Objective Examine and analyze the current situation of the construction of national regional medical centers for children in China,in order to provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of national regional medical centers for children and other categories.Methods Refer to literature and official websites of relevant national departments and hospitals to obtain the required data and establish an analysis database for children's national regional medical centers.Using PEST analysis method,conduct research from four perspectives:politics,economy,society,and technology.Results The development trend of national regional medical centers for children is good,with a favorable policy environment,increasing demand for children's medical and health services,and high social expectations.However,there are issues such as targeted support policies that need to be improved,varying levels of economic security,regional cultural conflicts,and differences in technological resource levels.Conclusion It is suggested to improve the targeted policy support system,establish a sound compensation mechanism,actively integrate into the overall development of regional society,and integrate the advantages of various technological resources.

Objective:To investigate the effect of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on the sense of personal control and illness perception of young and middle-aged patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), so as to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the psychological care of patients after PCI.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was conducted. From January 2022 to December 2023, young and middle-aged patients after PCI admitted to the Department of Cardiology, Qinhuai Medical District, Eastern Theater Command General Hospital of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army were selected as the research subjects by convenient sampling method, patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on the basis of routine nursing. The Personal Mastery Scale (PMS), Cardiac Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (CSEQ), and Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire (BIPQ) were used to evaluate personal sense of control, self-efficacy, and illness perception before and after the intervention respectively.Results:A total of 80 young and middle-aged patients after PCI were included. There were 40 cases in the control group, including 25 males and 15 females, aged (49.43 ± 5.55) years old. There were 40 cases in the experimental group, including 19 males and 21 females, aged (49.03 ± 4.19) years old. Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the PMS, CSEQ and BIPQ scores between the two groups of patients (all P>0.05). After the intervention, the PMS, CSEQ scores of the patients in the experimental group were (23.03 ± 2.54), (45.85 ± 8.16) points respectively, which were higher than (21.95 ± 2.28), (39.05 ± 8.78) points in the control group, the BIPQ score of the patients in the experimental group was(39.63 ± 8.12) points, which was lower the (45.45 ± 8.64) points in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( t=-2.00, -3.59, 3.11, all P<0.05). Conclusions:Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy can effectively improve the sense of personal control and self-efficacy of young and middle-aged patients after PCI, reduce the sense of threat to the disease.

Objective:To explore the effect of empowerment education in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) .Methods:From June 2020 to July 2021, convenience sampling was used to select 90 patients with coronary heart disease who received PCI in the Department of Cardiology of Qinhuai Medical District, Eastern Theater Command General Hospital as the research object. The 45 patients admitted from June to December 2020 were set as the control group, and the 45 patients admitted from January to July 2021 were set as the observation group. The control group received routine health education, and the observation group was given empowerment education on this basis. The physical activity level and aerobic exercise endurance of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that there were between-group, time and interaction effects in the 6-minute walking distance between the two groups before intervention, one month and three months after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The physical activity levels of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after one and three months of intervention, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Empowerment education can improve physical activity level and aerobic exercise endurance in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.

In recent years , Raman spectrometer gradually emerging in the application in the domain of biology and medicine , Raman spectroscopy technology appears new development constantly in the rapid identification and classification of microorganisms because of its rapid , efficient, sensitive, noninvasive, repeatability and other unique advantages.This article describes its application in the rapid detection of bacteria , viruses and other microorganisms , and also prospects for the application of Raman spectroscopy in future clinical work .

As a novel,label-free and non-invasive detection modality,terahertz(THz,1THz=1012 Hz)spectroscopy has been widely used in various areas.For instance,in the biomedical field,it has great potentials to provide real-time scanning of living cells and tissues due to its unique advantages.Significant achievements have been reached in cell detection, related to bacterial identification, cancer cell characterization and blood cell detection.In tissue detection, the THz spectroscopy can be used to provide real-time scanning of living tissues and fast diagnosis.Furthermore, a single system which integrated THz spectroscopy and THz imaging would be able to collect information more sensitive and comprehensive. However,the clinical adaption of THz spectroscopy is still a controversial issue attributed to some intrinsic limitations and technical bottlenecks.In this article, both the application of THz spectroscopy in cell and tissue detection and the existing challenges and strategies to accelerate clinical applications were reviewed comprehensively.

Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of INNOVANCE D-Dimer,and provide information for clinical application.Methods 402 cases of sodium citrate anticoagulant blood were tested with INNOVANCE assay and PLUS assay on CA7000 analyzer to measure plasma D-Dimer levels.VIDAS-30 immunology analyzer was also used to validate the two assays.4 patients with elevated D-Dimer were monitored continuously during 5 days using INNOVANCE assay and PLUS assay respectively,then the consistency of trend between 2 assays was analyzed.Plasma specimens added with hemoglobin,bilimbin and triglyceride were used to verify the anti-interference capability of INNOVANCE D-Dimer assay.Results In 402 specimens,the result ranges of INNOVANCE D-Dimer and PLUS D-Dimer were [2.15 (0.33,8.63)]mg/L FEU and [325.50 (123.75,974.00)] μ,g/L DDU,respectively.The consistency between two assays was poor (Z =-17.375,P =0.000),especially the results in the range of PLUS D-Dimer (201-300) μg/L DDU and (301-400) μg/L DDU,the coincidence rates were only 25％ and 15％,respectively; the coincidence rate was up to 85％ during PLUS D-Dimer (500-600) μg/L DDU; the coincidence rate was close to 100％ when PLUS D-Dimer over 700 μg/L DDU.Totally 47 of 402 cases were unmatched between two assays.Verified by VIDAS 30,83.0％ (39/47) was false negative for PLUS assay,4.3％ (2/47) was false negative for INNOVANCE assay,12.7％ (6/47) was false positive for PLUS assay.There were 5 false positives and 39 false negative for PLUS assay,totally 45 cases; Two false negative for INNOVANCE assay.Four patients with elevated D-Dimer were monitored and the results showed similar trend between 2 assays.For INNOVANCE assay,the capacity of anti-interference to free bilirubin,unconjugated bilirubin,hemoglobin,and triglyceride was up to 217 μmol/L,337 μmol/L,41.04 g/L,18.35 mmol/L,respectively.Conclusions INNOVANCE assay can markedly reduce false negative results of D-Dimer compared with PLUS assay.INNOVANCE D-Dimer has good performance on anti-interference to jaundice,hemolysis and lipemia samples.
