Objective:To investigate the relationship between screen time and content, and the mental health status of adolescents. The findings will inform the formulation of targeted intervention policies to enhance adolescent mental health.Methods:Between September and November 2023, 5 197 students from 64 junior high, senior high, and vocational schools across 13 districts in Wuhan were recruited, using the stratified whole-cluster random sampling to investigate their screen behavior and mental health status. Mental health status was measured using the Mental Health Inventory for Chinese Middle School Students (MMHI-60). A generalized additive model was used to explore the nonlinear association between screen time and mental health status. Additionally, a mixed-effects model was utilized to explore the dose-response associations between average daily total screen time, screen time for different content types, and adolescents' mental health status and the impact of the proportion of different screen contents on mental health outcomes.Results:The age of the participants was (14.40±1.48) years, with 56.07% being boys. The MMHI-60 score averaged 1.73±0.70. The M( Q1,Q3) for daily total screen time was 50.00 (0.00,128.57) minutes. The M( Q1,Q3) for screen time dedicated to gaming, studying, socializing, and watching videos were 0.00 (0.00, 20.00), 8.57 (1.64, 44.50), 4.28 (0.00, 30.00), and 0.00 (0.00, 25.71) minutes, respectively. A non-linear association was observed between average daily screen time and adolescent mental health problem score, 0-1 hour of daily screen time was beneficial for adolescent mental, compared to no screen time. However, screen time exceeding 1 hour was detrimental, with the negative impact increasing alongside screen time duration. When total daily screen time was held constant, the proportion of time spent on gaming ( β=0.14, 95% CI: 0.05-0.23, P=0.003) and video ( β=0.21, 95% CI: 0.09-0.28, P<0.001) was positively correlated with mental health problems, whereas the proportion of time spent on studying was negatively correlated with mental health problems ( β=-0.17, 95% CI: -0.24 - -0.11, P<0.001). Conclusions:Moderate screen time is advantageous for adolescent mental health. However, it is crucial to minimize the proportion of screen time dedicated to video and gaming activities to mitigate potential adverse effects.

Cholangiocarcinoma,as a malignant tumor with strong invasiveness and poor prognosis,has a complex metastasis mechanism,and urgently needs in-depth research.Circulating tumor cells(CTC),as the key cell type for tumor cells to shed from the primary site and enter the bloodstream,have significant research significance.In recent years,studies have found that the invasive pseudopodia of CTC play a significant role in the migration and invasion of tumor cells.Among them,in terms of signal transduction pathways,the Rho family GTPases(RhoA,Rac1,Cdc42)work in coordination to regulate the contractility of the pseudofoot,the branching polymerization and orientation of actin,and the phosphoinositide3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/AKT)pathway promotes the assembly of actin and cross-communicates with the Rho family by activating AKT.At the molecular mechanism level,long non-coding RNAs regulate the expression of pseudopolypod-related genes by adsorbing miRNAs and other means.Matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)degrades the extracellular matrix(ECM)to form an invasion positive feedback.In terms of the microenvironment,cancer-associated fibroblast(CAF)and the cytokines such as transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)secreted by macrophages,epidermal growth factor(EGF),and interleukin-6(IL-6)activate pseudopodia to form signal transduction pathways.ECM hardness and fiber arrangement affect the extension direction of pseudopodia through mechanical force conduction.This article conducted a comprehensive analysis of the biological characteristics of CTC,the formation mechanism of invasive pseudopodia in cholangiocarcinoma,the metastatic features of cholangiocarcinoma cells and their clinical significance,as well as the role of CTC in the metastatic process of cholangiocarcinoma,in order to summarize the existing research results,explore potential therapeutic targets and future research directions,and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of cholangiocarcinoma.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is a malignant tumor with an extremely poor prognosis， and its pathogenesis is complex and remains unclear. In recent years， more and more studies have focused on the role of bile-gut axis in the development and progression of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Bile-gut axis refers to the complex interaction between bile and gut microbiota， including bile salt metabolism， dynamic changes of microbiota， inflammatory response， and immune system regulation. This article elaborates on the potential mechanisms of bile-gut axis in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma， especially gut microbiota dysbiosis， abnormal bile salt metabolism， chronic inflammatory response， and immune system interaction， this article aims to provide new perspectives and possible therapeutic targets for future research and promote the early diagnosis and effective treatment of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of 125I seeds implantation combined with transcatheter arterial infusion(TAI)in treating advanced pancreatic carcinoma(PC).Methods By using envelope sealing method,76 patients who met enrollment criteria were divided into observation group and control group.Finally,a total of 67 patients were enrolled in this study.The observation group had 31 patients and the patients received 125I seeds implantation combined with TAI therapy,and the control group had 36 patients and the patients received TAI therapy.After 3 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy,pain score,incidence of obstructive jaundice(OJ),and survival time were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group and the control group,the objective response rate(ORR)was 48.4％and 25.0％respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the disease control rate(DCR)was 83.9％and 66.7％respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).In both groups,the postoperative one-month and 3-month pain scores were decreased obviously when compared with the preoperative values(P＜0.05),but the reduction of pain score in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P＜0.05).In the observation group and the control group,the pain relief rates were 23.06％and 13.4％respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0252);the incidences of OJ were 19.4％and 50.0％respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the median survival time was 7.9 months and 5.1 months respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In both groups,the postoperative one-month and 3-month CA199 levels were decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).No statistically significant difference in the incidences of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and leukopenia existed between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion 125I seeds implantation combined with TAI therapy can effectively relieve cancer pain,prolong survival time in patients with advanced PC,and it is clinically safe.Therefore,this therapy is worthy of clinical promotion.

OBJECTIVETo analyze the dynamic change of chemical constituents in Changium smyrnioides at different ages and give a reference for standard cultivation.

METHODThe contents of polysaccharides, mannitol and choline in the roots were determined by colorimetry. HPLC was used to analyze water-soluble components in the roots. GC-MS was used to analyze volatile oil components in the leaves. Similarity coefficient of water-soluble components was calculated by included angle cosine method.

RESULTThere was significant difference in content of the analyzed chemical constituents except polysaccharide. Contents of mannitol, physiological ash and polysaccharide in the adult plant were higher than those in the young plant. On the contrast, content of water-soluble components and choline in the young plant was higher than that in the adult plant. With the increase of the growth years, water-soluble components in the roots and volatile oil components in the leaves were gradually concentrated.

CONCLUSIONThe growth time significantly affects the chemical constituents in Ch. smyrnioides, the reasonable harvest time is from the second to the forth year after transplanting.

OBJECTIVETo analyze water-soluble components in the roots of Ch. smyrnioides among different populations that distributed in the main areas and give a reference for germplasm evaluation and quality control.

METHODWater-soluble components were extracted with the cold-soaking method and analyzed by HPLC, similarity coefficient was calculated by included angle cosine method according to relative content of major water-soluble components, and systematic relationships were constructed based on UPGMA method.

RESULTThere was significant difference in water-soluble components in root among population. Jiuhuashan population had the highest content of water-soluble extract. The content of water-soluble extract was below the pharmacopoeia standard in the root of Dalongshan population and Fushan population. There was significant difference in the HPLC chromatogram of water-soluble components in the root of Ch. smyrnioides from different populations, and the number of common peak was small. Similarity coefficient significantly ranged from 0.0306 to 0.9995 among 10 populations of Ch. smymrnioides. Water-soluble components in the root of Zijinshan population was the most unique, similarity coefficients were relatively small among Zijinshan population and the other seven populations except Hongshan population, and similarity coefficient was in a higher level of 0.9697 between Zijinshan population and Hongshan population. Water-soluble components were extremely similar in four populations that were Laoshan, Maoshan, Qinglongshan and Langyashan, and similarity coefficients among them were in a high level exceeded 0.99. 10 populations were divided into 3 groups according to clustering results.

CONCLUSIONWater-soluble components show a high diversity in the roots of Ch. smyrnioides among different populations, and can be clearly divided into 3 types.

OBJECTIVETo analyze the distribution of chemical constituents in different parts of Changium smyrnioides.

RESULTThe Contents of chemical constituents were significantly different between the leaves and the roots. The contents of choline and polysaccharides in the roots was higher than those in the leaves, but the contents of water-soluble extract and physiological ash in the leaves was higher than those in the roots. Contents of chemical constituents were also significantly different at different segments in the root, which decreased from the upper to the lower parts, increased from the outside to the inside parts except physiological ash, and the difference in horizontal segments was higher than that in vertical segments. Total peak area of water-soluble components in the leaves was 2.81 times higher than that in the roots, and gradually increased from the outside to the inside parts.

CONCLUSIONTotal content of chemical constituents in the leaves was significantly higher than that in the roots. The quality of medicinal used parts decreased gradually from the inside to the outside parts and from the upper to the lower parts in the root of Ch. smyrnioides.

Purpose: In order to observe the therapeutic effect of electric acupuncture plus Tuina therapy for cervicogenic headache. Methods: 200 cases of the patients with cervicogenic headache were allocated randomly into electric acupuncture plus Tuina group (Group A, n=100), electric acupuncture group (Group B, n = 50) and Tuina group (Group C, n = 50) and treated respectively by electric acupuncture on cervical Jiaji (Ex-B 2)points, Fengchi (GB 20),Ashi points, Shuaigu (GB 8), Yifeng (TE 17), Touwei (ST 8) and Waiguan (TE 5) on the sick side and Tuina therapy. Results: The total effective rate was 100% in Group A, 90.0% in Group B and 88.0% in Group C, with a significant difference (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion: Electric acupuncture plus Tuina therapy is an effective method for cervicogenic headache.
