Objective To analyze the infection status and subtype distribution characteristics of human papillomavirus(HPV)patients in Dongguan area from 2017 to 2023,as well as the relationship between the subtype distribution of HPV-positive patients and their cervical histopathology. Methods A total of 21 316 patients who underwent HPV genotyping in Dongguan Maternal and Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Dongguan from 2017 to 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Cervical exfoliated cells were collected from females, and specimens from lesion sites were collected from males. The 23 types of HPV genotyping were performed on the exfoliated cell specimens of the patients by PCR-reverse dot hybridization.Statistically analyze the annual prevalence of HPV subtypes from 2017 to 2023,the viral infection status of patients of dif-ferent genders and age groups,as well as the relationship between the subtype distribution of HPV-positive patients and their cervical histopathology. Results The overall detection rate of HPV was 31.5%(6 719/21 316).The annual prevalence of HPV showed a significant downward trend from 2017 to 2023(P<0.001),and HPV types 52,16,58,53,and 51 were the most common.Female infections were mainly high-risk HPV types 52,16,58,53 and 51.Male infections were mainly low-risk HPV types 6 and 43 and high-risk HPV types 52,51 and 68.People under the age of 25 and those aged 55-<65 were high-risk groups for infection, with detection rates of 46.6%(668/1 432)and 42.3%(473/1 117),respectively.There was a statistically significant difference in the overall detection rate among different age groups(P<0.001).The HPV16 type increased significantly with the progression of cervical lesions from 15.0%(80/545)in patients with cervical intraepi-thelial neoplasia(CIN)Ⅰ to 36.3%(198/545)in patients with CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).HPV16 is the main infectious subtype of CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ.Conclusion The detection rate of HPV in Dongguan area shows a downward trend from 2017 to 2023,and it is age and gender-specific.HPV 16 is closely related to high-grade CIN in HPV genotyping.

Objective:To investigate the effects of meditation therapy on fear of disease progress and mental health among acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients. Methods:Totally, 120 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University were divided into experimental group and control group according to the enrolled time. 60 patients with AMI treated from June to November 2018 served as the control group and 60 patients with AMI treated from January to May 2019 served as the experimental group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing, the experimental group carried out 4-week meditation therapy based on the routine nursing. Before and after intervention, the effect was assessed by Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form (FoP-Q-SF) and Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90), respectively. Results:After intervention, the physical health and social family function dimension scores in FoP-Q-SF as well as total FoP-Q-SF scores were (12.78±3.47), (10.45±2.44), (23.24±4.25) points, significantly lower than in the control group (14.33±2.72), (11.59±2.82), (25.91±3.89) points, the difference was statistically significant ( t values were 2.623, 2.277, 3.499, P<0.05); the scores of somatization, compulsion, anxiety, depression and total SCL-90 were (1.26±0.19), (1.42±0.23), (1.19±0.28), (1.20±0.16) and (121.81±9.59) points, significantly lower than (1.83±0.25), (1.68±0.37), (1.82±0.41), (1.71±0.33) and (145.85±9.12) points in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( t values were from 4.580 to 13.659, P<0.001). Conclusion:Meditation therapy can effectively decrease disease progress and promote mental health in patients with acute myocardial infarction.

Objective To explore the expressions of CK20, S100A7 and substance P (SP) in different stages of psoriatic lesions and their relationship. Methods A total of 19 patients, who had received irregular treatment for psoriasis and had both progressive and healed psoriatic lesions, were enrolled in this study. Skin tissue specimens were obtained from perilesional normal skin, progressive lesions and healed lesions of these patients and subjected to immunohistochemical analysis of expressions of CK20, S100A7 and SP. Results The relative expression level (absorbance value obtained from immunohistochemical analysis) was 7683.80 ± 6134.55,18305.04 ± 13171.30, 7257.53 ± 4417.75 for CK20, 8789.05 ± 6240.91, 18058.01 ± 16537.18, 9295.65 ±9310.02 for S100A7, 3242.51 ± 3775.41, 9364.98 ± 7596.64, 2910.85 ± 3349.46 for SP, respectively, in normal skin, progressive lesions and healed psoriatic lesions. A significant increase was observed in the expressions of CK20, S100A7 and SP in progressive lesions compared with normal skin and healed lesions, whereas no statistical difference was noted in those between normal skin and healed lesions (P > 0.05 ). The expression of CK20 was positively correlated with that of S100A7 and SP (r = 0.779, 0.876, both P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The pathogenesis of psoriasis seems to be associated with the changes in the number of Merkel cells.

Objective To observe the effects of matrine, oxymatrine and sophordine on activity and TNF-? secretion of macrophage RAW264.7. Methods Macrophage were cultivated in 6 holes board and cultivated 1 day with different concentration matrine, oxymatrine and sophordine. Macrophage activity was measured with MTT and content of TNF-? in collected culture medium was measured with ELISA. Results Macrophage activity and the function of secreting TNF-? was restrained by matrine, oxymatrine and sophordine. The higher concentration of matrine, oxymatrine and sophordine was, the more intense the inhibiting effect was. The effect of matrine was more intense to the function of secreting TNF-? of macrophage. Conclusion Matrine, oxymatrine and sophordine can restrain macrophage activity and the function of secreting TNF-?, the effect of matrine is the most intense.

To explore primarily the reconstruction of biological tissue engineered blood vessel in vitro, the decellularised scaffolds were obtained from swine common carotid arteries by enzyme digestion, and vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) were isolated from canine thoracic aorta and subcultured and purified. The VSMCs were seeded into the inner surface of scaffolds and they were cocultured in vitro for 4 weeks. Histological staining and transmission electron microscopy were used to observe the growth of canine VSMCs on swine decellularized arterial scaffolds. The results showed the seeded VSMCs grew well on the decellularized scaffold throughout the duration of 4 weeks, which suggests that the method in this article is practicable for reconstructing complete biological tissue engineering blood vessel.

Object To study the optimal conditions and parameters for the enrichment process of scoparone in Yinchenhao Decoction (YCHD) with macroporous resin. Methods With the enrichment degree of scoparone in YCHD as an index, the optimal conditions of the enrichment process were investigated. Results The optimal conditions were that the aqueous extract of YCHD was taken into the macroporous resin column, and kept for 30 min, then the resin was washed by five times of distilled water to get rid of impurity and three — four times of 70% ethanol to elute scoparone. Conclusion The process is feasible to enrich effective ingredient scoparone from YCHD.
