKI)and intra voxel incoherent motion(IVIM)imaging global histogram parameters for the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC)in patients diagnosed with breast invasive ductal carcinoma.Methods A total of 69 patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma confirmed by penetration pathology were retrospectively selected.Prior to undergoing NAC,all patients underwent sequential scans including MR conventional(T1WI,T2WI),dynamic contrast enhancement(DCE),DKI,and IVIM.After surgery,the patients were divided into significant group(40 patients)and non-significant group(29 patients)based on the efficacy of NAC,which was evaluated using the Miller-Payne(MP)grading method criteria.The differences in global histogram parameters of DKI[mean diffusivity(MD),mean kurtosis(MK)]and IVIM(D value,f value,D*value)between the significant group and the non-significant group were compared by the two-independent sample t-test and Mann-Whitney U test.In addition,the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was plotted,and Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy and correlation of DKI and IVIM global histogram parameters in predicting NAC efficacy.The DeLong test was used to compare whether there was statistical significance in area under the curve(AUC)differences among histogram parameters.Results The DKI MD value(90th percentile,mean,median,maximum,range,root mean square),IVIM D value(mean,range,root mean square,median)and D*value(entropy,90th percentile)of patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma in the significant group with efficacy of NAC were higher than those in the non-significant group,while the DKI MK value(mean and median)were lower than those in the non-significant group,and all the differences mentioned above were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The AUC,sensitivity and specificity of DKI combined with IVIM global histogram parameters were the highest,which were 0.816,72.41％and 90.00％,respectively.MD value,D value and D*value were negatively correlated with the efficacy of NAC in breast invasive ductal carcinoma.MK value was positively correlated with NAC efficacy significance.Conclusion DKI combined with IVIM global histogram parameters can effectively predict the efficacy of NAC in patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma and provide effective value for clinical NAC preoperative efficacy evaluation.

Although the function of tRNAs in the translational process is well established, it remains controversial whether tRNA abundance is tightly associated with translational efficiency (TE) in mammals. Moreover, how critically the expression of tRNAs contributes to the establishment of tissue-specific proteomes in mammals has not been well addressed. Here, we measured both tRNA expression using demethylase-tRNA sequencing (DM-tRNA-seq) and TE of mRNAs using ribosome-tagging sequencing (RiboTag-seq) in the brain, heart, and testis of mice. Remarkable variation in the expression of tRNA isodecoders was observed among different tissues. When the statistical effect of isodecoder-grouping on reducing variations is considered through permutating the anticodons, we observed an expected reduction in the variation of anticodon expression across all samples, an unexpected smaller variation of anticodon usage bias, and an unexpected larger variation of tRNA isotype expression at amino acid level. Regardless of whether or not they share the same anticodons, the isodecoders encoding the same amino acids are co-expressed across different tissues. Based on the expression of tRNAs and the TE of mRNAs, we find that the tRNA adaptation index (tAI) and TE are significantly correlated in the same tissues but not between tissues; and tRNA expression and the amino acid composition of translating peptides are positively correlated in the same tissues but not between tissues. We therefore hypothesize that the tissue-specific expression of tRNAs might be due to post-transcriptional mechanisms. This study provides a resource for tRNA and translation studies, as well as novel insights into the dynamics of tRNAs and their roles in translational regulation.
