Objective:To investigate the status quo of the whole process nursing needs of patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery based on Kano model, and to provide a theoretical reference for the development of high quality nursing service. Methods:From August to September 2023, a cross-sectional survey was conducted on 284 patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery in Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University by simple sampling method. Based on the Kano model as the theoretical framework, referring to the relevant literature, the questionnaire of the whole process nursing needs of patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery was determined by two rounds of Delphi method, and the 'maximum frequency method' was used to classify the attributes of the whole process nursing needs of patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery. Results:A total of 270 valid questionnaires were retrieved. Among 270 patients, 159 were males and 111 were females, aged 22-94 (65.34 ± 8.77) years. Among the 26 items, 16 nursing needs were expected attributes, and the first two nursing needs were pain care and relieving oral dryness. 7 essential attributes, the top 2 were relieving insomnia / drowsiness and preoperative preparation and nursing; 2 charm attributes, for postoperative follow-up and follow-up process nursing; 1 indifference attribute, which was the introduction of the surgical environment. The results of quadrant analysis showed that there were 46.15%(12/26) demands in the first quadrant (dominant area), 23.08%(6/26) in the third quadrant (observation area), and both 15.38%(4/26) in each of the other two quadrants. Conclusions:The whole process nursing needs of patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery are diversified, and the hospital should actively meet the expected attributes and essentials of patients. On this basis, it should provide and innovate charm attribute services to improve patient satisfaction and improve the core competitiveness of the hospital.

Objective The amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation(ALFF)resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)was used to investigate the signals image in the brain functional areas of overactive bladder(OAB)patients. Methods OAB patients treated in 3 participating hospitals during Mar.2021 and Mar.2023 were selected as the OAB group(n=14).Healthy subjects matching the gender, age and years of education of the patients in the OAB group were collected as the control group(NC group,n=14).Changes in the over active bladder symptom score(OABSS),quality of life scale(QoL),self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were analyzed. All subjects underwent rs-fMRI to collect blood oxygen level dependent magnetic resonance signals, which were then processed with ALFF.Two-sample t-test was conducted on the results to obtain the different brain regions. Results The OABSS[(8.07±0.37)vs.(1.21±0.18)],QoL[(4.85±0.21)vs.(0.64±0.13)],SAS[(60.14±1.40)vs.(37.64±1.57)]and SDS[(52.50±1.29)vs.(36.14±0.34)]scores of the OAB group were higher than those of the NC group, with significant differences(P<0.05).The brain regions with significant differences in ALFF were located in the left supplementary motor area, left medial superior frontal gyrus and right anterior central gyrus(P<0.000 1).Conclusion The abnormal spontaneous activity and coordination ability of the brain in resting state may lead to OAB symptoms, which are displayed in the abnormal functions of the left supplementary motor area, left medial superior frontal gyrus and right anterior central gyrus.

Dynamic tracking analysis of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) biotransformation in vivo is crucial, as certain modifications could inactivate the protein and reduce drug efficacy. However, a particular challenge (i.e. immune recognition deficiencies) in biotransformation studies may arise when modifications occur at the paratope recognized by the antigen. To address this limitation, a multi-epitope affinity technology utilizing the metal organic framework (MOF)@Au@peptide@aptamer composite material was proposed and developed by simultaneously immobilizing complementarity determining region (CDR) mimotope peptide (HH24) and non-CDR mimotope aptamer (CH1S-6T) onto the surface of MOF@Au nanocomposite. Comparative studies demonstrated that MOF@Au@peptide@aptamer exhibited significantly enhanced enrichment capabilities for trastuzumab variants in comparison to mono-epitope affinity technology. Moreover, the higher deamidation ratio for LC-Asn-30 and isomerization ratio for HC-Asn-55 can only be monitored by the novel bioanalytical platform based on MOF@Au@peptide@aptamer and liquid chromatography-quadrupole time of flight-mass spectrometry (LC-QTOF-MS). Therefore, multi-epitope affinity technology could effectively overcome the biases of traditional affinity materials for key sites modification analysis of mAb. Particularly, the novel bioanalytical platform can be successfully used for the tracking analysis of trastuzumab modifications in different biological fluids. Compared to the spiked phosphate buffer (PB) model, faster modification trends were monitored in the spiked serum and patients' sera due to the catalytic effect of plasma proteins and relevant proteases. Differences in peptide modification levels of trastuzumab in patients' sera were also monitored. In summary, the novel bioanalytical platform based on the multi-epitope affinity technology holds great potentials for in vivo biotransformation analysis of mAb, contributing to improved understanding and paving the way for future research and clinical applications.

Waterborne viruses that can be harmful to human health pose significant challenges globally, affecting health care systems and the economy.Identifying these waterborne pathogens is essential for preventing diseases and protecting public health. However, handling complex samples such as human and waste-water can be challenging due to their dynamic and complex composition and the ultralow concentration of target analytes. This review presents a comprehensive overview of the latest breakthroughs in waterborne virus biosensors. It begins by highlighting several promising strategies that enhance the sensing performance of optical and electrochemical biosensors in human samples. These strategies include optimizing bioreceptor selection, transduction elements, signal amplification, and integrated sensing systems.Furthermore, the insights gained from biosensing waterborne viruses in human sam-ples are applied to improve biosensing in wastewater, with a particular focus on sampling and sample pretreatment due to the dispersion characteristics of waterborne viruses in wastewater. This review suggests that implementing a comprehensive system that integrates the entire waterborne virus detection process with high-accuracy analysis could enhance virus monitoring. These findings provide valuable insights for improving the effectiveness of waterborne virus detection, which could have sig-nificant implications for public health and environmental management.
