Objective To explore the impacts of different surgical methods under hysteroscopy on the surgical time and endometrial thickness of patients with endometrial polyp(EP).Methods 180 patients with EP from April 2021 to April 2023 were regarded as the subjects. They were separated into group A,group B,and group C according to surgical methods, with 60 cases in each.Group A underwent hysteroscopic resection, group B underwent hysteroscopic cold knife surgery, and group C underwent hysteroscopic curettage surgery. The pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)score before and after treatment, endometrial lesion, intraoperative bleeding volume, hospitalization time, surgical time, hospitalization cost, clinical efficacy, complications, pregnancy rate and recurrence rate were compared. Results The intraoperative bleeding volume in group C was obviously less than that in group A and group B,hospitalization time, and surgical time were obviously shorter than those in group A and group B,and the hospitalization cost was obviously higher than that in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PBAC score in groups C was obviously less than that in group A and group B,the endometrial thickness was obviously smaller than that in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of group A was obviously lower than that of group B and group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistically obvious difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).The complication rate in group C and group B were obviously less than that in group A(P<0.05),and there was no statistically obvious difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).The recurrence rate within 12 months in three groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The pregnancy rate in group C was obviously higher than that in group B and group A,and group B was higher than group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic curettage is more effective in clearing lesions, shortening surgical time, reducing intraoperative bleeding, lowering endometrial thickness, and promoting menstrual recovery in patients compared to other hysteroscopic surgical methods, with high safety.

Objective To investigate the reliability and feasibility of spectral entropy in evaluate the effectiveness of analgesic sedation in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 64 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from July 2021 to November 2022 were selected as study objects, and the included patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method, with 32 cases in each group.Patients in control group adjusted analgesia and sedation regimen according to Richmond agitation-sedation scale(RASS)score and critical-care pain observation tool(CPOT)score.Patients in experimental group adjusted the analgesic and sedation regimen according to the results of spectral entropy. The vital signs,C-reactive protein(CRP),dose of sedative and analgesic drugs and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. The correlation between spectral entropy and RASS score and CPOT score was used Spearman correlation analysis. Results The spectral entropy values were positively correlated with the RASS score and CPOT score,respectively(r=0.719,0.556,P<0.001).There were no significant differences in mean arterial pressure and percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation between two groups at different time points(P>0.05).The heart rate at T3 in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).At T1,T2 and T3,CRP levels in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The dosage of sufentanil and midazolam in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(12.50%vs.34.38%,χ2=4.267,P=0.039).Conclusion Spectral entropy can be used as an objective method to monitor the depth of analgesia and sedation in patients with ischemic stroke, and has a good correlation with RASS score and CPOT score, which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, effectively avoid stress reactions, and reduce the application of analgesia and sedation drugs.
4.Induction of apoptosis of human ovarian cancer CoC1 cells by 5-allyl-7-gen-difluoromethylenechrysin through activation of peroxisome-proliferator activated receptor-gamma
Clinical Medicine of China 2010;26(6):567-570
Objective To investigate induction of apoptosis of human ovarian cancer CoC1 cells by 5-allyl-7-gen-difluoromethylenechrysin(ADFMChR)in vitro, and its molecular mechanism. Methods The proliferative and growth inhibition of CoC1 cells treated with ADFMChR was respectively measured using(3,4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide(MTT)colorimetric assay and clone-formation in soft agar assay. The apoptosis of CoC1 cells induced by ADFMChR was determined by DNA agarose gel electrophoresis assay. Effect of ADFMChR on PPAR-γ, Bcl-2. Bax protein expression level of CoC1 cells was detected by western blotting. Results The proliferation of CoC1 cells could be significantly inhibited by ADFMChR in a dose-dependent manner. The IC50 was 7. 76 μmol/L The ladder-shaped band could be shown in DNA agarose gel electrophoresis after treatment with ADFMChR at 30. 0 μmol/L for 48 h and the ladder-shape band disappeared with GW9662. Western blot analysis showed that expression of PPAR-γ and Bax proteins were up-regulated and protein levels of Bcl-2 were depressed after treatment with ADFMChR in a concentration-dependent fashion. However, the effects of ADFMChR on Bcl-2 and Bax proteins were blocked or diminished in the presence of GW9662. Conclusions The effect of ADFMChR on induction of apoptosis in CoC1 cells may be mediated by activation of PPAR-γ, sequentially accompanied by reducing of protein levels of Bcl-2 and increasing of Bax expression.
