Objective To compare the efficacy of sequential chemoradiotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy in treatment of advanced lung cancer and analyze influencing factors of prognosis. Methods Ninety-six patients with advanced lung cancer were selected as study subjects and random-ly divided into control group and observation group, with 48 patients in each group. The control group received sequential chemoradiotherapy, while the observation group received concurrent chemoradio-therapy.The levels of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Additionally, the short-term efficacy,progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),and 1-year survival rate were compared between the two groups.Based on prognostic survival, the patients were divided into surviv-al group(n=64)and death group(n=32).The Cox regression model was used to analyze the prog-nostic factors in patients with advanced lung cancer, and a receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was plotted to evaluate the predictive efficacy of combined indicators. Results The objective re-sponse rate and disease control rate in the observation group were 60.42%and 87.50%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 35.42%and 60.42%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the EGFR level in the observation groupwas lower than that in the control group, while the KPS was higher(P<0.05).The PFS and OS in the observation group were longer than those in the control group, and the 1-year survival rate was higher(P<0.05).Significant differences were observed between the survival and death groups in terms of concurrent brain metastases,pre-treat-ment EGFR level,pre-treatment KPS,and treatment modality(P<0.05).Multivariate Cox regres-sion analysis revealed that concurrent brain metastases,pre-treatment EGFR level, and treatment-modality were independent prognostic factors for patients with advanced lung cancer(P<0.05).The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve for the combination of concurrent brain metastases,pre-treatment EGFR level, and treatment modality in predicting the prognosis of patients with advanced lung cancer was 0.804,with a sensitivity of 0.688 and a specificity of 0.844.Conclusion Compared with sequential chemoradiotherapy, concurrent chemoradiotherapy is more effective in treatment of advanced lung cancer, thereby reducing EGFR levels, prolonging PFS and OS,and improving KPS and 1-year survival rate.Concurrent brain metastases,pre-treatment EGFR level, and treatment modality are independent prognostic factors, and their combination has a good predictive efficacy for prognosis.

Restricted repetitive behaviors (RRBs) are the most characteristic behaviors of autism spectrum disorder. The clinical diagnosis and treatment of RRBs are extremely difficult resulting from its complex and variable etiology, highly heterogeneous clinical manifestations influenced by multiple factors (sleep quality, gastrointestinal health, age and gender), lack of precise diagnostic criteria and low effectiveness of current clinical interventions. This article mainly reviews the recent related studies on RRBs and discusses the challenges and progress in clinical diagnosis and treatment of RRBs so as to provide new ideas for future clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To investigate the current status of infection management quality control centers in county-level hospitals in Guangdong Province, providing reference for the development of quality control management programs for county-level infection control centers by provincial infection control centers, and exploring corresponding management strategies. Methods A survey was conducted using the QuestionStar questionnaire platform to investigate county-level quality control centers established in Guangdong Province before December 31,2023.The survey covered the establishment time, personnel structure, level of in-formatization,management,quality control, and training of hospital infection management professional quality control centers. Results There are 68 county-level infection control centers in Guangdong Province, with a coverage rate of 50.37%,and 95.59%of them have been established within the past five years.Experts mainly come from clinical and nursing backgrounds(accounting for23.75%and62.97%respectively),and the majority have a bachelor's degree(71.06%).Only 13%have operational funding.Among them,39 have established hospital infection informatization monitoring,23 have not been equipped, and 6 are under construction.Twenty centers have conducted quality control supervision and issued quality control reports,ac-counting for 29.41%,while 41 have organized training, accounting for 60.29%.Conclusion The coverage rate of county-level infection management quality control centers in Guangdong Province is steadily increasing, but not all counties and districts are covered. There is a lack of policy and funding support, insufficient personnel allocation, and inadequate professional coverage. The health administrative departments and county-level infection control centers need to unify monitoring standards, quality con-trol specifications, and evaluation programs, improve infection control capabilities, and enhance the"four-level"management and training system to effectively promote the quality and safety management level of primary healthcare institutions.

Objective To analyze the current state, research hotspots, and development trends of electroencephalography(EEG)applied in the field of autism spectrum disorder(ASD). Methods Relevant literature from the Web of Science core collection database from January,2014 to January,2024 were retrieved and analyzed using CiteSpace 6.2.R4. Results A total of 1 509 articles were included, with an increasing trend in publication volume over the years. The United States ranked highest in both publication volume and node centrality. The primary journals in this field were concentrated in clinical medicine, immunology and psychology.Keyword co-occurrence and clustering indicated that research primarily focused on the correlation between core symptoms of ASD and EEG indicators, differential diagnosis of ASD and its comorbidities, brain functional connectivity, and assessment of rehabilitation efficacy. Keywords bursted in the past three years mainly included artificial intelligence and machine learning. Conclusion The researches in EEG technology in the field of ASD is generally increasing.Future researches may focus on exploring the brain network mechanisms of ASD using EEG combined with multimodal neuroimaging, and machine learning technologies.
