The nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) thermal control subsystem described in this paper is a newly developed platform-based thermal management solution. It presents critical challenges in system architecture design and core component selection. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out sufficient reliability design and verification work in the design and development stage to ensure its high quality and high reliability. Firstly, based on the statistical and analytical calculation of the client installation data of the benchmark product, the reliability metric of the new research subsystem is determined, and its usage and environmental profile are defined. Secondly, for the reliability metric to be verified, the test based on reliability growth and reliability demonstration is planned and implemented. A customized test platform is built, relevant reliability test parameters are designed, and a long-term test monitoring and recording mechanism is established to ensure the high-quality implementation of reliability tests. Finally, a detailed analysis is carried out on the design defects and failure modes exposed during the reliability test, and corresponding control measures are proposed to achieve the engineering goal of improving product robustness throughout its life cycle.

Objective To investigate the correlation between CT imaging features and histopathology invasive behaviors in isoat-tenuating and rim-enhancing pancreatic cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the CT imaging, clinical, and pathological data from 34 patients with atypical pancreatic cancer imaging appearances. All patients underwent surgical resection for diagnostic confirmation.Based on contrast attenuation, all cases were divided into isoattenuating group(13 cases)and rim-enhancing group(21 cases). The CT imaging and pathological characteristics of the two groups of lesions were analyzed. Results Significant differences were observed between the isoattenuating group and the rim-enhancing group in terms of lesion location,CT size, presence of necrosis or cystic changes, and common bile duct amputation/dilation.Pathological parameters, including pathological size,patho-logical grade, and T stage, also showed significant variation between the two groups(P<0.05).No significant differences were found between the two groups in terms of gender, age, main pancreatic duct amputation/dilation,pancreatic parenchymal atrophy, vascular invasion, fat infiltration, nerve invasion,N stage, metastasis, and CA199 value(P>0.05).Conclusion Isoattenuating pancreatic cancer and rim-enhancing pancreatic cancer, which display distinct contrast attenuation patterns, may exhibit different clinical and pathological characteristics, with potential implications for diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of chemoembolization with doxorubicin-infused gelatin sponge microparticles in the amelioration of arterioportal shunting (APS) in patients afflicted with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods:A retrospective investigation was conducted on 9 HCC patients admitted between January 2020 and December 2022 with concomitant moderate-to-severe APS who underwent GSM-transarterial chemoembolization (TACE). Hepatic artery digital subtraction angiography (DSA) was employed to ascertain the magnitude of improvement in arteriovenous shunts, utilization of modified response evaluation criteria in solid tumors facilitated the appraisal of short-term clinical outcomes. Follow-up records documented survival duration, along with quantitative parameters such as the longest diameter of tumor lesions and serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) levels before and after treatment. The Wilcoxon rank-sum test was utilized to compare the differences of these quantitative parameters before and after treatment. Results:The APS amelioration rates were 100% and 88.9% at immediate and recent postoperatively, respectively. The oncological response rate was 77.8% (7/9), and the complete necrosis rate was 22.2% (2/9) at three months postoperatively, the 1-year survival rate was 100%. Following treatment, a significant reduction was observed in the tumor′s longitudinal diameter [4.32(3.88,6.63)cm] and serum AFP levels [13.50 (7.55, 29.60) μg/L], compared to the pre-treatment values of the tumor′s longitudinal diameter [5.20(4.58,8.57)cm] and serum AFP levels [524.30 (320.65, 1 046.15) μg/L] ( P<0.05 for all). Conclusion:Doxorubicin-infused GSM-TACE is both feasible and efficacious in the first treatment of HCC concomitant with APS and represents a better clinical alternative.

8.Progress on neonatal hypoglycemia and related brain injury
International Journal of Pediatrics 2024;51(10):685-688
Neonatal hypoglycemia is one of the most common metabolic conditions in newborns.A considerable proportion of newborns are evaluated to be at risk of hypoglycemia, and transitional hypoglycemia is common in healthy newborns.A correlation between severe and prolonged hypoglycemia and neonatal hypoglycemic brain damage(HBD)in newborns has been proven.Factors such as hypoglycemia, glucose reperfusion, and blood glucose fluctuations are all involved in the damage process of HBD to a certain extent. This article reviews the relevant definitions of neonatal hypoglycemia, the characteristics of neonatal blood glucose metabolism, the related mechanisms of HBD,and possible treatment strategies to improve its prognosis.

Glutamine (Gln) is the most abundant free amino acids in the body, is the main substrate of intestinal cells. It exerts its repairing effect on intestinal injury through multiple signaling pathways, mainly reflected in maintaining the integrity of intestinal structure, enhancing the function of the intestinal barrier, improving the intestinal ecology, and promoting the absorption of nutrients. Therefore, it is also gradually popularized in the clinical application of intestinal injury. This summarize will summarize the latest research progress on the biological role of Gln, its relationship with intestinal injury, mechanism of action and clinical application. The main purpose of this summarize is intended to explore the research status and development prospects of Gln in the field of intestinal diseases.

Objective:To investigate the mediating effect of spiritual health between emotional intelligence and humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates, and to provide reference for cultivating humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates. Methods:From May to July, 2023, the nursing undergraduates from Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hunan Normal University, Xi'an Medical College were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method, and they were investigated by general information questionnaire, spiritual health scale, emotional intelligence scale and humanistic care ability scale.Using AMOS 29.0 to construct a structural equation model, this paper explored the mediating effect of spiritual health between emotional intelligence and humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates. Results:Finally, 1 126 valid questionnaires were collected. Among 1 126 nursing undergraduates, there were 229 males and 897 females. The total scores of spiritual health, emotional intelligence and humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates were (90.60 ± 11.02), (126.01 ± 11.90), (174.27 ± 15.16) points, respectively. The humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates was positively correlated with spiritual health and emotional intelligence ( r=0.441, 0.417; both P<0.01), emotional intelligence and spiritual health were positively correlated ( r=0.397, P<0.01). Spiritual health had some mediating effects between emotional intelligence and humanistic care ability, and the amount of mediating effects was 32.24%. Conclusions:The humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates is at a medium level, and emotional intelligence can influence humanistic care ability through spiritual health. Therefore, it is suggested that nursing educators should add courses and practical activities related to spiritual health in the training plan of nursing students to promote their emotional intelligence and humanistic care ability.
