In the clinical stage, suspected hemolytic plasma may cause hemolysis illness, manifesting as symptoms such as heart failure, severe anemia, etc. Applying a deep learning method to plasma images significantly improves recognition accuracy, so that this paper proposes a plasma quality detection model based on improved "You Only Look Once" 5th version (YOLOv5). Then the model presented in this paper and the evaluation system ‌were introduced‌ into the plasma datasets, and ‌the average accuracy of the final classification reached 98.7%‌. The results of this paper's experiment were obtained through the combination of several key algorithm modules including‌ omni-dimensional dynamic convolution, pooling with separable kernel attention, residual bi-fusion feature pyramid network, ‌and‌ re-parameterization convolution. The method of this paper‌ obtains the feature information of spatial mapping efficiently, and enhances the average recognition accuracy of plasma quality detection. This paper presents a high-efficiency detection method for plasma images, aiming to provide a practical approach to prevent hemolysis illnesses caused by external factors.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of our regression model based on quantitative parameters of dual-energy CT and clinical features for stages T2 and T3 colorectal cancer.Methods A cross-section study was performed on 91 patients with colorectal cancer confirmed by postoperative pathology in our hospital from January 2022 to November 2023.All of them underwent dual-energy CT examination.According to the pathological T staging criteria of Chinese Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Standard(2020 Edition),they were divided into T2 group(n=43)and T3 group(n=48).Univariate analysis was used to compare the differences in quantitative CT parameters and clinical features between the 2 groups,and the obtained significant variables were employed to construct diagnosis models by univariate or multivariate logistic regression analysis.The area under receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)of the CT parametric model and the model combined with clinical features was compared to evaluate the efficacy of diagnosing T2 and T3 stages.Results Univariate analysis showed that carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),N stage,tumor location,tumor longest diameter(LD),CT value of virtual noncontrast(CT-VNC),fat fraction,electron density(Rho)and dual energy index(DEI)were significantly different between the T2 and T3 groups(P＜0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that N stage,tumor location,LD,fat fraction and DEI were independent risk factors for the diagnosis of stage T3.The AUC value of the model of above CT parameters in diagnosing stage T3 colorectal cancer was 0.671(95％CI:0.558～0.783),and the AUC value of the combined model of above CT parameters and clinical features was 0.886(95％CI:0.815～0.957),and statistical difference was observed in the AUC value between the combined model and the CT parametric model(P＜0.01).Conclusion The regression model constructed with dual-energy CT quantitative parameters combined with clinical features has high value in the preoperative diagnosis of stages T2 and T3 colorectal cancer before surgery.

Objective The scope of related research on ethical conflicts in the interprofessional collaboration in nursing was reviewed,so as to summarize the obstacles and coping strategies that lead to ethical conflicts in interprofessional collaboration and provide references for promoting nurse engagement in interprofessional collaboration.Methods Based on the methodological framework of the scope review,we systematically searched domestic and foreign databases including the Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Embase,PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and SinoMed.The time limit for database retrieval was from the establishment of each database to March 2023.The selected studies were summarized and analyzed.Results Totally 13 articles published between 1991 and 2022 were included.The obstacle factors that lead to ethical conflicts in nurse engagement of interprofessional collaboration can be divided into 3 categories,including personal factors(insufficient professional knowledge,differences in professional values),interprofessional factors(imbalanced power between professions,lack of respect and collaboration between cooperators)and environmental factors(insufficient resources and staffing,high-intensity workload,and high-pressure work environment).At the same time,in view of these 3 aspects,it puts forward some countermeasures,such as enhancing professional knowledge,strengthening interprofessional education,improving understanding and cooperation among medical workers in different wards,providing medical practitioners with a team-based,ethical work environment that facilitates interprofessional collaborations and open dialogues.Conclusion It is of great significance for nurses to get involved in interprofessional collaborations,in order to ensure high-quality nursing services.Further studies are needed for the development of education and the core competency framework construction for interprofessional collaborations in nursing.More attention should be paid to develop the organizational atmosphere at the same time,so as to continuously improve nurse'capabilities in interprofessional collaborations.

Objective To understand the current status of nurses'health promotion lifestyle in tertiary comprehensive hospitals,explore the category characteristics of nurses'health promotion lifestyle,and analyze the influencing factors under different categories.Methods From March to April 2023,a multi-stage sampling method was used to select 1326 nurses from 10 tertiary comprehensive hospitals in Hunan Province as the research subjects.A cross-sectional survey was conducted by General Information Questionnaire,Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile Scale,Self-Rated Abilities for Health Practices Scale,Health Behavior Self-Efficacy Assessment Scale,and Nursing Work Environment Scale.Latent profile analysis(LPA)of nurses'health promotion lifestyle was conducted,and the influencing factors of different profiles were explored through univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis.Results A total of 1220 nurses were included,and the score of Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile Scale was(62.61±18.67)points.Nurses'health promotion lifestyle in tertiary comprehensive hospitals can be divided into 3 profiles,namely survival type(25.41％),vitality type(21.97％)and normal type(52.62％).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that coping strategies for stress,non-occupational physical activity,perceived health status,health behavior self-efficacy,and nursing work environment are the influencing factors of nurses'health promotion lifestyle in tertiary comprehensive hospitals(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nurses'health promotion lifestyle in tertiary comprehensive hospitals exhibit significant heterogeneity.It is recommended that nursing managers carry out individualized interventions based on the characteristics of nurses in different categories.Health behavior self-efficacy can be used as the core of intervention to improve nurses'health promotion lifestyles.

Objective : To analyze interacting proteins of tropomodulin1 (TMOD1 ) in Raw264．7 mouse monocyte macrophage line by mass spectrometry and GeneCards database． Methods : Immunoprecipitation combined with mass spectrometry was used to find interacting proteins of TMOD1 after overexpress TMOD1 in Raw264．7 cells. GeneCards database was used to search for known genes for macrophage migration．Bioinformatics ＆ Systems Biolo- gy was used to analyze correlation between known targets and mass spectrometry proteins to find common differenti- ally expressed proteins( CO-DEPs) ．WoLF PSORT was used to predict subcellular localization of CO-DEPs．Egg- NOG databasewas used to analyze eukaryotic orthologous group(KOG) of CO-DEPs．DAVID database was used to analyze gene ontology( GO) enrichment kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes( KEGG) pathway of CO-DEPs. String database was used to analyze protein interaction network and CytoScape software drawing. Results : There were 41 CO-DEPs in mass spectrometry and GeneCards database．Subcellular localization of CO-DEPs was mainly distributed in cytoplasm，nucleus and mitochondria．KOG notes were mainly O : post-translational modification，Z : cytoskeleton and J : translation．GO enrichment found that CO-DEPs was mainly involved in poly (A) RNA bind- ing，protein folding and focal adhesion．KEGG was mainly enriched in arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyop- athy (ARVC) and tight junction．ACTB was a protein with large protein interaction． Conclusion The proteins in- teracting with TMOD1 in macrophages mainly include myosin heavy chain-9 (MYH9) ，α-actinin 1 (ACTN1) and β-actin (ACTB) ，etc，suggesting that TMOD1 is related to macrophages migrate.

Objective:To investigate the accuracy and feasibility of 3D-printing individualized template-guided and CT-guided 192Ir interstitial brachytherapy in the central recurrent gynecologic tumors by comparing pre-plan and intraoperative physical dosimetric parameters. Methods:This study involved 38 patients with central recurrent gynecologic tumors who underwent 3D printing individual template (3D-PIT)-assisted and CT-guided 192Ir interstitial brachytherapy in the Department of Radiation Oncology of the Peking University Third Hospital from Jan 2018 to Dec 2019.The prescription doses for the target tumor areas were 10-36 Gy to be delivered at 5-6 Gy/fraction for 2-6 fractions.The pre-plan and intraoperative dosimetric parameters were compared, including the minimum prescription doses delivered to 90% and 100% of target volume( D90, D100)and the mean percentage of volume receiving 100% of the prescription doses ( V100). Meanwhile, the doses delivered to 2 cm 3 ( D2 cm 3) of organs at risk (bladders, rectums, and colons) were analyzed.The quality parameters of the brachytherapy were studied, including conformity index (CI), homogeneity index (HI), and external index (EI) of the target volume.Perioperative complications were also observed. Results:A total of 194 treatments were included.During the treatment, 5-13 (median 6) needles were inserted, with a prescription dose of 5-6 Gy per fraction.There were no statistical differences between pre-plan and intraoperative D90, D100, V100, CI, HI, and EI as well as the D2 cm 3 of bladders and colons at risk ( P>0.05). In contrast, for the D2 cm 3 of rectums, the intraoperative dose was slightly higher than the pre-plan dose, showing a statistical difference ( t=-0.335, P=0.027). Conclusions:The 3D-PIT-assisted and CT-guided 192Ir interstitial brachytherapy at a high dose rate is accurate and feasible in the treatment of recurrent gynecologic tumors, meeting the pre-plan dose requirement.

Objective:To design a knowledge-based cervical cancer planning model and apply it to cases of endometrial cancer and rectal cancer in order to explore the generalization of the model.Methods:A total of 179 cases of pelvic regions with different prescribed doses of dual-arc volumetric modulated arc therapy clinical plans were collected, of which 99 cases of cervical cancer clinical plans with a prescribed dose of 50.4 Gy were used as the training set to establish the RapidPlan model, and the remaining clinical plans were divided into 4 validation groups with 20 cases in each group. The clinical plans for cervical cancer and endometrial cancer with a prescription dose of 50.4 Gy were named groups A and B, while the clinical plan for endometrial cancer and rectal cancer with a prescription dose of 45 Gy were named groups C and D. The model was used to redesign the clinical plans in the 4 groups and the automatic plans were obtained. The planning target volume (PTV) and organ at risk (OAR) dosimetry parameters were compared between automatic plans and clinical plans.Results:The conformity index (CI) of the automatic plans in the A, B, C, and D groups were equivalent to that of the clinical plans ( P>0.05). The homogeneity index (HI) and D2% of the automatic plans in groups A, B, and C were all lower than those in clinical plans(HI, Z=-3.248, -3.360, -2.329, P<0.05; D2%, Z=-2.987, -3.397, -2.442, P<0.05). The HI and D2% of the automatic plans in group D were similar those in the clinical plans ( P>0.05). While ensuring the PTV coverage, the average value of OAR dosimetry parameters in all automatic plans groups were lower than that of the clinical plans. Conclusions:The RapidPlan model established by the cervical cancer clinical plans can complete the automatic plan design for endometrial cancer and rectal cancer under different prescription doses, which preliminarily proves the possibility of the generalization of the RapidPlan model.

Emerging and re-emerging RNA viruses occasionally cause epidemics and pandemics worldwide, such as the on-going outbreak of the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. Herein, we identified two potent inhibitors of human DHODH, S312 and S416, with favorable drug-likeness and pharmacokinetic profiles, which all showed broad-spectrum antiviral effects against various RNA viruses, including influenza A virus, Zika virus, Ebola virus, and particularly against SARS-CoV-2. Notably, S416 is reported to be the most potent inhibitor so far with an EC of 17 nmol/L and an SI value of 10,505.88 in infected cells. Our results are the first to validate that DHODH is an attractive host target through high antiviral efficacy in vivo and low virus replication in DHODH knock-out cells. This work demonstrates that both S312/S416 and old drugs (Leflunomide/Teriflunomide) with dual actions of antiviral and immuno-regulation may have clinical potentials to cure SARS-CoV-2 or other RNA viruses circulating worldwide, no matter such viruses are mutated or not.
