Objective:To understand the current situation of occupational internal exposure dose research using direct measurement method in China, and to explore the occupational internal dose level of nuclear medicine staff. Methods:From 2023 to April 2024, search on platforms such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Chinese Medical Journal Network, to collect research literature on the internal exposure dose monitoring of nuclear medicine staff and discuss the internal exposure dose assessment method. According to the literature reported thyroid 131I activity level at the measuring time, the internal exposure dose level was estimated using the method recommended by GBZ 129-2016. Results:According to existing research reports on direct measurement using portable γ spectrometers, 6.1% of nuclear medicine workers may receive a 131I dose greater than 1 mSv/a. Conclusion:It is necessary to conduct periodic continuous monitoring for personnel whose internal exposure dose may greater than 1 mSv/a, and it is necessary to explore the feasibility of periodic internal exposure monitoring method carried out by hospitals.

Objective:To screen serum biomarkers of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients by high throughput data independent acquisition (DIA) proteomics technology. Methods:This was a case-control study. A total of 39 peripheral blood samples were collected at Reproductive Medical Center of Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March to November 2021. Among which, 20 cases were from PCOS patients, and 19 cases were from women who underwent assisted reproduction due to male factors causing infertility. DIA proteomics technology combined with bioinformatics analysis were performed to screen for differential protein expression profiles in the serum of PCOS patients. Typical differentially expressed proteins were selected for expression analysis and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis, followed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) validation. Results:The results of DIA proteomics combined with bioinformatics analysis showed that compared with control group, 194 significantly differentially expressed proteins were screened in the peripheral blood of PCOS patients, including 64 upregulated proteins and 130 downregulated proteins. The ROC curve analysis results showed that the area under curve values of PSMD8, RPS15A, NDUFB1, GM2A, and TOP2A were all above 0.9, indicating that these proteins have good diagnostic value. The ELISA validation results showed that the content of TOP2A in peripheral blood of PCOS patients was significantly upregulated ( P=0.046), while the content of GM2A was significantly downregulated ( P=0.021), when compared with control group, which consistent with the DIA results. Conclusion:DIA proteomics can be used to screen the differential expression of peripheral blood proteins in PCOS patients, among which, PSMD8, RPS15A, NDUFB1, GM2A and TOP2A can be used as serum biomarkers for PCOS diagnosis and treatment.

Secondary infections are the leading cause of death in patients with bullous pemphigoid. Early identification of risk factors for secondary infections in patients with bullous pemphigoid can improve their prognosis. This review summarizes the relationships of secondary infections in bullous pemphigoid with clinical characteristics, laboratory indicators, drug treatment, and duration of hospitalization, providing a reference for clinical evaluation and treatment.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the status of anxiety and depression in field training military officers and soldiers and analyze the impact of coping styles and personality traits.METHODS: Self-rating Anxiety Scale, Self-Rating Depression scale, Simple Coping Style Questionnaire and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire were used to evaluate 494 field training military officers and soldiers by judgment sampling method. RESULTS: The rates of anxiety and depression symptoms of the officers and soldiers in field training were 13.0% and 23.1%, respectively. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the higher the negative coping style, mental quality and neurotic scores of the officers and soldiers in the field, the lower the scores of internal and external, the worse the interpersonal relationship and family relationship, the higher the risk of anxiety(P<0.05). The higher the mental quality and neurotic scores of the officers and soldiers in the field, the lower of the position, the lower the scores of positive coping style and internal and external, the worse the interpersonal relationship and family relationship, the higher the risk of depression(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Anxiety and depression are the main negative emotions in the field training officers and soldiers. Negative coping style, pathological personality tendency and interpersonal relationship are the main influencing factors of negative emotion.
