Objective: To investigate the current status of emotional and behavioral problems among preschool children in Hefei, and to explore their association with the family rearing environment, providing scientific evidence for improving the family rearing environment and promoting children s mental health. Methods: From March to May 2023, a stratified cluster sampling method was applied to select 1 893 preschool children from five kindergartens in Hefei. Data on children s emotional and behavioral problems and family rearing environment were collected through electronic questionnaires. The Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (Parent Version) was employed to assess children s emotional and behavioral problems. Binary Logistic regression was conducted to analyze their association with family rearing environment. Results: Among preschool children, the prevalence rates of emotional symptoms, conducts, hyperactivity/inattention, peer relationship difficulties, and prosocial behavior were 9.7% (184 cases), 37.7% (713 cases), 16.7% (316 cases), 48.5% (918 cases), and 17.5% (332 cases), respectively. The abnormal detection rate of total difficulties score was 18.3% (346 cases). Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that higher maternal education level (postgraduate degree), parental daily interaction time ≥1 h, daily outdoor activity time for children ≥2 h, consistent family rearing attitudes, and nightly sleep duration for children ≥8 h were associated with lower abnormal risks of total difficulties score in preschool children [ OR(95%CI )=0.48(0.24-0.95), 0.66(0.49-0.90), 0.65(0.48-0.87), 0.39(0.29-0.52), 0.71(0.51-0.99)，all P < 0.05 ]. Conclusion The abnormal detection rates of emotional and behavioral problems among preschool children in Hefei are at moderate levels, and family rearing environment is related to children s emotional and behavioral problems.

This expert consensus defines the application of Qinbaohong Zhike oral liquid in the treatment of cough and excessive sputum caused by phlegm-heat obstructing lung， acute bronchitis， and acute attack of chronic bronchitis from the aspects of applicable populations， efficacy evaluation， usage， dosage， drug combination， and safety. It is expected to guide the rational drug use in medical and health institutions， give full play to the unique value of Qinbaohong Zhike oral liquid， and vigorously promote the inheritance and innovation of Chinese patent medicines.

Background:To compare the efficacy and safety of monthly administrations of gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) agonists LY01005 and Zoladex ? in Chinese patients with premenopausal breast cancer. Methods:From October 2020 to November 2021, 188 premenopausal breast cancer patients were enrolled in 34 hospitals and randomized 1:1 to receive either LY01005 or Zoladex ? every 28 days for a total of three injections. All patients concomitantly received oral tamoxifen (TAM). The primary efficacy endpoint was cumulative probability of maintaining menopausal level [oestradiol (E2) ≤30 pg/ml] from day 29 to day 85. The second efficacy endpoint included changes in E2, luteinizing hormone (LH), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) compared with the baseline. Pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and safety were analyzed. The study also evaluated the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic characteristics of LY01005. Results:A total of 188 patients were randomised and 187 patients received either LY01005 or Zoladex ?. Cumulative probabilities of maintaining menopausal level (E2≤30 pg/ml) from day 29 to day 85 were 93.1% for LY01005 and 86.3% for Zoladex ?. The between-group difference was 6.8% (95% CI: -2.3%, 15.9%) and primary efficacy in the LY01005 group was not inferior to that in the Zoladex ? group. Changes in E2, LH, and FSH levels compared with the baseline were equivalent between the two groups (E2: 89.34% to 90.23% vs. 82.11% to 85.02%; LH: 88.89% to 95.52% vs. 89.70% to 97.02%; FSH: 75.36% to 80.85% vs.73.07% to 80.24%, respectively). After three consecutive doses of LY01005, the LH and FSH levels of the subjects showed a transient increase after the first dose, reached a peak on the second day and then started to decrease. The LH and FSH reached a lower level and remained at or below that level until the 85th day. Both treatments were well-tolerated. Conclusion:LY01005 is as effective as Zoladex ? in suppressing E2 to menopausal levels in Chinese patients with premenopausal breast cancer, with a similar safety profile.

Refeeding syndrome is a common complication in critically ill patients undergoing nutritional treatment, which can lead to multiple organ dysfunction and affect their prognosis. This paper reviews the risk assessment tools and predictive models for critically ill patients with refeeding syndrome, aiming to provide a basis for the prevention of refeeding syndrome in critically ill patients.

Objective:To investigate the effect of early pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) training on the improvement of respiratory function in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) after weaning of invasive mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit (ICU).Methods:The retrospective cohort research method was used. The clinical information of adult patients with ARDS receiving invasive mechanical ventilation admitted to the ICU of Qingdao Municipal Hospital from January 2019 to March 2023 was collected. The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to off-line training program. The control group received traditional training after weaning, and the observation group received the early PR training after weaning. Other treatments and nursing were implemented according to the routine of the ICU. The scores of the short physical performance battery (SPPB) on day 3-day 6 of the weaning training, respiratory muscle strength, level of interleukin-6 (IL-6), number of aspirations of sputum after weaning, length of stay after weaning, rehospitalization rate within 6 months after discharge, and pulmonary function indicators at discharge and 3 months after discharge [peak expiratory flow (PEF), forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity ratio (FEV1/FVC), and vital capacity (VC)] of the two groups of patients were compared. The Kaplan-Meier survival curve was drawn to analyze the cumulative survival rate of patients 6 months after discharge.Results:A total of 50 of which 25 cases received the traditional training after weaning, 25 cases received the early PR training after weaning. There was no significant difference in gender, age, acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ (APACHEⅡ), oxygenation index upon admission, etiological diagnosis of ARDS upon admission, time of invasive ventilation, mode of invasive mechanical ventilation, pulmonary function indicators at discharge, and other baseline data of the two groups. The SPPB questionnaire scores and respiratory muscle strength in both groups were increased gradually with the extended offline training time, the serum level of IL-6 in both groups were descend gradually with the extended offline training time, especially in the observation group [SPPB questionnaire score in the observation group were 7.81±0.33, 8.72±0.53, 9.44±0.31, 10.57±0.50, while in the control group were 7.74±0.68, 8.73±0.37, 8.72±0.40, 9.33±0.26, effect of time: F = 192.532, P = 0.000, effect of intervention: F = 88.561, P = 0.000, interaction effect between intervention and time: F = 24.724, P = 0.000; respiratory muscle strength (mmHg, 1 mmHg≈0.133 kPa) in the observation group were 123.20±24.84, 137.00±26.47, 149.00±24.70, 155.40±29.37, while in the control group were 129.00±20.34, 126.00±24.01, 132.20±25.15, 138.60±36.67, effect of time: F = 5.926, P = 0.001, effect of intervention: F = 5.248, P = 0.031, interaction effect between intervention and time: F = 3.033, P = 0.043; serum level of IL-6 in the observation group were 80.05±6.81, 74.76±9.33, 63.66±10.19, 56.95±4.72, while in the control group were 80.18±7.21, 77.23±9.78, 71.79±10.40, 66.51±6.49, effect of time: F = 53.485, P = 0.000, effect of intervention: F = 22.942, P = 0.000, interaction effect between intervention and time: F = 3.266, P = 0.026]. Compared with the control group, the number of aspirations of sputum after weaning of patients in the observation group significantly decreased (number: 22.46±1.76 vs. 27.31±0.90), the length of ICU stay after weaning significantly became shorter (days: 6.93±0.95 vs. 8.52±2.21), and the rehospitalization rate within 6 months after discharge significantly decreased [20.00% (5/25) vs. 48.00% (12/25)]. There were significant differences. The pulmonary function indicators 3 months after discharge of two groups of patients significantly increased compared with those at discharge and those of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group [PEF (L/min): 430.20±95.18 vs. 370.00±108.44, FEV1/FVC ratio: 0.88±0.04 vs. 0.82±0.05, VC (L): 3.22±0.72 vs. 2.74±0.37, all P < 0.05]. The Kaplan-Meier survival curve showed that the cumulative survival rate of patients 6 months after discharge of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group [76.9% vs. 45.5%, hazard ratio ( HR) = 0.344, P = 0.017]. Conclusion:Early PR training can significantly improve the respiratory function of patients with ARDS after weaning of invasive mechanical ventilation. Continuous active respiratory training after discharge can improve the respiratory function of patients and effectively decrease mortality.

Objective:To investigate the application effect of Press-Z-track-Turn (PZT) intramuscular injection on the extravasation, local reaction, local pain after injection and patient satisfaction after Fulvestrant injection.Methods:Used a self-controlled study, 63 patients who underwent bilateral intramuscular injection of Fluvastatin in the outpatient injection room of Tianjin Medical University Cancer Hospital from August to October 2022 were conveniently selected. The observation time was two treatment cycles after inclusion in this study. Before the injection of the first treatment cycle, a coin toss was used to randomly decide to use traditional intramuscular injection and PZT intramuscular injection method for injection and record. After 28 days, another injection method was used, with a total of 126 injections per injection method. Observed the extravasation of drug solution and local reactions at the injection site within 7 days after injection using two injection methods, as well as the pain and satisfaction of patients within 7 days after injection.Results:The extravasation rate of drug solution for the PZT intramuscular injection was 1.59% (2/126), which was lower than 7.14% (9/126) for the traditional intramuscular injection, and the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=4.66, P<0.05); the incidence of mild and moderate local reactions for the PZT intramuscular injection was 3.97% (5/126) and 1.59% (2/126), respectively, lower than that for the traditional intramuscular injection 11.11% (14/126) and 5.56% (7/126), and the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=8.26, P<0.05); the pain score of the PZT intramuscular injection was (2.08 ± 0.85) points, lower than that of the traditional intramuscular injection (5.03 ± 1.06) points, and the satisfaction score of the PZT intramuscular injection was (23.68 ± 1.64) points, higher than that of the traditional intramuscular injection (20.10 ± 2.58) points. The difference was statistically significant ( t=-17.24, 9.16, both P<0.01). Conclusions:PZT intramuscular injection can effectively reduce the overflow rate, the incidence of grade 1 and 2 local reactions and the degree of pain of patients, and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.

Objective : To investigate the molecular changes of lanosterol synthase(LSS) gene dysfunction and cholesterol levels that may affect brain function. Methods: The differentially expressed genes in LSS knockout(+/-) mice and WT C57 BL/6 mice were analyzed by RNA-SEQ,and the signal pathways involved in the differentially expressed genes were analyzed by KEGG enrichment. The differential genes were detected by real-time quantitative PCR and the protein expression of differential genes was detected by Western blot. Results: By RNA-SEQ analysis, LSS(+/-) heterozygous knockout resulted in the difference of 320 genes in the mouse brain, including 145 up-regulated genes and 175 down-regulated genes.KEGG enrichment analysis showed that these differentially expressed genes involved in neural-activated receptor and ligand pathways, hippocampal signaling pathways and glutamate synaptic pathways.Real-time quantitative PCR showed that CCKBR and Htr5 b were up-regulated, respectively. Western blot results showed that CCKBR gene was highly expressed in the total protein of all brain tissues of LSS knockout(+/-) mice. Conclusion LSS heterozygotic knockout may affect brain function and animal behavior.

Objective: To screen the differential genes and pathways of female and male C57 BL/6 J mice by transcriptome sequencing, and to lay a foundation for further exploring the molecular mechanism of behavioral differences between male and female mice. Methods: 8-week-old female and male mice of the C57 BL/6 J strain were completely isolated from the mouse hippocampus, and total RNA was extracted and reverse transcribed to construct a cDNA library, and 50 single-ended mice were generated on the BGIseq500 platform(BGl-Shenzhen, China) The base reads were transcriptome sequenced. After sequencing, based on GO and KEGG databases, combined with the phyper function in R language to screen, correct and enrich the data, calculatePvalue, and then perform FDR correction onPvalue to obtainQvalue and analyze different annotated genes based on the hypergeometric test method. The expression status was analyzed, and the differential genes and pathways in the hippocampus of mice of different genders were screened out. Results: Through the comparison of male and female differences, 325 differential genes were screened, including 233 up-regulated genes and 92 down-regulated genes. The functions of these differential genes were mainly enriched in long-term potentiation(LTP), calcium signal pathway, nicotine addiction and other processes. There were 362 junctions and 1 703 interaction edges in the female-male differential gene interaction network, and 10 core genes selected: lysine demethylase 5 D(Kdm5 d), cyclin-dependent kinase 5(Cdkl5), Cell output mediator(Cle1), dopamine receptor 6 a3(Slc6 a3), cassette transcription factor(Fox), precursor mRNA processing factor 4 B(Prpf4 b), glycine receptor 4(Glur4), calcium ion receptor 2(Camk2), DNA and RNA binding protein family(Son), serotonin receptor 5 b(Htr5 b). Conclusion The selected differential genes and signal pathways may lay the foundation for explaining the molecular mechanism of the differences in behavior between male and female mice.

Objective:To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment on partial pressure of oxygen (PaO 2) and malignant biological behavior of gastric cancer cell line SGC7901. Methods:After culture, the gastric cancer cell line SGC7901 was divided into HBO group and control group. The control group did not receive any treatment, while the SGC7901 in the HBO group was treated with HBO. The PaO 2 in cell culture medium was measured by blood gas analyzer. Morphological changes of SGC7901 cells before and after HBO treatment were observed by an inverted microscope. The cell apoptosis after HBO treatment was detected by Hoechst33258 staining. The expression level of HIF-1α protein in SGC7901 cells after HBO treatment was detected by Western blotting. Results:The blood gas analyzer can accurately detect the PaO 2 of cell culture medium, and the PaO 2 of cell culture medium in the HBO group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05); moreover, the PaO 2 of cell culture medium in the HBO group decreased slowly at different time points. After HBO treatment, the morphology of SGC7901 cells became round and the intercellular connection was loose. The Hoechst33258 staining showed that, after HBO treatment, no significant cell apoptosis was observed in SGC7901 cells in the HBO group as compared with the control group ( P>0.05). Western blotting results showed that the expression level of HIF-1α in the HBO group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:HBO treatment can obviously increase the PaO 2 in the culture medium of gastric cancer cell line SGC7901, effectively relieve the hypoxia state of SGC7901 cells, and down-regulate the expression of HIF-1α protein.
