Over the past decade,the new cases and deaths of breast cancer has rank first among malignant tumors in women,and its incidence is rising,with a younger age trend.Breast cancer demonstrates a high degree of heterogeneity and is prone to drug re-sistance to comprehensive treatment.As a newly discovered regulatory cell death form mediated by copper,cuproptosis is closely relat-ed to the occurrence and development of breast cancer.With the advancement of nano-medicine,metal-based drugs represented by copper can selectively deliver copper ions to tumor sites through the specific delivery system of nanomaterials.These metal drugs kill tumor cells by inducing copper overload,regulating the tumor microenvironment,and enhancing anti-tumor immune response.There-fore,copper-based drugs exhibit significant application potential in the treatment of breast cancer.This article reviews of the mecha-nism of cuproptosis in the occurrence and development of breast cancer and the application and progress of nanomedicine-mediated cuproptosis in the treatment of breast cancer.

Objective:To compare and analyze the complications of end-to-side ileocolon anastomosis and trans-side-to-side anastomosis in laparoscopic assisted radical resection of right colon cancer.Methods:A total of 104 patients with right colon cancer who were treated in the same medical group from March 2018 to October 2019 in Department of General Surgery, the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the research subjects. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each with 52 cases. The end-to-side ileocolon anastomosis was used in the observation group and trans-side ileocolon anastomosis in the control group. The operation time, anastomotic fistula, intestinal obstruction and anastomotic stenosis cases, the first time of postoperative exhaustion, and the time of defecation, etc. were counted in two groups of patients, and the occurrence of postoperative complications related to two different anastomosis methods were compared and analyzed. The software of SPSS22.0 was used to conduct statistical analysis, the counting data was expressed by n(%) and the measurement data was expressed as mean ± standard deviation. The comparison of the two groups was by independent sample t test, the comparison of count data was by χ2 test. Results:After the operation of the two groups of patients, there was no significant difference in operation time, first exhaust time, first defecation time and intraoperative blood loss between the observation group and the control group ( P>0.05). The total incidence of complications such as anastomotic fistula, anastomotic stenosis, anastomotic bleeding, and intestinal obstruction in the observation group after surgery was 3.84% (2/52), and the total incidence of complications in the control group was 15.38% (8/52). The two groups had statistical significance in total postoperative complications ( χ2=3.983, P=0.046). Conclusion:In laparoscopic-assisted radical colonectomy for right colon cancer, the choice of anastomosis based on ileocolonic anastomosis can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and enable patients to obtain better treatment results, thus it can be given priority consideration.

Objective · To explore the correlation of serum S100B protein with depressive episode of bipolar disorder (BD) and its prognosis.Methods· Based on BD criteria of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 4th edition (DSM-Ⅳ),80 patients with depressive episode of BD (case group) and 42 healthy controls (control group) were enrolled.Patients were randomly assigned into quetiapine group who were treated with lithium and quetiapine and modified electroconvulsive therapy (MECT) group who received lithium and MECT.The serum S100B level and Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD) were assayed before and after 4-week treatment.Results· The serum S100B levels before treatment in patients with depressive episode of BD were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P=0.000).The levels of S100B in both drug and MECT groups decreased after 4-week treatment.The HAMD score after treatment significantly decreased than that before treatment (P=0.000).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the change of S 100B level was positively correlated with the change of HAMD score before and after treatment in case group (r=0.33,P=0.013).Conclusion· S100B may be associated with depressive episode of BD and its prognosis.

Objective To explore the plasma level of retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4) in patients with es-sential hypertension (EH) of Xinjiang Kazakans and the relations between plasma RBP4 level and blood pressure, blood lipids,blood glucose, insulin, and HOMA-IR. Methods 81 Kazakans cases who were investigated between August and November of 2008 were selected as subjects. They were divided into EH group(n=41)and control group (n=40). Blood pressure was measured. Fasting venous blood was drawn to detect the plasma RBP4, fasting insulin (FINS), fasting plasma glucose(FPG), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)、low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apoprotein-A1 (APO-A1) and apoprotein-B (APO-B), and concentration in EH group was significantly higher than that in control group[ (32.74±9.93) mg/L vs (21.92± pressure (DBP),FPG,and HOMA-IR in EH group(r,=0.618,0.775,0.565,0.317,0.369,P<0.01 or P< showed that SBP was independent factor to affect the RBP4 level in EH group(Standardized Coefficients is 0.591, t=5. 695, P=0.000). Conclusion The plasma RBP4 concentration is increased in patients with EH of Kazakans, and is positively correlated with SBP,DBP,FPG,HOMA-IR in EH group. RBP4 may involve in the development of EH by promoting insulin resistance.
