Neurofibromas are benign peripheral nerve sheath tumors. It is more common in neurofibromatosis type Ⅰ. However, isolated vagal nerve neurofibroma(VNN) of the neck is extremely rare, and only a few case reports have been reported. Its etiology and pathogenesis are not clear. The diagnosis is mainly based on pathological examination and immunohistochemistry, and surgical resection is the main treatment. This study reports a rare case of giant solitary vagus neurofibroma in the neck. The patient was a 29-year-old female who was found to have a mass on the right side of the neck by physical examination, which was considered to be a vagus nerve tumor by neck ultrasound and imaging examination. The tumor was completely removed during the operation, with the size of about 10.0 cm×2.5 cm, and the patient had no special discomfort. Postoperative pathology and immunohistochemistry confirmed neurofibroma. After surgery, the patient had right vocal cord paralysis, hoarseness, choking and paroxysmal cough. After swallowing function training and voice rehabilitation treatment in the department, the patient recovered satisfactorily. There was no complication and recurrence during the follow-up of 1 year. This article reviews the literature to improve the diagnosis and treatment of solitary vagus neurofibroma in the neck by combining its medical history, imaging features, pathology and immunohistochemistry, and surgical treatment.

Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)has complex etiologies, including embryonic chromosomal abnormalities, maternal immune factors, prethrombotic states, and uterine anatomical a-nomalies.Currently,the pathogenesis of RSA remains incompletely elucidated, with placental tropho-blast dysfunction considered a key factor contributing to pregnancy failure.Recent studies have dem-onstrated that non-coding RNA(ncRNA)are stably expressed at the maternal-fetal interface and reg-ulate the proliferation, apoptosis, invasion, and metastasis of trophoblast immune cells. The ncRNA can directly modulate target gene expression or influence the occurrence and progression of RSA through competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)regulatory networks, providing novel targets for re-searchers exploring the pathogenesis of RSA.Additionally,ncRNA mediate intercellular interactions via vesicular transport, offering new insights into their regulatory mechanisms.Due to their tissue spe-cificity and expression stability,ncRNA are promising as novel biomarkers for RSA and other preg-nancy-related disorders. This review summarized the regulatory roles of ncRNA in the immune mecha-nisms underlying the occurrence and development of RSA based on multiple domestic and internation-al studies.

Objective To study the expression pattern of RYK in the pathway of developmental corticospinal tract projection and provide hints for further study on RYK's function involved in this processes. Methods By In situ and immuno-fluorescence histochemistry,we examined the RYK expression pattern in the developmental murine motor cortex and the projection of corticospinal tract at various time points of E14.5、 E16、E18.5 and postnatal P3、 P5、P7.Results The motor cortex the RYK expression started at E18.5 stage and enhanced gradually at P0 stage. Moreover from P0 to P5 stage the RYK expression also appeared in the pathway of developmental corticospinal tract and decreased gradually after that. Conclusion RYK's expression is closely related to the corticospinal tract projection during its development stage.
