This paper analyzed the causes of peripheral nerve injury induced by acupoint injection, and proposed methods for prevention. These methods included emphasizing the physicochemical properties of medications and strengthening research on medication compatibility, classifying high-risk acupoints and establishing international standards for safe acupoint needling, standardizing clinical procedures for acupoint injection, and incorporating ultrasound technology when necessary to improve the accuracy and safety of the procedure. These strategies aimed to reduce the risk associated with the clinical application of acupoint injection.

Objective To establish a novel rat model of chronic skeletal muscle composite injury in the lumbar region,to explore its mechanism and treatment method in depth.Methods Twenty-eight SD rats were randomly divided into control group(n = 10),Hitting injury model(HIM)group(n = 9),Composite damage model(CDM)group(n = 9)(vertical blow combined with forced prolonged sitting).Open field test,HE staining and PCR sequencing were performed 3 days after modeling.Results The open field distance of rats in HIM group was significantly shorter than that in the CDM group,and both groups had shorter distances than the control group.HE staining showed multiple muscle fiber breaks,significant widening of muscle gaps,uneven distribution of muscle nuclei,and visible congestion in the model group of simple blow injury;In the CDM group,muscle fibers were ruptured,the muscle gaps were slightly widened,and inflammatory cell infiltration was observed between the muscles,especially around the muscle fiber breakage,with muscle fiber nuclei gathering.A volcano plot of the sequencing result suggested significant differences in the Pf4 gene.GO analysis of muscle tissue in model group rats showed upregulation of oxygen binding and carrier activity pathways.Conclusions This study attempted to establish a composite skeletal muscle injury model to study the pathological changes of chronic skeletal muscle injury in the low back pain and evaluate the efficacy of treatment method.It has practical application value in animal experiments for chronic non-specific low back pain.

Objective: To study the urinary iodine level of pregnant women with thyroid disease in Shenzhen, and to provide scientific basis for rational iodine supplementation. Methods: A total of 170 pregnant women with thyroid diseases who visited Department of Endocrinology, Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the subjects, they were divided into hyperthyroidism group (84 cases) and non-hyperthyroidism group (86 cases) according to whether they had hyperthyroidism or not. Morning urine sample was collected under normal dietary conditions; urinary iodine was detected by peroxyacetic acid tetramethylbenzidine oxidation colorimetry. Urinary iodine < 150 μg/L was iodine deficiency and 150-249 μg/L was appropriate iodine. Results: The median of urinary iodine of pregnant women with thyroid disease in Shenzhen was 143.9 μg/L, which was slightly lower than the lowest limit of the appropriate iodine level. The median of urinary iodine in hyperthyroidism group was 116.6 μg/L, which was at the iodine deficiency level; the median of urinary iodine in non-hyperthyroidism group was 181.6 μg/L, which was at the appropriate iodine level. There was significant difference in urinary iodine levels between hyperthyroidism group and non-hyperthyroidism group (Z =-2.261, P < 0.05). Conclusion The urinary iodine of pregnant women with hyperthyroidism in Shenzhen is slightly low.

OBJECTIVETo explore the trend change of the morbidity and mortality of colorectal cancer in China in order to provide reference to the prevention and control of colorectal cancer.

METHODSAccording to the 1-3 volumes of "Pathogenesis and death of malignancies in pilot program city and county of China", "Pathogenesis and death of cancer in China"(2003-2007) and "Registration annual report of tumor in China" published in 2011 and 2012, data of pathogenesis and death of colorectal cancer from 10 tumor registration spots, including Beijing urban, Shanghai urban, Wuhan urban, Harbin urban (defined as city urban), and Hebei Ci County, Jiangsu Qidong District, Zhejiang Jiashan District, Guangxi Fusui County, Fujian Changle District, Henan Lin County (defined as rural district), between 1988 and 2009 were collected. The morbidity and mortality were elucidated with world population standardized rate. Ratio of pathogenesis to death was calculated with crude rate of morbidity and mortality. Data of 22 years were enrolled into the linear regression analysis to calculate the annual change rate of morbidity and mortality statistically.

RESULTS(1) Colon cancer: morbidity presented increasing trend; male morbidity in city urban increased faster; mortality presented increasing trend as well; no significant difference of increasing velocity was observed between city urban and rural district; morbidity and mortality in city urban were higher compared to rural district; morbidity and mortality of males were higher compared to females; except stable Fujian Changle District, ratio of pathogenesis to death presented decreased trend in Shanghai urban and Hebei Ci County, and increased trend in other 7 spots (all P<0.05). (2) Rectal cancer: morbidity presented increasing trend, and its increasing velocity of city urban was faster compared to rural district; mortality presented decreased trend, especially in females, and this trend in rural district was worse compared to city urban; morbidity and mortality of males were higher compared to females, while no significant difference was observed between city urban and rural district; morbidity and mortality of males and females in Zhejiang Jiashan District were all decreased (all P<0.05); except stable Harbin city, ratio of pathogenesis to death presented increased trend in other 9 spots (all P<0.05). (3) Ratio analysis of morbidity and mortality showed that percentage of colon cancer increased gradually in all 10 spots between 1988-2009.

CONCLUSIONSIn the past 2 decades, the overall morbidity and mortality of colorectal cancer are higher in city urban and in male as compared with rural district and female. Colon cancer has higher morbidity than rectal cancer and its morbidity and mortality present increased trend, while morbidity of rectal cancer presents increased trend but its mortality presents decreased trend.

Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA (miRNA)-3620 in the plasma of patients with anti-tuberculosis drug-induced hepatotoxicity (ATDH).Methods A total of 35 patients with ATDH and 35 non-ATDH paired individuals were included in this study.Plasma miRNA-3620 levels were detected using real-time Polymerase chain reaction.Comparison between two groups was done with t test.Receiver operation characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was performed to determine the diagnostic value of miRNA-3620 in ATDH.Results The relative expression of plasma miRNA-3620 of patients with ATDH and non-ATDH were 1.65±1.43 and 0.71±0.45, respectively, with significantly statistical difference (t=3.703, P<0.01).The cut off value of miRNA-3620 expression was 1.15 and the area under ROC curve were 0.71(95% CI: 0.43-1.45).Based on this cutoff value, the sensitivity and specificity of miRNA-3620 in diagnosing ATDH were 60.0% and 82.9%, respectively;the positive predictive value was 77.8% and the negative predictive value was 67.4%.Twenty-one ATDH cases and 29 non-ATDH cases was correctly diagnosed, with the accuracy of 71.4%.Conclusion The expression of miRNA-3620 in plasma is significantly increased in ATDH patients.

Objective To explore the mediating role of self-confidence in the parental rearing style and facing-audience com munication apprehension(FACA).Methods The Chinese College Students' Facing-audience Communication Apprehension Scale (revised version of 2011),the Short-form Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran for Chinese(s-EMBU-C) and the Overall Self-confidence Questionnaire Version of College Students were adopted to survey on 1 072 college freshmen from Guizhou Province.Results FACA in the freshmen of non-one-child was significantly higher than that in the freshmen of one-child,FACA in the freshmen of good performance was significantly lower than that in the freshmen of middle and poor performance;FACA of college freshmen,parental rearing style and self-confidence were significantly correlated with each other;self-confidence played a complete mediated role between the parental care and FACA,and a partial mediated role between the parental control and FACA.Conclusion Self-confidence has significant mediate effect between the parental rearing style and FACA of college freshmen.

Objective To explore the mechanism of resilience and social adaptation of the rear middle school students ,and the mediation effect of coping .Methods Totally 641 rural junior high school students were surveyed by the resilience scale for chi‐nese adolescents (HKRA) ,social Adaptation for middle school students (SAS‐SSS) and coping style scale of middle school students (CSSMSS) .Results (1)The girls of the rear middle school were higher than boys in resilience ,problem‐solving ,feeling ventilation and social adaptation(P< 0 .05) ,but lower in fantasy (P< 0 .05) .(2) There were significant correlations in problem‐solving ,help‐seeking ,withdrawal ,resilience and social adaptation .(3)The results showed that partial ,rather than full ,mediation of problem‐sol‐ving was found between resilience and social adaptation ,the mediation effect accounted for 44 .4% .Conclusion The rear middle school students′s resilience and problem‐solving were important factors for their adapting society .

Objective To analyze the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with early enteral nutrition(EN)for treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods 70 SAP patients were randomly divided into TCM plus EN group(36 cases)and conventional therapy group(34 cases). Both groups received routine treatment. Additionally,TCM+EN group received early EN and TCM decoction treatment〔the ingredients of decoction including radix bupleuri,radix paeoniae alba,radix scutellariae,fructus aurantii immaturus, magnolia bark,raw rhubarb(rhubarb was added at last during cooking the decoction)and natrii sulfas exsiccatus (dissolved in water to be administered)each 10 g,the decoction was concentrated to 150 mL and then administered via a stomach tube to the patient,afterwards the tube was clipped for 2.5-3 hours,twice a day,4-7 days constituting a therapeutic course〕. After treatment,the time for patients' symptoms improvement,the situation of intestinal recovery, the length of stay in hospital,the total medical cost,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), amylase (AMY), acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ(APACHEⅡ)score and complications,intensive care unit(ICU)transfer rate and case fatality rate in two groups were observed. Results The time for symptoms improvement of abdominal tenderness(day:1.68±1.01 vs. 3.89±1.07), abdominal distension(day:2.17±1.48 vs. 4.24±3.23),abdominal pain(day:3.12±1.14 vs. 4.94±3.21)and the intestinal recovery of exhaust defecation time(day:3.48±0.92 vs. 5.32±3.30)of SAP patients after treatment in the TCM+EN group were faster significantly than those in the conventional therapy group(all P<0.05). The length of stay in hospital(day:15.50±1.75 vs. 19.35±1.69)and total cost(wan yuan:1.812±0.424 vs. 3.292±1.081) of TCM+EN group were less than those of conventional therapy group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). After treatment,the levels of serum CRP,AST,LDH,AMY,APACHEⅡscore in TCM+EN group and conventional therapy group were all lower than those before treatment,and on day 10,the degree of descent was more prominent in TCM+EN group〔CRP(mg/L):98.972±43.384 vs. 122.392±71.621,AST(U/L):75.952±55.668 vs. 126.391±47.431, LDH (μmol?s-1?L-1):1.48±0.21 vs. 2.61±1.46,AMY(U/L):146.362±58.792 vs. 226.392±37.692,APACHE Ⅱscores:6.978±3.352 vs. 13.652±7.621,P<0.05 or P<0.01〕. There was no death in TCM+EN group,while in the conventional therapy group,there was 1 case dead. ICU transfer rate in TCM+EN group was less than that in the conventional therapy group(2.78% vs. 11.76%),but there was no statistical significant difference between the two groups(χ2=0.99,P>0.05). Among the 70 patients with SAP,the cause of the disease due to gallstone accounted for 55.72%,hyperlipidemia for 37.14%,alcoholic for 4.28%and other 2.86%. Conclusion The use of TCM combined with early EN for treatment of patients with SAP can enhance the curative effect of SAP,reduce the hospitalization time and the total cost of patients,and decrease complications and mortality,that is conducive to the faster recovery of patients.

When we try to establish the gene recombinant yeast cell to screen the androgenic endocrine disruptors, the key procedure is the androgen receptor (AR) expression in the yeast cell. For this purpose, we obtained the GPD (glyceraldehyde-3-phosphote dehydrogenase) promoter from the yeast genosome of W303-1A using PCR system and inserting it into Swa I and BamH I sites of pYestrp2. The new constructed vector was named pGPD. The V5 epitope tag DNA with a 5'-BamH I and a 3'-EcoR I sticky end was cloned into the corresponding site of the pGPD vector to yield the vector of pGPDV5. The 2 723 bp full length AR ORF amplified by PCR from pcDNA3.1/AR was fused to V5 epitope tag DNA in pGPDV5 to give the AR yeast expression vector of pGPDV5/AR. This fused vector was transformed into the yeast cell (W303-1A). Western blot was used to detect the V5 fused protein of AR, in the protocol of which the primary monoclonal antibody (IgG(2a)) of mouse anti-V5 and the polyclonal secondary antibody of goat anti-mouse (IgG) linked to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) were used to detect the specific protein in the given sample of the transformed yeast extract. The result showed that the fused protein of AR was expressed successfully in the yeast cell.

Objective To investigate the expression of peroxiredoxin 1 (Prx 1) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with portal vein tumor thrombosis (PVTT) and to evaluate the relationship between the expressions of Prx 1 and the postoperative recurrence of this disease. Methods Immunohisto chemistry and Western blotting were performed to examine the expression of Prx 1 protein in 40 patients with HCC with PVTT. Experiments on Sprague Dawley (SD) rat hepatoma model were further carried out to observe the pathological changes of Prx 1 by immunohistochemistry. Clinical outcomes were analyzed to find a correlation between the recurrence and positive rate of Prx 1. Results The expression level of Prx 1 was significantly up-regulated in primary tumor tissues than in tumor thrombosis samples (P＜0.01). Immunohistochemistry results showed that the positive rate of Prx 1 in primary tumor tissues were higher than that in tumor thrombosis. Western blotting confirmed a same trend in the level of Prx 1, the average luminosity of the blots were 1534.2 and 735.6, respectively. There was a significant difference in SD rat hepatoma model, the 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24-week positive rates of Prx 1 in liver tumor tissues were 60%, 80%, 75% ,65%, 40% and 25% respectively. Clinical outcomes showed that the time to first postoperative recurrence of Prx 1 in the primary tumor positive group was significantly higher than that in the negative group (6. 3 vs 3. 7 months, P＜0. 01). Conclusions Prx 1 protein was down-regulated in HCC with PVTT. There was a negative correlation between the expression of Prx 1 and recurrence.
