ObjectiveTo investigate the association between serum fasting triglyceride glucose-body mass index （TyG-BMI） and new-onset metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease （MAFLD） within 10 years. MethodsA retrospective analysis was performed for the data of individuals who underwent physical examination in The Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University in 2013， 2018， and 2023 and were not diagnosed with MAFLD in 2013， and a total of 1 340 valid subjects were enrolled according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The gbmt package in R 4.3.0 was used to construct the dynamic change trajectory model of TyG-BMI， and four different TyG-BMI trajectory groups were determined， i.e.， the low-level group （n=352）， the medium-level group （n=517）， the high-level group （n=314）， and the extremely high-level group （n=157）. The data on general information and blood biochemical parameters were collected from all subjects and were then compared between groups. The chi-square test was used for comparison of categorical data between groups， and the Kruskal-Wallis H test was used for comparison of non-normally distributed continuous data with heterogeneity of variance between multiple groups. The Cox regression analysis was used to investigate the association between different TyG-BMI trajectories and the risk of MAFLD， and the receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve was used to assess the value of TyG-BMI in the diagnosis of MAFLD. ResultsThe cumulative incidence rate of MAFLD increased with the increase in the level of TyG-BMI trajectory， with a cumulative incidence rate of 4.83% in the low-level group， 29.98% in the medium-level group， 61.15% in the high-level group， and 83.44% in the extremely high-level group （P<0.001）， and the cumulative incidence rate of MAFLD in men was significantly higher than that in women （51.34% vs 20.67%， P<0.001）. The multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that increases in the levels of TyG-BMI trajectory， uric acid， diastolic blood pressure， hemoglobin， and alanine aminotransferase were independent risk factors for the onset of MAFLD （all P<0.05）， while the increase in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was an independent protective factor against MAFLD （P<0.001）. After adjustment for confounding factors， the medium-， high-， and extremely high-level groups had a hazard ratio of 4.430 （95% confidence interval ［CI］： 2.660 — 7.377， P<0.001）， 6.937 （95%CI： 4.110 — 11.708， P<0.001）， and 7.989 （95%CI： 4.616 — 13.827， P<0.001）， respectively. The ROC curve analysis showed that TyG-BMI had the highest diagnostic value， with an area under the ROC curve of 0.859 （95%CI： 0.840 — 0.879）， a sensitivity of 79.8%， and a specificity of 76.3%. ConclusionThe risk of MAFLD increases with the increase in the level of TyG-BMI trajectory， and TyG-BMI can be used as a predictive indicator for MAFLD.

Objective : Objective To investigate the demand for health management and influencing factors among occupational population at high risk of stroke, so as to provide insights into the development of stroke health management strategies among occupational population. Methods: Occupational population aged 40 to 60 years who participated in health examination were sampled from three tertiary hospitals in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province using a quota sampling method in the ratio of 4∶1∶1, from August to December 2020. Participants' blood biochemistry tests and health examination were collected through the examination reports, and the participants at high risk of stroke were screened using the assessment criteria for high-risk of stroke. Participants' general information and demand for health management were collected using questionnaire surveys. In addition, factors affecting the demand for health management were identified using a multivariable logistic regression model. Results: A total of 3 003 people who participated in health examination were investigated, and 1 062 participants met the assessment criteria for high risk of stroke, accounting for 35.36%. There were 1 000 men (94.16%) and 62 women (5.84%), with a mean age of (49.26±4.97) years. There were 414 professional and technical staff (39.50%). There were 709 participants (66.76%) with demand for health management, with the top three in the demand as health checkups (915 participants, accounting for 86.16%), health consultation (601 participants, accounting for 56.60%) and exercise guidance (560 participants, accounting for 52.73%), and 210 participants (19.77%) received health management. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that occupational population at high risk of stroke who received health management were more likely to have the demand for health management (OR=2.158, 95%CI: 1.479-3.149). Conclusions The occupational population at high risk of stroke have the demand for health management. Having received health management may affect the demand for health management among occupational population at high risk of stroke.

The three‐dimensional digital substraction angiography (3D‐DSA) significantly elevated detection rate of intracranial small vessel aneurysms in recent years .It has become the novel gold standard diagnosing antracranial small vessel aneurysms .The present article made a review on 3D‐DSA value for diagnosis ,treatment and prognostic assessment of intracranial small vessel aneurysms .

As a new technique ,CT spectral imaging can obtain two images of different energy level at same phase simultaneously ,then immediately rebuild high definition monoenergetic images ranging from 40 kV to 140 kV .It provides reliable data and information for early qualitative and quantitative diagnosis of diseases ,which possess huge potential in clinical and science research ;and more extensive developing space for developing of scientific research and clinical application .

Objective To analyze retrospectively the relationship between protein nutrition index (PNI) and survival conditions in patients with peritoneal dialysis (PD).Methods Various clinical and laboratory indexes of patients with chronic kidney disease from January 2004 to January 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.PNI score was determined by serum albumin (ALB),normalized protein nitrogen presentation rate (nPNA),lean body mass (LBM).According to PNI score,PD patients were divided into four groups:good nutrition status,nutrition status in general,poor nutrition,PEW status.Linear regression analysis was used to analyze determine factors of PNI;analysis of Kaplan-Meier was applied to examine relationship between the protein nutrition status and survival rate;COX regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors for survival in patients with PD.Results All the indexes,age,complications index,serum Cr,K-Kt/V,T-Kt/V had a linear relationship with PNI.5-year survival rate in the four groups were respectively 95％,92％,65％,23％.Age,complications,PNI index were the survival risk factors of PD patients.Conclusions According to PNI score,evaluation of protein nutritional status of patients with PD could predict survival conditions of PD patients,the higher PNI score,the higher survival rate.

Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter prlori (Hp) infection and type 2 diabetes related complications.Methods Eighty-five patients with type 2 diabetes had been tested and divided into Hp negative group (42 cases) and Hp positive group (43 cases),the triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),fasting plasma glucose (FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and complications occurred were compared between two groups.Results The TG,LDL-C,FPG,HbA1c and TNF-α in Hp positive group was significantly higher than that in Hp negative group [(4.83 ± 0.95) mmol/L vs.(3.03 ± 0.75) mmol/L,(4.99 ± 0.96) mmol/L vs.(3.91 ±0.87)mmol/L,(10.85 ±2.97) mmol/L vs.(8.11 ±2.69) mmol/L,(9.35 ± 1.96)％ vs.(7.08 ± 1.53)％,(7.33 ± 0.78) ng/L vs.(3.65 ± 0.98) ng/L] (P＜ 0.01).The cardiovascular disease,cerebrovascular disease,kidney disease,retinal changes and podiatric complication rate in Hp positive group was 51.16％ (22/43),37.21％(16/43),27.91％(12/43),34.88％(15/43),23.26％(10/43),significantly higher than that in Hp negative group [28.57％ (12/42),16.67％ (7/42),9.52％ (4/42),14.29％ (6/42),7.14％ (3/42)],there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetes Hp infection can make the higher TG,LDL-C,FPG,HbA1c,TNF-α and can increase the risk of diabetes complications.
