Organophosphorus pesticides(OPs)are widely used in global agriculture,and pose a serious threat to ecological environment and human health due to their high environmental persistence and biological toxicity.Colorimetric sensing strategies based on the inhibition of acetylcholinesterase(AChE)have become an important method for detecting OPs because of their simplicity and high specificity.However,the sensitivity is limited by the insufficient catalytic efficiency of traditional nanozymes.In this study,a one-step solvothermal method was used to synthesize polyoxometalate nanoribbons(POM)loaded with gold nanoparticles(Au NPs),named Au-POM.Experimental results showed that Au-POM could catalyze the decomposition of H2O2 in an acidic environment(pH 4.0),demonstrating typical peroxidase-like activity.Based on this,an AChE,choline oxidase(ChOx)and Au-POM nano enzyme cascade catalytic system was constructed.In this system,AChE specifically catalyzed the hydrolysis of acetylcholine(ACh)to choline,and then ChOx mediated the oxidation of choline to produce H2O2.During this process,Au-POM acted as a peroxidase-like enzyme to catalyze the decomposition of H2O2 to generate reactive oxygen species,triggering a specific oxidation reaction of the chromogenic substrate 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)into oxidized form.When the OP pesticide ethoprophos(EP)was present,it inhibited the activity of AChE and blocked the generation of ACh and H2O2,indirectly inhibiting the oxidation of TMB.The color and absorbance of the solution changed in a concentration-dependent manner.The detection limit of this method for EP was 1.05 μmol/L,and the linear response range was 20-180 μmol/L(R2=0.998).This method was applied to detection of environmental water samples and coriander samples with satisfactory results,providing a reliable technical platform for monitoring of OPs in environment and food.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with reduced glutathione injection and levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with Parkinson's disease complicated with mild cognitive impairment(PD-MCI).Methods Elderly patients with PD-MCI were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Two groups were treated with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablet for anti-Parkinson's disease therapy,and on this basis,the control group was given intravenous drip of reduced glutathione 1.2 g(qd),and the treatment group was given intravenous drip of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection 10 mL(qd)on the basis of the control group.Both groups of patients were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,serum regulated upon activation,normal T cell expressed and secreted(RANTES),α-synuclein(α-syn),brain-derived neurotrophic factor precursor protein(pro-BDNF),catalase(CAT),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),cognitive function and quality of life were compared between both groups,and the adverse drug reactions were observed.Results In treatment group,48 cases were enrolled but 3 cases were lost,thus 45 cases were finally included in the analysis.In control group,48 cases were enrolled but 6 cases were lost,thus 42 cases were included in the analysis.After treatment,the total effective rates in treatment and control groups were 93.33％(42 cases/45 cases)and 76.19％(32 cases/42 cases)respectively(P＜0.05).After treatment,RANTES levels in treatment group and control group were(25.57±4.62)and(30.29±4.92)pg·mL-1;α-syn levels were(3.08±0.76)and(3.74±1.09)μg·L-1;pro-BDNF levels were(144.65±17.54)and(182.26±15.75)ng·mL-1;CAT levels were(168.54±10.64)and(160.48±9.74)kU·L-1;T-SOD levels were(123.75±20.54)and(110.18±22.66)kU·L-1;Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale scores were(25.08±2.75)and(23.14±2.64)points;and 39-item Parkinson's Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire scores were(45.84±8.42)and(50.34±7.62)points,respectively.The differences of above indexes were statistically significant between two groups(all P＜0.05).The adverse drug reactions in treatment group were arrhythmia,dizziness,chills and gastrointestinal discomfort.The adverse drug reactions in control group were transient thrombocytopenia and arrhythmia.The total incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment group and control group were 8.89％and 4.76％wthout significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion Cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with reduced glutathione injection and levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets has exact clinical efficacy in the treatment of elderly patients with PD-MCI,and it can significantly enhance the neuroprotective and antioxidant effects and improve the cognitive function and quality of life of patients,and it does not increase the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions.

With advanced brewing technology and contemporary table culture， alcohol drinking， which can be traced back to Dukang wine in the Xia dynasty， is very common in China. However， excessive alcohol intake can easily cause alcohol liver damage， ranging from abdominal pain and venous thrombosis to severe hypoglycemia and fat embolism， coma shock and even life-threatening cases. Puerariae Lobatae Radix has a cool property and sweet taste， with functions of antipyretic， promoting the secretion of saliva or body fluid， rash and hangover alleviation， and so on. It was first recorded in Shen Nong's Materia Medica and has been listed as a special anti-alcoholic medicine in traditional Chinese medicine since ancient times. For example， the ancient medical book Compendium of Materia Medica and other records claim that Puerariae Lobatae Radix has the effect of relieving alcohol and protecting the liver. At the same time， Puerariae Lobatae Radix has a long history in both medicine and food. It was listed in the List of Articles That Both Serve as Food and Medicine published by the National Health Commission. Therefore， there are many products containing pueraria for hangover and liver protection. Prior to this， many scholars have carried out relevant researches on the anti-alcoholism efficacy of Puerariae Lobatae Radix， but there is a lack of systematic summaries. The author has consulted relevant domestic and foreign literatures in recent years. The related products were summarized and it was found that the anti-alcoholic effect of pueraria root mainly came from puerarin， pueraria flavonoids and pueraria polysaccharide， puerarin polypeptide， pueraria daidzein and its derivatives， including the main mechanisms such as inhibiting alcohol absorption， accelerating metabolism， anti-oxidation， protection of liver and cardiomyocytes， and neuroprotection. Related products are abundant and well evaluated， but research on related genes needs to be deepened. This article reviews the main anti-alcoholic components， mechanism of action and related products of pueraria， and puts forward suggestions for future research directions， hoping to provide reference for further related research.

To detect the concentration of triptolide in skin and joint after percutaneous administration,an HPLC-MS/MS method and skin and joint micro-dialysis( MD) method of triptolide were established in this study. The separation was achieved on triple quadrupole( AB QTRAP4500) and phenomenex-C18( 4. 6 mm×150 mm,5 μm,luna) column with acetonitrile-water with 0. 1% formic acid( 65 ∶35) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 7 m L·min-1. An electrospray ionization( ESI) source was applied and operated in the positive multiple reaction monitoring( MRM) mode. The fragment ion for triptolide was m/z 361. 1→145. 0. The effects of different perfusion [Ringer's,PBS( p H 7. 4),30% ethanol saline]drug concentrations and flow rates on the recovery rate,as well as the relationship between the recovery rate and the loss rate were determined by incremental( dialysis) and reduction( retrodialysis) methods.The reduction method was applied in the in vivo study to investigate and determine the stability of the probe recovery rate in 10 h. The results of HPLC-MS/MS detection method conformed to the requirements of biological samples. The perfusion fluid was 30% ethanol saline. The recovery rate of skin and joint probes in vitro of triptolide increased within the flow rate of 0. 5-2. 5 μL·min-1. In order to increase the timeliness of data and the accuracy,the flow rate was determined to be 1 μL·min-1,and the sample interval was determined to be 0. 5 h. The recovery rate of triptolide in skin and joint probes in vitro and the loss rate were stable and equal despite of change of triptolide concentration within 10-200 μg·L-1. This indicated that the effect of drug concentration on the MD probe recovery rate was small,and the recovery rate could be replaced by the loss rate. The loss rate in vivo using MD method was measured at 10 h,indicating that the transfer rate of triptolide was stable within 10 h. The established method of triptolide in MD and HPLC-MS/MS can be applied to investigate the kinetic in skin and joint after percutaneous administration of triptolide.

OBJECTIVEThis study was designed to evaluate the prevalence of thyroid nodules (TNs) and its relationship with urine iodine concentrations (UICs) after the regional rapid economic growth and lifestyle changes.

METHODSA cross-sectional survey was conducted in the general population aged 15-69 years. A questionnaire regarding general and personal characteristics and relevant information was administered. Ultrasonography of the thyroid was performed, and serum triiodothyronine (T3), tetraiodothyronine (T4), serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), free triiodothyronine (FT3), free tetraiodothyronine (FT4), thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb), thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb), and TSH receptor antibody (TRAb) levels were measured for each individual subject.

RESULTSThe prevalence rates of TNs in the whole population, females and males were 27.76%, 34.04%, and 21.60%, respectively. The prevalence of multiple nodules increased with age, whereas the prevalence peaks differed between males and females. The median UICs in the whole population and females with non-TNs were higher than those of subjects with TNs (P=0.0035, P=0.0068). The median UICs in subjects with a single TN were higher than those in subjects with multiple TNs (P=0.0164, P=0.0127). The result showed a U-shaped curve relationship between UIC and prevalence of TNs. The prevalence of TNs was the lowest when the UIC was 140-400 μg/L.

CONCLUSIONThe prevalence of TNs was nearly 30% and increased with age. The relationship between UIC and prevalence of TNs is U-shaped, with an increase in risk when the UIC was <140 μg/L and >400 μg/L. Very low or high UIC levels need attention and correction.
