Journal of Public Health and Preventive Medicine 2025;36(1):8-12
Objective To develop a multivariate modeling and prediction approach using the data of influenza incidence, meteorological factors and PM2.5 variables in Hefei City, and to provide new insights into multivariate modeling and prediction methods. Methods PM2.5 data were transformed into fractal dimension data and, along with meteorological data, were incorporated into a ConvLSTM model. The performance of this model was compared with traditional ARIMAX and multivariate LSTM models. Results The ARIMAX model's testing set Mean Absolute Error (MAE) was 95.75, Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) was 176.72, and Index of Agreement (IA) was 0.396642. The multivariate LSTM model's testing set MAE was 22.18, RMSE was 43.06, and IA was 0.974611. For the fractal dimension-based ConvLSTM model, the testing set MAE was 17.37, RMSE was 32.25, and IA was 0.988149. Conclusion The fractal dimension effectively captures the complexity and self-similarity of PM2.5 concentration, providing the model with richer feature information. The fractal dimension-based ConvLSTM model significantly outperforms the traditional ARIMAX model and the multivariate LSTM model in prediction accuracy and can be used for predicting the number of influenza cases.

Objective:To establish the standard of nursing quality in bone oncology department, and provide the basis for scientific evaluation of nursing quality in bone oncology department. Methods:On the theoretical basis of Donabedian′s three-dimensional quality model of "structure-process-outcome", and through literature review and semi-structured interview method, the "evaluation index of nursing quality in bone oncology department" was preliminatively formulated from November 2022 to June 2023. The Delphi method was used to select 31 experts from 31 third-level A hospitals and nursing colleges in 27 provinces or municipalities across the country for two rounds of correspondence consultation. The criteria were screened and modified to determine the evaluation criteria of nursing quality in bone tumor specialty. Results:The questionnaire recovery rate of 2 rounds of expert consultation was 100.00%, the authority coefficient of 2 rounds of expert consultation was 0.93, and the coefficient of variation of 1, 2 and 3-grade standards were all less than or equal to 0.25. The Kendall′s coefficient of concordance of the primary standards of the two rounds of expert consultation were both 0.088, in the secondary standards were 0.103 and 0.140, in the tertiary standards were 0.119 and 0.110. Through 2 rounds of expert letter consultation, the evaluation criteria for the quality of care in bone tumor specialties were divided into three levels, including 3 primary standards (structural quality criteria, process quality criteria and outcome quality criteria), 21 secondary standards and 80 tertiary standards. Conclusions:The construction process of nursing quality standard in bone oncology department is scientific and reliable, reflecting specialty characteristics, and can provide scientific basis for the evaluation of nursing quality in bone oncology department and standardize nursing behavior.

Objective To investigate the role and mechanism of zinc finger protein 281(ZNF281)in high glucose(HG)-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)and extracellular matrix(ECM)synthesis in renal tubular epithelial cells(RTECs).Methods HG induced RTECs were used to construct a diabetic kidney disease cell model, and cells were divided into the control group, the HG group and the mannitol group.Cell proliferation viability was detected by CCK-8.The expression of ZNF281 was knocked down in HG-treated RTECs using small interfering RNA(siRNA).HG-induced RTECs after knockdown of ZNF281 were divided into the control group, the HG group, the HG+ZNF281 siRNA group and the HG+ZNF281 vector group.Adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)was activated using AMPK agonist, acadexin(AICAR),and then cells were divided into the control group, the HG group, the HG+AICAR group and the HG+dimethyl sulfoxide group. The expression levels of ZNF281,EMT and ECM synthesis-related indexes were detected by qPCR and Western blot assay. Results Compared with the control group, the protein and mRNA expression levels of vimentin,α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),fibronectin(FN)and collagen Ⅰ(Col Ⅰ)were significantly higher, and the expression of E-cadherin was significantly lower in the HG group.Compared with the HG group, the protein and mRNA expression levels of EMT and ECM synthesis-related indexes were significantly changed in the HG+ZNF281 siRNA group and the HG+AICAR group. The protein and mRNA expression levels of ZNF281 were significantly reduced in the HG+AICAR group compared with the HG group. In cells co-treated with AICAR and transfected with ZNF281 plasmid, the expression levels of vimentin,α-SMA,FN and Col Ⅰ were significantly higher in the AICAR+ZNF281 group, and E-cadherin was significantly lower compared with that of the vector group. Conclusion AMPK inhibits EMT and ECM synthesis in HG-treated RTECs by negatively regulating the expression level of ZNF281.

The intervention and prevention of perioperative hypothermia is not only reflected in the technical level, but also reveals the important role of humanistic care in the whole intervention work. If perioperative patients have hypothermia, it is likely to cause a series of complications such as postoperative shivering, which seriously threatens the life safety of patients. Prevention and intervention was based on a comprehensive understanding of the causes and hazards of hypothermia, especially the impact on the lives of the elderly. Effective supervision was implemented in the whole process of operation, such as dynamic monitoring of vital signs including body temperature, followed by room temperature regulation, body temperature protection and preoperative and postoperative psychological nursing. At this time, the sense of responsibility, good humanistic care of medical staff are of positive significance to effectively prevent and reduce the probability of perioperative hypothermia and accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.

China Pharmacy 2024;35(8):997-1000
OBJECTIVE To provide a reference for the early diagnosis, drug treatment and medication monitoring for patients with Lemierre’s syndrome. METHODS The doctors confirmed the diagnosis of the patient as having Lemierre’s syndrome based on the patient’s condition and the results of metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS), and the clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment process of the patient. During the treatment process, the clinical pharmacists suggested using piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium combined with metronidazole for anti-infective treatment against Fusobacterium necrophorum infection; clinical pharmacists recommend anticoagulant treatment with Enoxaparin sodium injection for left internal jugular vein thrombophlebitis. RESULTS The doctors accepted the suggestion of the clinical pharmacists, and the patient’s condition improved after treatment and was allowed to be discharged with medication. CONCLUSIONS By interpreting the results of mNGS, combined with the patient’s condition, the clinical pharmacists assist doctors in formulating individualized anti-infective and anticoagulant plans for the patient and provide medication monitoring, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the patient’s medication.
