Objective:To develop a rapid assessment scale for healthy aging suitable for the Chinese population. Methods:Based on existing healthy aging assessment scales, national standards, and expert consensus, an initial Healthy Aging Rapid Assessment Scale was drafted through two rounds of expert consultation. A pre-survey was conducted with 3 220 subjects recruited from Guangzhou between July 2023 and July 2024. Items were screened through item analysis and exploratory factor analysis to form the final scale. Reliability and validity of the final scale were validated across five cities: Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Baoding, and Chuxiong. Results:The initial version comprised 36 items, while the finalized scale contained 18 items across three dimensions: metabolic health, mental health, and cognitive health. Test-retest reliability ranged from 0.71 to 0.81 across all study sites. The Spearman-Brown coefficient varied between 0.91-0.96, Cronbach′s α between 0.77-0.83, comparative fit index (CFI) between 0.90-0.98, goodness-of-fit index (GFI) between 0.90-0.99, and root-mean-square error of approximation (RMSEA) between 0.03-0.09. For the three dimensions, reliability and validity metrics demonstrated consistency: Spearman-Brown coefficients 0.87-0.99, Cronbach′s α 0.77-0.83, CFI 0.90-0.98, GFI 0.90-0.99, and RMSEA 0.03-0.09 across four regions. Conclusion:The developed Healthy Aging Rapid Assessment Scale for the Chinese population exhibits robust reliability and validity.

Objective To explore the mechanism of Luzhongjiangu Decoction in treating Osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH).Methods Animal experiments were conducted to validate the therapeutic effect of Luzhongjiangu Decoction on ONFH.Network pharmacology was employed to screen potential targets, and molecular docking was used to verify the affinity between ligands and receptors.Fifty rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group,high-dose Luzhongjiangu Decoction groups,medium-dose Luzhongjiangu Decoction groups and low-dose Luzhongjiangu Decoction groups. After treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated by bone histomorphometry, bone histopathology and the expression of osteogenic related proteins. The serum metabolic differences were detected by UHPLC-QE-MS non-targeted metabonomics technique, followed by metabolic pathway enrichment analysis.Network pharmacology and metabolomics were integrated, and molecular docking was employed to further investigate the underlying mechanisms..Results The experimental results showed that Luzhongjiangu Decoction can significantly increase the expression of OCN,OPN and other osteogenic related factors, increase bone mineral density, alleviate the destruction of bone trabeculae, compared with that in the model group(P<0.01).The metabolomics test showed that compared with model group,Luzhongjiangu Decoction could callback 34 kinds of serum metabolic differences, involving 21 metabolic pathways, the main metabolic pathways were arachidonic acid metabolism, steroid hormone biosynthesis, primary bile acid biosynthesis, lysine degradation and so on.Network pharmacological results suggested that 185 active components and 1040 targets,551 disease targets and 76 intersection targets were obtained. The key pathways of Luzhongjiangu Decoction in the treatment of ONFH,which were analyzed by KEGG,involved HIF-1 signaling pathway, thyroid hormone signaling pathway,Calcium signaling pathway and so on.Integrated analysis showed that Luzhongjiangu Decoction may treat ONFH through seven metabolic pathways including arginine and proline metabolism, arachidonic acid metabolism, and steroid hormone biosynthesis;the molecular docking results also revealed correlation between potential pharmacodynamic substances and core target genes. Conclusion Luzhongjiangu Decoction can regulate the balance between proliferation and apoptosis of bone cells in a hypoxic environment by affecting the metabolic pathways such as arachidonic acid metabolism and HIF-1 signaling pathway, thereby exerting a therapeutic effect on osteonecrosis of the femoral head.

Objective:
To establish a prediction model for 6-year incidence risk of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in the elderly aged 65 years and older in China.
Methods:
In this prospective cohort study, we used the data of 3 742 participants collected during 2008/2009-2014 and during 2012-2017/2018 from Healthy Aging and Biomarkers Cohort Study, a sub-cohort of the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey. Two follow up surveys for renal function were successfully conducted for 1 055 participants without CKD in baseline survey. Lasso method was used for the selection of risk factors. The risk prediction model of CKD was established by using Cox proportional hazards regression models and visualized through nomogram tool. Bootstrap method (1 000 resample) was used for internal validation, and the performance of the model was assessed by C-index and calibration curve.
Results:
The mean age of participants was (80.8±11.4) years. In 4 797 person years of follow up, CKD was found in 262 participants (24.8

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2019;36(6):957-963
The purpose of our study is to evaluate the diagnostic performance of radiomics in multi-class discrimination of lymphadenopathy based on elastography and B-mode dual-modal ultrasound images. We retrospectively analyzed a total of 251 lymph nodes (89 benign lymph nodes, 70 lymphoma and 92 metastatic lymph nodes) from 248 patients, which were examined by both elastography and B-mode sonography. Firstly, radiomic features were extracted from multimodal ultrasound images, including shape features, intensity statistics features and gray-level co-occurrence matrix texture features. Secondly, three feature selection methods based on information theory were used on the radiomic features to select different subsets of radiomic features, consisting of conditional infomax feature extraction, conditional mutual information maximization, and double input symmetric relevance. Thirdly, the support vector machine classifier was performed for diagnosis of lymphadenopathy on each radiomic subsets. Finally, we fused the results from different modalities and different radiomic feature subsets with Adaboost to improve the performance of lymph node classification. The results showed that the accuracy and overall 1 score with five-fold cross-validation were 76.09%±1.41% and 75.88%±4.32%, respectively. Moreover, when considering on benign lymph nodes, lymphoma or metastatic lymph nodes respectively, the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of multi-class classification were 0.77, 0.93 and 0.84, respectively. This study indicates that radiomic features derived from multimodal ultrasound images are benefit for diagnosis of lymphadenopathy. It is expected to be useful in clinical differentiation of lymph node diseases.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2019;25(10):1233-1237
Objective? To construct the objective, scientific and practicable self-management assessment indicators for cancer patients with oral chemotherapy at home so as to provide a basis for medical staff to pertinently carry out self-management education and guarantee safety of patients with oral chemotherapy agents well. Methods? From July 2017 to June 2018, we preliminarily drew up the assessment indicators based on self-management theory by document analysis, semi-structured interviews and expert group discussion. And then, we determined the self-management assessment indicators for cancer patients with oral chemotherapy at home by two rounds of 18 experts enquiry with the method of Delphi. Results? Among two rounds of enquiry, the questionnaire recovery rate was 100% with high expert initiative. The expert authority coefficient and the coordination coefficient were 0.83 and 0.192 respectively (P< 0.05). Finally, a total of 5 primary indicators and 38 secondary indicators were determined. Conclusions? The self-management assessment indicators for cancer patients with oral chemotherapy at home are scientific and reliable which are convenient for medical staff to understand patients' self-management and to provide high quality of nursing for cancer patients with oral chemotherapy at home.
