Objective To explore the expression and prognostic value of Smad ubiquitination regulator 2(SMURF2)and protein kinase C receptor 1(RACK1)in epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC)tissues. Methods Cancer tissue specimens of 112 patients with EOC(EOC group)admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to Janu-ary 2021,as well as normal ovarian tissue specimens of 60 patients with other ovarian diseases(control group)who underwent ovarian surgery in the same hospital during the same period were selected. The expressions of SMURF2 and RACK1 in EOC cancer tissues and normal ovarian tissues were detected by real-time fluores-cence quantitative PCR and immunohistochemistry.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the rela-tionship between the expressions of SMURF2 mRNA and RACK1 mRNA in EOC cancer tissues. The Kaplan-Meier survival curve and Log-rank test were used to analyze the differences in survival prognosis among pa-tients with different expressions of SMURF2 and RACK1.Multivariate COX regression analysis was conduc-ted to analyze the influencing factors of survival prognosis in EOC.Results The expression level of SMURF2 mRNA in EOC cancer tissues was lower than that in normal ovarian tissues, and the expression level of RACK1 mRNA was higher than that in normal ovarian tissues, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The expression levels of SMURF2 mRNA and RACK1 mRNA in EOC cancer tissues were negatively correlated(r=-0.764,P<0.001).The positive rate of SMURF2 in EOC cancer tissues was lower than that in normal ovarian tissues, and the positive rate of RACK1 was higher than that in normal ovarian tis-sues.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Compared with the cancer tissues of EOC pa-tients with International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology(FIGO)stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and no lymph node metastasis, the positive rate of SMURF2 was lower and the positive rate of RACK1 was higher in the cancer tissues of EOC patients with FIGO stage Ⅲ and lymph node metastasis, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 3-year overall survival rate of EOC patients in the SMURF2 positive group was higher than that in the negative group, and the 3-year overall survival rate of EOC patients in the RACK1 pos-itive group was lower than that in the negative group, and the differences were statistically significant(Log-Rank x2=4.938,5.251;P=0.028,0.018).FIGO stage Ⅲ,lymph node metastasis and positive RACK1 were risk factors affecting the survival prognosis of EOC(P<0.001),while positive SMURF2 was a protective fac-tor(P<0.001).Conclusion The expression level of SMURF2 is decreased and the expression level of RACK1 is increased in EOC cancer tissues. Both are related to FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis, and are markers for evaluating the survival prognosis of EOC patients.

Journal of Public Health and Preventive Medicine 2025;36(1):8-12
Objective To develop a multivariate modeling and prediction approach using the data of influenza incidence, meteorological factors and PM2.5 variables in Hefei City, and to provide new insights into multivariate modeling and prediction methods. Methods PM2.5 data were transformed into fractal dimension data and, along with meteorological data, were incorporated into a ConvLSTM model. The performance of this model was compared with traditional ARIMAX and multivariate LSTM models. Results The ARIMAX model's testing set Mean Absolute Error (MAE) was 95.75, Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) was 176.72, and Index of Agreement (IA) was 0.396642. The multivariate LSTM model's testing set MAE was 22.18, RMSE was 43.06, and IA was 0.974611. For the fractal dimension-based ConvLSTM model, the testing set MAE was 17.37, RMSE was 32.25, and IA was 0.988149. Conclusion The fractal dimension effectively captures the complexity and self-similarity of PM2.5 concentration, providing the model with richer feature information. The fractal dimension-based ConvLSTM model significantly outperforms the traditional ARIMAX model and the multivariate LSTM model in prediction accuracy and can be used for predicting the number of influenza cases.

Objective To investigate the role and mechanism of zinc finger protein 281(ZNF281)in high glucose(HG)-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)and extracellular matrix(ECM)synthesis in renal tubular epithelial cells(RTECs).Methods HG induced RTECs were used to construct a diabetic kidney disease cell model, and cells were divided into the control group, the HG group and the mannitol group.Cell proliferation viability was detected by CCK-8.The expression of ZNF281 was knocked down in HG-treated RTECs using small interfering RNA(siRNA).HG-induced RTECs after knockdown of ZNF281 were divided into the control group, the HG group, the HG+ZNF281 siRNA group and the HG+ZNF281 vector group.Adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)was activated using AMPK agonist, acadexin(AICAR),and then cells were divided into the control group, the HG group, the HG+AICAR group and the HG+dimethyl sulfoxide group. The expression levels of ZNF281,EMT and ECM synthesis-related indexes were detected by qPCR and Western blot assay. Results Compared with the control group, the protein and mRNA expression levels of vimentin,α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),fibronectin(FN)and collagen Ⅰ(Col Ⅰ)were significantly higher, and the expression of E-cadherin was significantly lower in the HG group.Compared with the HG group, the protein and mRNA expression levels of EMT and ECM synthesis-related indexes were significantly changed in the HG+ZNF281 siRNA group and the HG+AICAR group. The protein and mRNA expression levels of ZNF281 were significantly reduced in the HG+AICAR group compared with the HG group. In cells co-treated with AICAR and transfected with ZNF281 plasmid, the expression levels of vimentin,α-SMA,FN and Col Ⅰ were significantly higher in the AICAR+ZNF281 group, and E-cadherin was significantly lower compared with that of the vector group. Conclusion AMPK inhibits EMT and ECM synthesis in HG-treated RTECs by negatively regulating the expression level of ZNF281.

Chinese Medical Ethics 2024;35(3):350-352
The intervention and prevention of perioperative hypothermia is not only reflected in the technical level, but also reveals the important role of humanistic care in the whole intervention work. If perioperative patients have hypothermia, it is likely to cause a series of complications such as postoperative shivering, which seriously threatens the life safety of patients. Prevention and intervention was based on a comprehensive understanding of the causes and hazards of hypothermia, especially the impact on the lives of the elderly. Effective supervision was implemented in the whole process of operation, such as dynamic monitoring of vital signs including body temperature, followed by room temperature regulation, body temperature protection and preoperative and postoperative psychological nursing. At this time, the sense of responsibility, good humanistic care of medical staff are of positive significance to effectively prevent and reduce the probability of perioperative hypothermia and accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
