Objective To understand the characteristics of occupational noise hazards in key industries in Huizhou City. Methods A total of 247 enterprises from 13 key industries in Huizhou City were selected as the research subjects using the stratified judgment sampling method. The worksite survey of occupational health and workplace noise intensity and spectrum monitoring were conducted at key work sites using "questionnaires and on-site inspections" method. Results The rate of noise intensity exceeding national standards was 53.4% (132/247). The median, 25th and 75th percentile of noise pressure levels in workplaces and worksites were 85.1 (81.2, 91.2)and 82.5 (78.8, 86.3) dB(A), respectively. The high-noise workplaces accounted for 50.0% (479/958). The rate of noise intensity exceeding national standard at work sites was 32.9% (303/921). The sound pressure level of noise at work sites was positively correlated with sound pressure level of noise sources (Spearman correlation coefficient=0.73, P<0.01). The top three high-risk work sites for exceeding national noise standards were grinding, frame nailing, and material cutting, with exceedance rates of 84.6%, 81.3%, and 62.8%, respectively. The frequency characteristics of the top ten high-risk work sites were mainly high-frequency noise. There were significant differences in noise spectrum characteristics among different workpiece materials used in similar types of work sites (all P<0.05), though high-frequency noise remained dominant. Conclusion Noise hazards in workplaces of key industries in Huizhou City are relatively severe. Continuous attention should be given to key work sites with high over-standard rate, such as grinding, frame nailing, and material cutting, and noise control strategies should be developed based on frequency spectrum characteristics.

Pulmonary nodules(PNs),a critical imaging indicator for early lung cancer screening, require deeper mechanistic explo-ration of their malignant transformation.Current Western medicine strategies—primarily surveillance—suffer from delayed interven-tion,while traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theories(e.g.,"phlegm-blood stasis binding")inadequately explain the dynamic pro-gression of malignancy.Integrating You Yi's theory of"where there is mass hardness, there must be latent yang"with modern research on PN malignant transformation, this study proposes a novel pathogenic mechanism of"latent yang as cause, mass hardness as effect":Depressed latent yang drives pro-tumorigenic microenvironments(e.g.,immunosuppression,hypoxic stress, chronic inflammation),leading to the coagulation of phlegm, stasis, fire, and toxins into cancer toxin.Based on this framework,a core therapeutic principle of"dispersing latent yang and intercepting malignant transition in stages"was established, providing a new paradigm for TCM-based early intervention against PN malignancy.

Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of active form of caspase-3 and cell cycle in Fas-mediated apoptosis of B lymphocytoma cell line MML-1. Methods MML-1 cells were incubated with agonistic anti-Fas antibody for different time, and cell apoptosis was induced.Cell apoptotic rates were analysed by flow cytometry, and sensitivity of MML-1 cells to apoptosis was determined. The expression of active form of caspase-3 was analysed by double staining with PI-Triton X and FITC-active caspase-3.Cyclin A,B_1 and E were selected as cell cycle markers for S,G_2/M and G_1 phase of MML-1 cells, and the expression of active form of caspase-3 was detected by flow cytometry. Results The cell apoptotic rate reached 56% after induction by Fas for 6 h.After induction by Fas for 4 h,the active form of caspase-3 was mainly expressed in cells of G_1 phase, while rarely in cells of S and G_2/M phase.Cells with negative cyclin A and B_1 and positive cyclin E expressed active form of caspase-3. Conclusion The expression of active form of caspase-3 in MML-1 cells mediated by Fas might be cell cycle dependent.Cells entering into late G_1 and early S phase first express active form of caspase-3,and their sensitivity to Fas-mediated apoptosis is the highest.

Objective To evaluate the clinical values of the TR band, analyze the factors about the hemorrhage delay at the same time. Methods Divided 98 patients who had accepted the radial artery interventional radiology into the observation group (52 cases) and the control group (46 cases) randomly. The TR band was used in the observation group and the routine nursing method was used in the control group. Results The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was significant lower than that of in the control group,P

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(05):-
Objective: To establish the qualitative and quantitative standards for Yejuhua Granules (Flos Chrysanthemi Indici). Methods: The identification was carried out by TLC. Chlorogenic acid in preparation was determined by HPLC. The HPLC conditions were:Hypersil column (4.6nm?250 nm 5?L), mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.04% phosphoric acid solution (13∶87). Results: TLC method for the identification of Yejuhua Granules was specific. HPLC for the determination of chlorogenic acid in preparation was simple and quick, accurate and reliable. Conclusion: These methods can be used for the quality control of Yejuhua Granules.
