Objective:To retrospectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of total 3D laparo-scopic ileal ureters replacement for bilateral ureters combined with bladder augmentation in patients with post-radiotherapy long-segment bilateral ureteral strictures and contracted bladder. Methods:Clinical data of two patients(aged 72 and 54 years)with radiation-induced long-segment bilateral ureteral stric-tures and reduced bladder capacity, treated at the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University from Octo-ber 2023 to June 2024,were analyzed. Both presented with bilateral flank pain, recurrent chills/fever,urinary frequency, and urgency.Preoperative ureteral stricture lengths were measured as follows:left 10.4 cm and right 8.7 cm in the first case;left 10.6 cm and right 11.7 cm in the second case.Bladder capacity assessed by nephrostomy-assisted antegrade urography was 90 mL and 130 mL respectively. Both underwent single-position,one-stage totally 3D laparoscopic bilateral ileal ureteral replacement and blad-der augmentation based on membrane anatomy principles, with regular postoperative follow-up.Results:Procedures were completed by the same experienced urologist.Operative times were 420 min and 355 min, with intraoperative blood loss of 50 mL(no transfusion required).Postoperative bowel function re-sumed at the end of 4.5 and 3 days.No major perioperative complications occurred.Ureteral stents were removed at 2 months postoperatively, with imaging showing improved hydronephrosis, unobstructed ure-teral drainage, symmetrical bladder morphology, and smooth walls.Postoperative bladder capacities were 230 mL and 250 mL.Follow-up durations were 10 and 8 months. Both patients experienced significant relief of flank pain and lower urinary tract symptoms. No complications(enteric fistula, urinary fistula,or metabolic acidosis)were observed. At the final follow-up,one patient had mildly elevated serum cre-atinine,while the other showed reduced levels compared with preoperative values;both remained stable. Conclusion:Membrane anatomy-based dissection facilitates safe mobilization of fibrotic ureters with mini-mal bleeding and collateral damage.Total intracorporeal 3D laparoscopic ileal ureters replacement for bi-lateral ureters combined with bladder augmentation effectively addresses long-segment ureteral obstruction and improves bladder capacity. This approach is technically safe and feasible, though further validation with larger clinical cohorts is warranted.

Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of returning to work among breast cancer patients by Meta-analysis.Methods Literatures studies on the current status and influencing factors of returning to work among breast cancer patients were systematically searched in databases. The literature was sorted, screened and evaluated, and a total of 15 articles were included, involving 3975 breast cancer patients after surgery. Results After Meta-analysis,the return-to-work rate among breast cancer patients was 48.49%.Age,treatment method, social support, surgical method, and self-efficacy were influencing factors. Conclusion Clinically, early evaluation and intervention should be carried out for patients with relevant factors to improve the quality of life after breast cancer surgery and improve the level of patients' readiness to return to work.

Objective:To explore the feelings and experiences of young breast cancer patients' fertility intension and concern from the perspective of need theory, pay attention to the fertility needs of young breast cancer patients, so as to provide a basis for making personalized clinical decision and support. Methods:From April to July 2020, purpose sampling was used to select 12 young breast cancer patients from the Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center for semi-structured interviews. The Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to encode, classify, and refine topics. Results:This study drew up an interview outline based on the need theory. This study conducted interviews with young breast cancer patients to extract 4 levels of themes related to the feelings and experiences of the fertility intension and concern, which were the basic needs and fertility concerns under the self-efficacy theory, and fertility intension and concern at the level of need for belonging and love, and self-realization needs and fertility concerns based on the sublimation of social roles, and fertility choice and concerns under the background of traditional culture. Conclusions:From the perspective of need theory, role realization and traditional culture have obvious influences on young breast cancer patients' fertility intension and concern. When making diagnosis, treatment and nursing decisions, medical and nursing staff need to give personalized fertility information support and nursing guidance based on the patient's social and cultural background.

Objective To analyze the diversity of salivary bacteria in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liv-er disease(NAFLD group)and healthy control group(HC group). Methods Saliva samples were collected from 24 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and 22 healthy control.Genomic DNA of the samples was extracted and extended to 16S rRNA V4-V5 hypervariable region after PCR with Illumina high-throughput sequencing tech-nology.All the data, including operational taxonomic units, diversity indexes and species annotation, etc.was ana-lyzed. Results 39118 optimized sequences in the saliva of each group were obtained, including nonalcoholic fatty liver group clustering OTUs about 308 ± 48 and healthy control group clustering OTUs about 305 ± 53.The diversi-ty analysis of NAFLD group and HC group showed that there was little difference in diversity of the whole salivary bacteria. The data of the species analysis of the saliva bacteria in two group indicate that the composition was simi-lar and the relative abundance was different in phylum and genus. In NAFLD group, the ratio of the abundance of firmicutes(20.42%)increased and the proportion of bacteroides(36.75%)decreased in phylum. Genus of the NAFLD group, the ratio of fusobacterium, porphyromonas and veillonella increased significantly, and the ratio of prevotella and[Prevotella]decreased. Conclusion In the NAFLD group, the abundance of firmicutes increased, and the abundance of the bacteria decreased. It was speculated that the imbalance of the salivary bacteria is associ-ated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.

Objective To investigate the endoscopic prevalence of erosive esophagitis (EE) among 13 hospitals in Guangdong province of China. Methods Retrospectively reviewed all the cases (63459 cases) that received oesophagogastrodeuodenoscopy in 13 main hospitals in Guangdong province of China in 2003. Los Angeles criteria for classification of erosive esophagitis were employed as the basis of analysis. Results One thousand two hundreds and sixty-three patients (age range 3-90yr, mean 50. 2 ?17. 1 ) were found to have EE. The overall prevalence of EE was 1. 99% (1263/63459). The prevalence of EE in A, B, C, and D grade were 0. 94% , 0. 69% , 0. 21% and 0. 14% respectively. Age correlated positively on endoscopic grading of EE (F=22. 932, P
