Clinical practice guidelines represent the best recommendations for patient care. They are developed through systematically reviewing currently available clinical evidence and weighing the relative benefits and risks of various interventions. However, clinical practice guidelines have to go through a long translation cycle from development and revision to clinical promotion and application, facing problems such as scattered distribution, high duplication rate, and low actual utilization. At present, the clinical practice guideline information platform can directly or indirectly solve the problems related to the lengthy revision cycles, decentralized dissemination and limited application of clinical practice guidelines. Therefore, this paper systematically examines different types of clinical practice guideline information platforms and investigates their corresponding challenges and emerging trends in platform design, data integration, and practical implementation, with the aim of clarifying the current status of this field and providing valuable reference for future research on clinical practice guideline information platforms.

Laccase is a type of polyphenol oxidase that can catalyze the oxidation of various substances, including phenols, aromatic amines, and catecholamines. It has been widely utilized in pollutant degradation and analytical applications. However, the high cost of preparation of natural laccase and its susceptibility to environmental factors, which can lead to denaturation and inactivation, limit its practical applications.Nanozymes, which are nanomaterials that exhibit enzyme-like properties, offer advantages such as easy preparation, adjustable activity, and exceptional stability.Currently, many types of nanozymes have been developed.Inspired by the coordination of Cu2+with amino acids in the active site of natural laccase, researchers have employed coordination synthetic strategies to prepare laccase-like nanozymes. The metal nodes in these laccase-like nanozymes include copper, manganese, and cerium, while the ligands involve a variety of chemicals like nucleotides, amino acids, polypeptides, and aromatic acids.By manipulating factors such as the metal-to-ligand ratio, reducing capacity of ligands, buffer solutions, chloride ions, bromine ions, the catalytic activity of laccase-like nanozymes can be finely tuned. In this paper,laccase-like nanozymes developed through coordination strategies were categorized and summarized, along with review of their analytical applications in detection of phenolic compounds, disease biomarkers,antibiotics,pesticides,sulfur-containing pollutants, and time-temperature indicators.Furthermore, the challenges currently faced in the research of laccase-like nanozymes and future research directions were discussed.

With the increasing demand for dynamic,real-time and rapid qualitative analysis of chemical composition in areas such as emergency response and space exploration,chip-scale mass spectrometers have attracted significant attention. These devices are expected to drive the integration of mass spectrometry with micro/nano-fabrication and intelligent sensing technologies, fostering profound innovation and breakthroughs in analytical chemistry. As an excellent mass analyzer, the ion trap exhibits numerous advantages, and its miniaturization creates favorable conditions for the high-density integration of miniature mass spectrometers. However, the reduction in ion storage capacity may compromise its sensitivity and dynamic range, rendering the study of ion unidirectional ejection in highly miniaturized ion traps of significant practical importance. In this work,a research was conducted on achieving efficient ion unidirectional ejection while maintaining high mass resolution in the extremely miniature hyperbolic linear ion trap(M-HLIT)with a field radius of 1 mm,and an electric field compensation method was proposed, which combined asymmetric electrode stretching and unbalanced RF voltage to achieve high-precision optimization of the electric field composition.Simulations showed that in an ideal structure, this method achieved 100%unidirectional ejection efficiency with the mass resolution of 518,significantly outperforming traditional asymmetric structure method(365)and unbalanced voltage method(321).Following the introduction of ion ejection slots, further optimization through bidirectional stretching and electrical parameters improved the resolution to 790 while maintaining a unidirectional ejection efficiency of 93%.This method eliminated the requirement for additional excitation voltage, offering an ideal solution for the miniature mass analyzer with high detection performance of chip-level mass spectrometers.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)expresses abundant glycolytic enzymes and displays comprehensive glucose metabolism reprogramming.Aldolase A(ALDOA)plays a prominent role in glycolysis;however, little is known about its role in HCC development. In the present study,we aim to explore how ALDOA is involved in HCC proliferation.HCC proliferation was markedly suppressed both in vitro and in vivo following ALDOA knockout, which is consistent with ALDOA overexpression encouraging HCC prolifera-tion.Mechanistically,ALDOA knockout partially limits the glycolytic flux in HCC cells.Meanwhile,ALDOA translocated to nuclei and directly interacted with c-Jun to facilitate its Thr93 phosphorylation by P21-activated protein kinase;ALDOA knockout markedly diminished c-Jun Thr93 phosphorylation and then dampened c-Jun transcription function.A crucial site Y364 mutation in ALDOA disrupted its interaction with c-Jun,and Y364S ALDOA expression failed to rescue cell proliferation in ALDOA deletion cells. In HCC patients, the expression level of ALDOA was correlated with the phosphorylation level of c-Jun(Thr93)and poor prognosis.Remarkably, hepatic ALDOA was significantly upregulated in the promotion and progression stages of diethylnitrosamine-induced HCC models, and the knockdown of Aldoa strikingly decreased HCC development in vivo. Our study demonstrated that ALDOA is a vital driver for HCC development by activating c-Jun-mediated oncogene transcription, opening additional avenues for anti-cancer therapies.

Objective:To investigate the applicability and surgical effect of direct horizontal suture in the repair of defects after the excision of eyelid nevus. Methods:The clinical data of patients with eyelid nevus who were admitted to Department of Facial and Neck Plastic Surgery, Plastic Surgery Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from March 2015 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. After the eyelid nevus was removed, the defect was closed by horizontal suture parallel to the eyelid margin. In the preoperative simulation suture scheme, one or more horizontal lines were marked on the eyelid skin according to the scope of the nevus. The intersection points of the horizontal lines and the edges of the nevus were marked for simulated suturing. If the marked points aligned horizontally, direct suturing was applied. After 3 months of postoperative follow-up, the therapeutic effect was evaluated based on eyelid function (classified as excellent, good and poor), cosmetic effects (classified as excellent, good and poor) and patient satisfaction (classified as very satisfactory, satisfactory and dissatisfactory). At the same time, the effect of different wound length (<1 cm, 1-2 cm, >2 cm) on the therapeutic effect was also analyzed. SPSS 27.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data. The counting data were represented by examples and percentages, and Kruskal-Wallis H test was used for comparison between groups. P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant. Results:A total of 71 patients were enrolled, including 30 males and 41 females. Aged 4 to 35 years old, with an average age of 15 years old. The lesions involved the upper eyelid in 47 cases, the lower eyelid in 14 cases, and co-involved in 10 cases. Lesion areas ranged from 0.5 cm×0.5 cm to 2.3 cm×2.0 cm. None of the lesions involved the palpebral margin and conjunctiva, and the depth did not reach the orbicularis oculi muscle. Immediately after the operation, all the patients had different degrees of eyelid deformation, and some severe patients had difficulty opening their eyes. The above symptoms were relieved within 7 days to 3 months after the operation, and eventually the eyelid movement returned to normal, leaving only mild scarring. In cases where the eyelid nevus was close to or involved the eyebrow area, eyebrow shape changed after surgery, and it gradually returned to normal after 1 month. Some patients with part of the eyebrow defect were able to improve their appearance through eyebrow tattoos, eyebrow transplatation and other methods. The eyelid function of 71 patients was excellent. The evaluation of cosmetic effect, 41 cases (58%) were excellent, and 30 cases (42%) were good. The evaluation of patient satisfaction, 56 cases (79%) were very satisfied, and 15 cases (21%) were satisfied. Statistical analysis showed that with the increase of the horizontal length of the wound, the cosmetic effect and patient satisfaction would be affected to a certain extent, but the differences were not statistically significant ( P>0.05). Conclusion:For eyelid nevus excision defects that can be closed horizontally, direct suturing method should be considered priority. This method is simple to perform, offers stable postoperative effects, and leads to high patient satisfaction.

Ecological cultivation is an important way for the sustainable production of traditional Chinese medicine in the context of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. Facility cultivation and simulative habitat cultivation modes have been developed and applied to develop the endangered Dendrobium huoshanense on the basis of protection. However, the differences in the greenhouse gas emissions and global warming potential of these cultivation modes remain unexplored, which limits the accurate assessment of carbon-friendly ecological cultivation modes of D. huoshanense. Greenhouse gas emission flux monitoring based on the static chamber method provides an effective way to solve this problem. Therefore, this study conducted a field experiment in the facility cultivation and simulative habitat cultivation modes at a D. huoshanense cultivation base in Dabie Mountains, Anhui Province. From April 2023 to March 2024, samples of greenhouse gases were collected every month, and the concentrations of CO_2, CH_4, and N_2O of the samples were then detected by gas chromatography. The greenhouse gas emission fluxes, cumulative emissions, and global warming potential were further calculated, and the following results were obtained.(1)The two cultivation modes of D. huoshanense showed significant differences in greenhouse gas emission fluxes, especially the CO_2 emission flux, with a pattern of facility cultivation>simulative habitat cultivation [(35.60±11.70)mg·m~(-2)·h~(-1) vs(2.10±4.59)mg·m~(-2)·h~(-1)].(2) The annual cumulative CO_2 emission flux in the case of facility cultivation was significantly higher than that of simulative habitat cultivation[(3 077.00±842.00)kg·hm~(-2) vs(221.00±332.00)kg·hm~(-2)], while no significant difference was found in annual cumulative CH_4 and N_2O emission fluxes.(3) The facility cultivation mode had a significantly higher global warming potential than the simulative habitat cultivation mode [(3 053.00±847.00)kg·hm~(-2) vs(196.00±362.00)kg·hm~(-2)]. Overall, the simulative habitat cultivation of D. huoshanense has obvious carbon-friendly characteristics compared with facility cultivation, which is in line with the concept of ecological cultivation of medicinal plants. This study is of great reference significance for the implementation and promotion of the ecological cultivation mode of D. huoshanense under carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2025;50(4):934-945
Anemarrhenae Rhizoma is bitter, sweet, and cold in nature, and has the effects of clearing heat, dispelling fire, nourishing Yin, and moisturizing dryness. It is associated with the lung, stomach, and kidney meridians, and is mainly distributed in the northwestern and northern regions of China. Modern research has shown that Anemarrhenae Rhizoma contains various chemical active constituents, including steroidal saponins, flavonoids, polysaccharides, lignans, volatile oils, and alkaloids. These constituents exhibit pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor, hypoglycemic, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective activities. However, there have been few comprehensive summaries of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma in recent years, which has limited its in-depth research and development. The complexity of traditional Chinese medicine constituents, along with their quality and efficacy, is easily influenced by processing, preparation, and the growing environment and resource distribution. This paper summarizes the resources, chemical constituents, and pharmacological effects of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, and predicts its quality markers(Q-markers) from several aspects, including the specificity of chemical composition, properties related to preparation and active ingredients, measurability of chemical components, compounding environment, construction of the ″active ingredient-target″ network pathway, and differences in active ingredient content from different origins and parts. These predicted Q-markers may provide a basis for improving the quality evaluation system of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma.
