Objective To explore the relationship between basic motor skills and social interaction ability in school-age children with moderate autism, and the mediating role of executive function and the realization path. Methods A cross-sectional design was used to investigate 117 school-age children with autism from Sep.to Dec.2020.The level of basic motor skills was assessed by the test of gross motor development(TGMD),the impairment of executive function was assessed by the behavior rating inventory of executive function(BRIEF),and the social disorder was assessed by the social responsive scale-second edition(SRS-2).Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the interrelationship, and structural equation modeling was applied to explore the path relationship. Results There was a significant negative correlation between the level of basic motor skills and SRS-2 scores(r=-0.312,P<0.001).There were significant negative correlations between the level of basic motor skills and the BRIEF scores of inhibition(r=-0.336,P<0.001),switching(r=-0.325,P<0.001),affective control(r=-0.338,P<0.001),task initiation(r=-0.240,P=0.009),working memory(r=-0.278,P=0.002),and planning(r=-0.224,P=0.015).The SRS-2 score was positively correlated with the BRIEF scores of inhibition(r=0.378,P<0.001),switching(r=0.299,P=0.001),affective control(r=0.417,P<0.001),task initiation(r=0.246,P=0.007),working memory(r=0.409,P<0.001),and monitoring(r=0.258,P=0.005).Executive function played a complete intermediary role between basic motor skills and social interaction ability(B=-1.912,95%confidence interval:-3.116 to-1.069).Conclusion In school-age children with moderate autism, executive function and social interaction ability change positively with the level of basic motor skills.Basic motor skills can affect social interaction ability through the mediating role of executive function, and inhibition and affective control are important pathways to achieve this.

Objective To observe the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPCNL) combined with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy (FURSL) in treating upper urinary tract calculi. Methods A total of 92 patients with upper urinary tract calculi were randomly divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group. Control group was treated with MPCNL, while study group was treated with MPCNL and FURSL. Stone clearance rate, operation time, hospital stay, therapeutic costs, renal function indexes, hemodynamics, levels of oxidative stress factors, and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results The stone clearance rate, operation time and therapeutic costs of the study group were significantly higher and longer than those of the control group, while the hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group (

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of holographic image navigation in urological laparoscopic and robotic surgery. Methods The data of patients were reviewed retrospectively for whom accepted holographic image navigation laparoscopic and robotic surgery from Jan.2019 to Dec.2019 in Beijing United Family Hospital and other 18 medical centers, including 78 cases of renal tumor,2 cases of bladder cancer,2 cases of adrenal gland tumor,1 cases of renal cyst,1 case of prostate cancer,1 case of sweat gland carcinoma with lymph node metastasis,1 case of pelvic metastasis after radical cystectomy. All the patients underwent operations. In the laparoscopic surgery group, there were 27 cases of partial nephrectomy,1 case of radical prostatectomy,2 cases of radical cystectomy and 2 cases of adrenalectomy. In the da Vinci robotic surgery group of 54 cases, there were 51 cases of partial nephrectomy,1 case of retroperitoneal lymph node dissection,1 case of retroperitoneal bilateral renal cyst deroofing and 1 case of resection of pelvic metastasis. There were 41 partial nephrectomy patients with available clinical data for statistic, with a median age of 53.5 years (range 24-76),including 26 males and 15 females. The median R.E.N.A.L score was 7.8 (range 4-11).Before the operation, the engineers established the holographic image based on the contrast CT images and reports. The surgeon applied the holographic image for preoperative planning.During the operation, the navigation was achieved by real time fusing holographic images with the laparoscopic surgery images in the screen. Results All the procedures had been complete uneventfully. The holographic images helped surgeon in understanding the visual three-dimension structure and relation of vessels supplying tumor or resection tissue, lymph nodes and nerves.By manipulating the holographic images extracorporeally, the fused image guide surgeons about location vessel, lymph node and other important structure and then facilitate the delicate dissection. For the 41 cases with available clinical data including 23 cases of robotic-assisted partial nephrectomy and 18 cases of laparoscopic nephrectomy, the median operation time was 140 (range 50-225) min,the median warm ischemia time was 23 (range 14-60) min,the median blood loss was 80(range 5-1 200) ml.In the robotic surgery group, the median operation time was 140 (range 50-215)min,the median warm i schemia time was 21 (range 17-40)min,the median blood loss was 150(range 30-1 200)ml.In the laparoscopic surgery group, the median operation time was 160(range 80-225)min,the median warm ischemia time was 25 (range 14-60)min,the median blood loss was 50 (range 5-1 200) ml.All the patients had no adjacent organ injury during operation. There were 2 cases with Clavien Ⅱ complications. One required transfusion and the other one suffered hematoma post-operation.However,the tumors were located in the renal hilus for these 2 cases and the R.E.N.A.L scores were both 11.Conclusions Holographic image navigation can help location and recognize important anatomic structures during the surgical procedures..This technique will reduce the tissue injury, decrease the complications and improve the success rate of surgery.

ObjectiveTo explore the effects of social isolation on the cognition and expression of 5-HT2C receptor(5-HT2CR) and adenosine deaminase that act on RNA 1(ADAR1) in BALB/c mice.MethodsThe healthy BALB/c mice were isolated for 2,4,and 8 weeks individually since postnatal 21 days respectively to set up isolation mice model, the same age mice without isolation were regarded as control group. The new object location and the new object recognition tests were used to measure the spatial and non-spatial cognitive function, and western blot was used to measure the protein expression of 5-HT2CR and ADAR1.ResultsThe new object location test showed that the spatial discrimination index (DI) of BALB/c mice isolated for 2 weeks was decreased significantly compared with the control group(control group was (0.075±0.340),isolation group was (-0.653±0.308),P<0.05),and no obvious difference was found for the group isolated for 4 and 8 weeks. The new object recognition test showed that the non-spatial DI of BALB/c mice isolated for 2 and 4 weeks were decreased significantly compared with the control group(control 2 weeks group was (0.088±0.210),isolation 2 weeks group was (-0.945±0.194),P<0.05;control 4 weeks group was (0.105±0.267),isolation 4 weeks group was (-0.506±0.215),P<0.05),and no obvious difference was found for the group isolated for 8 weeks.Compared with the control group the expression of 5-HT2CR and ADAR1 in the hippocampus were decreased significantly for the group isolated for 2 weeks.(5-HT2CR:control group was (1.025±0.144),isolation group was (0.891±0.026),P<0.05.ADAR1: control group was (0.839±0.120),isolation group was (0.629±0.094),P<0.05).ConclusionsTwo week social isolation results in the decrease of spatial and non-spatial cognitive function in BALB/c mice,in the meanwhile, social isolation stress results in the obvious decrease of 5-HT2C receptor and ADAR1 protein expression in the hippocampus of BALB/c mice.
