Objective:To explore the effect of communication competence and psychological resilience on job burnout among Operating Room nurses.Methods:From March to June 2023, randomized clustering sampling was used to select 138 registered Operating Room nurses from four ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals in Taizhou for investigation. The survey was conducted using the general information questionnaire, Operating Room Nurses' Job Stressor Scale, Chinese version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, Nurses' Clinic Communication Competence Scale, and Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey. Hierarchical linear regression analysis was used to explore the effects of communication competence and psychological resilience on job burnout among Operating Room nurses.Results:A total of 138 questionnaires were sent out, and 133 valid questionnaires were collected, with a valid response rate of 96.38% (133/138). Among 133 Operating Room nurses, the job burnout score was (56.35±9.28), and the communication competence, psychological resilience, and work stress scale scores were (196.71±18.92), (78.09±18.31), and (96.37±22.47), respectively. Pearson correlation showed that job burnout among Operating Room nurses was negatively correlated with psychological resilience ( r=-0.475, P<0.01) and communication competence ( r=-0.241, P<0.01), and positively correlated with work stress ( r=0.360, P<0.01). Hierarchical linear regression analysis showed that, after controlling for other variables, psychological resilience and communication competence were the influencing factors of job burnout among Operating Room nurses ( P<0.01), which could explain 17.70% of the variation. Conclusions:The level of job burnout among Operating Room nurses is relatively high, and psychological resilience and communication competence are independent influencing factors. Managers can provide psychological counseling and support services for Operating Room nurses, offer communication competence training programs, and prevent and reduce job burnout among Operating Room nurses.

The individualized precision management of hereditary pheochromocytoma (PHEO) and paraganglioma (PGL) syndromes (PPGLs) based on molecular diagnosis and molecular subtype is becoming more popular. The newly discovered MAX germline mutation-associated PPGLs are autosomally dominant and rare. To raise awareness and explore the effective management of individual diagnosis and treatment, the relevant literature published between January 2011 and February was systematically reviewed. There were a total of 101 patients in the 77 families, involving all 5 exons, containing 44 types of MAX germline mutations and mostly concentrated in exons 3 and 4 (64.4%), the main mutations were nonsense mutations and missense mutations (72.3%), and some were large fragment deletions or insertions, intron variant, gene fusion mutations were relatively infrequent. Furthermore, about 10% of the patients had a paternal parent-of-origin effect. Among the 101 patients, 96 (95.0%) developed PHEO including 15 metastatic PHEO, 61 bilateral PHEO and 35 unilateral PHEO. The age of diagnosis was (31.7±10.9) years (range: 13 to 80 years). The male to female ratio was 1.2∶1. Eleven were accompanied with chest and abdominal PGL. Eight (7.9%) were accompanied by functional pituitary adenoma. And 12 (11.9%) developed other neuroendocrine tumors (NET), of which 8 were accompanied by PHEO, including 4 hyperparathyroidism, 1 gangliocytoma and neuroblastoma, 1 pancreatic NET, 1 medullary thyroid carcinoma and 1 C cell hyperplasia. Six presented concomitant non-NET, including 1 tongue squamous cell carcinoma, 1 papillary thyroid carcinoma, 1 prostate cancer, 1 renal oncocytoma, 1 breast cancer with renal oncocytoma, and 1 thoracic chondrosarcoma with multifocal adenocarcinoma of lung. The remaining 5 cases (5.0%), including 4 other NET (2 ganglioblastoma, 1 abdominal neuroblastoma and 1 pancreatic NET) and 1 asymptomatic child, did not present PHEO. The MAX germline mutation may cause a novel multiple endocrine neoplasia, which can be described as type 5. A comprehensive baseline assessment of neural crest cell-derived diseases such as PPGL, pituitary adenoma, hyperparathyroidism, and/or gangliocytoma (neuroblastoma) was recommended for all people with MAX germline mutations, and the risk of bilateral and/or metastatic PHEO should also be considered. In contrast, patients with PPGLs combined with other NET, such as functional pituitary adenoma, should undergo genetic testing and pedigree screening that includes at least the MAX gene.

Objective:To develop a questionnaire on knowledge, attitude and practice of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection among physical examination population, and to verify its reliability and validity.Methods:This study was a cross-sectional survey. Based on the theory of knowledge, attitude and practice, the first draft of the questionnaire on knowledge, attitude and practice of Hp infection in physical examination population was designed by means of retrospective literature research, qualitative interview, discussion in the research group. The structure and items of the questionnaire were consulted and revised by the expert consultation method (Delphi method). Through pre investigation of 186 physical examination personnel from May to June in 2021, the final version of the "knowledge, attitude and practice questionnaire on Helicobacter pylori infection among physical examination population" was formed after adjustment and verification of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results:The questionnaire of knowledge, attitude and practice of Hp infection in physical examination population included 3 dimensions and 28 items, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 56.271%. The content validity index of each item level of the questionnaire was 0.75-1.00, and the content validity index of the total questionnaire was 0.94. The Cronbach alpha of knowledge, attitude and practice dimensions in this questionnaire were 0.862, 0.901 and 0.798 respectively. The overall Cronbach alpha of the questionnaire was 0.890, and the half reliability was 0.698. The test-retest reliability of the questionnaire was 0.919, and the test-retest reliability of each dimension was 0.924, 0.917 and 0.845.Conclusions:The questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and can be used to measure the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of Hp infection in physical examination population.

Objective: To investigate the effect of holistic nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with occupational pneumoconiosis complicated with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) . Methods: In October 2018, from September 2016 to September 2018, 120 pneumoconiosis patients with copd admitted to the occupational disease department of Laigang Hospital attached to Affilated to Shandong First Medical University were selected, according to random number table method is divided into experimental group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases) in the control group given conventional nursing, the experimental group to implement the holistic nursing, before and after the intervention were compared of two groups of patients with disease recognition grade self-management behavior of related parameters of blood gas analysis and lung function changes. Results: Comparison of disease recognition score between the two groups, the experimental group was higher than the control group (P<0.05) . Comparison of scores of self-management behaviors such as diseases medical management, daily life management. Emotion management and so on between the two groups showed that the experimental group was higher than the control group (P<0.05) . Comparison of blood gas analysis indicators between the two groups showed that PaO₂ in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05) . Comparison of pulmonary function indicators between the two groups showed that FEV₁ and FEV₁/FVC in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion Holistic nursing can effectively improve the cognition of pneumoconiosis patients with copd in the acute exacerbation stage, regulate their self-management behavior, improve arterial oxygen content, improve pulmonary ventilation function. and promote the recovery of the disease.

Tissue engineering has emerged as a promising approach for the repair and functional reconstruction of damaged tissues. The bionic and intelligentized scaffolds provide the structural support for cell growth and differentiation as well as tissue regeneration. The surface properties of the biological material implant, the nanotopology in particular, become key aspects in determining the success of the implant. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are widely favored by researchers as the seed cells in tissue engineering. Recently, it has been shown that nanotopographical characteristics of biomaterials regulate a wide range of MSC properties from their cellular behavior and differentiation potential. Herein, this review will provide an update on studies investigating the roles of nanotopography in the development of tissue engineering using MSC.

Objective To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of dysmenorrhea among female college students in Changchun city, so as to provide scientific basis for health promotion and effective preventive measurement. Methods Non-randomized convenience sampling and face to face interview were used to collect information from female college students aged between 17 and 25 years in 14 universities in Changchun. Chi-square test and logistic regression model were used to analyze influencing factors of dysmenorrhea. Results The average age of 1 071 subjects was 21.21 ± 1.83 years. The prevalence of dysmenorrhea was 86.55%. The proportion of mild dysmenorrhea among the subjects was 62.56%, followed by 33.01% with moderate dysmenorrhea and 4.43% with severe dysmenorrhea; 80.76% of subjects paid attention to keep warm in the daily life. Normal BMI, sleeping before 23 o'clock or between 23 to 24 o'clock, taking exercise frequently or everyday might be the protective factors of dysmenorrhea, and the OR values (95% CI) were respectively as 0.60 (0.37-0.97), 0.56 (0.37-0.84), 0.42 (0.22-0.78) and 0.63(0.42-0.97). Tension and the family history of dysmenorrhea might be the risk factors, and the OR values (95%CI) were respectively 1.63 (1.10-2.41), 4.84 (2.80-8.35). Conclusion The prevalence of dysmenorrhea is high among female college students. Lacking exercise, BMI less than 18.5 kg/m2, staying up late, tension and the family history of dysmenorrhea may be the influencing factors of dysmenorrhea among female college students.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the relationship between fetal lateral ventriculomegaly and chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA) abnormalities.

METHODSFifty fetuses with lateral ventriculomegaly detected by ultrasound and a normal karyotype were included. Forty four fetuses were classified as mild ventriculomegaly (MVM), in which the lateral ventricular atrium was 10-15 mm. Six had severe ventriculomegaly (SVM), with the lateral ventricularatrium being ≥ 15 mm. The fetuses were also divided into isolated (n= 21) and non-isolated groups (n= 29) based on whether they are associated with other anomalies.

RESULTSThirteen (26%) of the fetuses were found to be abnormal by CMA. For the 44 cases with MVM, 9 (20.9% ) were found to be abnormal, while for the 6 cases with SMV, 4 (66.7%) were found to be abnormal (P>0.05). CMA abnormalities were found in 2 (9.5%) of the 21 fetuses with isolated ventriculomegaly group and 11 (37.9%) of the 29 fetuses with non-isolated ventriculomegaly group (P<0.05).

CONCLUSIONChromosome microdeletions and microduplications are the most common abnormalities found in fetal lateral ventriculomegaly. When ventriculomegaly is associated with other anomalies, the incidence of CMA abnormally is much higher. Prenatal diagnosis is necessary for fetuses with lateral ventriculomegaly.

Objective:To compare the tolerance to indwelling urethral catheterization in surgical patients who received the pro‐cedure before general anesthesia with that after general anesthesia ,and to find out the best timing for indwelling urethral cathe‐terization .Methods:Totally 300 cases undergoing laparoscopic gallbladder operation with general anesthesia were randomly di‐vided into group A and group B ,with 150 cases in each group .In group A ,Indwelling urethral catheterization was done 10 min before general anesthesia ,while in group B it was done after tracheal intubation of general anesthesia .And the procedures in two groups were conducted with No .16 disposable urethral catheterization bag and complied with the standard criteria of cathe‐terization .Heart rate and mean arterial pressure before anesthesia and that in 5 min after tracheal extubation ,were recorded respectively ,and were evaluated in accordance with the degree of agitation scale .Results:Occurrence rate of moderate and severe agitation in group A was less than that in group B .Heart rate before general anesthesia was higher in group A than that in group B ,while mean arterial pressure and heart rate 5 min after tracheal extubation was lower in group A than that in group B .And the differences were statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Conclusions:To indwell urethral catheters before the general anesthesia could significantly improve the tolerance to urethral catheterization in surgical patients more comfortable .

OBJECTIVETo provide prenatal diagnosis for two families affected with oculocutaneous albinism (OCA), in both of which only 1 pathogenic allele has been identified.

METHODSTo determine the clinical classification of OCA through DNA sequencing for TYR, P, TYRP1 and SLC45A2 genes in combination with phenotype analysis. Prenatal diagnosis was carried out by direct sequencing and intragenic SNPs family-based linkage analysis.

RESULTSIn the first family, only 1 heterozygous mutation c.1255C>T was found in the proband, which was inherited from her mother. Together with its clinical phenotype, the proband was suspected to have OCA2 Screening of amniotic fluid, however, has found no mutation. With family-based linkage analysis, the fetus was deemed to be an OCA2 carrier. In the second family, again only one heterozygous mutation c.1920_1949 del30bp and ins AACA was found in the proband, which was inherited from her father. Together with its clinical phenotype, the proband was suspected to have OCA2. Screening of amniotic fluid has revealed a heterozygous mutation c.1920_1949 del30bp and ins AACA. By family-based linkage analysis, the fetus was deemed to be an OCA2 carrier. Both fetuses had a normal phenotype at birth.

CONCLUSIONPrenatal genetic diagnosis has been provided for the first time for two families affected with OCA, in which only 1 pathogenic mutant allele was detected. The combined mutation detection and SNPs linkage analysis has turned out to be successful.
