Knowledge about the neuronal dynamics and the projectome are both essential for understanding how the neuronal network functions in concert. However, it remains challenging to obtain the neural activity and the brain-wide projectome for the same neurons, especially for neurons in subcortical brain regions. Here, by combining in vivo microscopy and high-definition fluorescence micro-optical sectioning tomography, we have developed strategies for mapping the brain-wide projectome of functionally relevant neurons in the somatosensory cortex, the dorsal hippocampus, and the substantia nigra pars compacta. More importantly, we also developed a strategy to achieve acquiring the neural dynamic and brain-wide projectome of the molecularly defined neuronal subtype. The strategies developed in this study solved the essential problem of linking brain-wide projectome to neuronal dynamics for neurons in subcortical structures and provided valuable approaches for understanding how the brain is functionally organized via intricate connectivity patterns.

Objective To analyze the effects of different anastomotic methods on flap survival rate and wound healing factors of patients with transplantation of superficial branch perforator flap of superficial circumflex iliac artery(SCIA).Methods A total of 100 patients with skin defects of limbs admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to August 2022 were selected and divided into end-to-end anastomosis group(56 cases)and end-to-side anastomosis group(44 cases)according to different anastomosis methods. In the end-to-end anastomosis group, the end of the flap artery was anastomosed with the end of the aortic branch in the affected area.In the end-to-side anastomosis group, the end of recipient flap artery was anastomosed with the side of aorta.Patients in both groups were followed up for 6 to 12 months, the arterial caliber, lateral caliber and anastomosis time were compared between the two groups. The survival of the flap, the occurrence of venous crisis, the shape and function of the flap and donor area were observed. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the arterial caliber or lateral caliber of patients between the two groups(P>0.05).The anastomosis time of patients in the end-to-end anastomosis group was significantly shorter than that in the end-to-side anastomosis group(P<0.05).All 56 cases in the end-to-end anastomosis group survived. In the end-to-side anastomosis group, venous crisis occurred in 4 cases, with venous thrombosis,2 cases survived after re-anastomosis,2 cases were changed to abdominal pedicled flap when venous crisis occurred again, the appearance and function of the flap and donor area were satisfactory 6 months to 1 year after surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in color, thickness, vascular distribution or flexibility of donor area of patients between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in pain, appearance, vitality and recreation of recipient area of patients between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of different arterial anastomosis methods in the transplantation of superficial branch perforator flap of SCIA for the treatment of skin and soft tissue defects of limbs is safe and reliable, the postoperative survival of the flap is good, the healing is not affected by the anastomosis method, and the appearance of the affected area is satisfactory, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2024;40(10):865-881
Patients with severe trauma require an extremely timely treatment and transfusion plays an irreplaceable role in the emergency treatment of such patients. An increasing number of evidence-based medicinal evidences and clinical practices suggest that patients with severe traumatic bleeding benefit from early transfusion of low-titer group O whole blood or hemostatic resuscitation with red blood cells, plasma and platelet of a balanced ratio. However, the current domestic mode of blood supply cannot fully meet the requirements of timely and effective blood transfusion for emergency treatment of patients with severe trauma in clinical practice. In order to solve the key problems in blood supply and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma, Branch of Clinical Transfusion Medicine of Chinese Medical Association, Group for Trauma Emergency Care and Multiple Injuries of Trauma Branch of Chinese Medical Association, Young Scholar Group of Disaster Medicine Branch of Chinese Medical Association organized domestic experts of blood transfusion medicine and trauma treatment to jointly formulate Chinese expert consensus on blood support mode and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma patients ( version 2024). Based on the evidence-based medical evidence and Delphi method of expert consultation and voting, 10 recommendations were put forward from two aspects of blood support mode and transfusion strategies, aiming to provide a reference for transfusion resuscitation in the emergency treatment of severe trauma and further improve the success rate of treatment of patients with severe trauma.

Chinese Journal of Modern Applied Pharmacy 2024;41(11):1549-1556
OBJECTIVE
To establish a performance index evaluation system for pharmacists in inpatient pharmacy to encourage and guide pharmacists to achieve self-professional growth and reshape their own values.
METHODS
According to the evaluation criteria for the construction of provincial-level clinical specialties in Jiangsu province, the key success factors(KSF) method was used to set the key indicators for the discipline construction of the department, and the key process indicator(KPI) method was used for the daily work of the department. Based on the combination of KSF and KPI, an inpatient pharmacy performance management system was established, employee and clinical satisfaction, ward complaints, error occurrence rate, dispensing efficiency, and scientific research output were taken as indicators to evaluate the effect after the implementation of the performance management system.
RESULTS
Before and after the construction and implementation of the "KSF + KPI" performance system, the average employee satisfaction had increased from 57.75% to 77.81%(P<0.05), the number of complaints in the ward had decreased from (26.33±6.75) per month to (7.17±3.61) per month, and the number of errors had decreased from (30.33±5.50) per month to (12.58±2.75) per month, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Overall clinical satisfaction reached 81.13%; the PIVAS blending efficiency had been improved to a certain extent, with an average increase of 17%. Innovation related indicators such as article writing, recruitment, project application, and employee research participation had significantly improved after implementation of the indicator performance system.
CONCLUSION
The inpatient pharmacy performance management system establishes based on "KSF and KPI" provides a good performance evaluation scheme for the transformation and development of the dispensing department of the pharmaceutical department. It has made positive exploration in the aspects of self-motivation and professional development of hospital pharmacists, high-efficiency operation, improvement of clinical service level and development of pharmaceutical discipline, and has achieved good results.

Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2024;17(11):44-52
Objective:To analyze the preference of family doctors for contracting services for patients with chronic diseases comorbidity, and to provide theoretical reference for promoting the high-quality development of family doctors' contracting services. Methods:Based on discrete choice experiment,768 qualified samples that passed the consistency test were analyzed by mixed logit model and willingness to pay method. Results:Among all the service attributes included in the study, the patients with chronic diseases were more willing to choose the family doctor contracting services with low service fee, providing medical service,Western medicine service (vs. public health service),2-week prescription for chronic disease, professional pharmacist medication guidance, and outpatient treatment. The relative importance of the attribute of service fee is the largest (41.42%),followed by the type of service (26.25%). If the service type changed from TCM to Western medicine, the patients with chronic diseases were willing to spend 120.42 yuan more, and the choice preference increased by 44.80%;There was heterogeneity in the selection preferences of comorbid patients of different genders and ages. Conclusion:In the future,it is necessary to reasonably formulate service fee standards according to regional development differences and patients' choice preferences, and promote the development and standardization of TCM services at the grass-roots level,so as to give full play to the unique advantages of TCM in the"preventive treatment of disease"and chronic disease prevention and treatment. Promote the rationalization of family doctor team construction, strengthen the ability of family doctors to guide medication, and meet the diversified service demands of patients. The selection preference of patients with different characteristics was clarified, focusing on the elderly chronic diseases comorbid patients. Through the government,grass-roots medical and health institutions, family doctors and other parties to jointly participate in promoting the high-quality development of family doctor contracting services.
