Chronic post-surgical pain (CPSP) is a common long-term complication following lung surgery. Its high incidence significantly impacts patients’ quality of life and functional recovery, and imposes a substantial socioeconomic burden. This consensus aims to systematically establish a standardized integrated Chinese and Western medicine diagnostic and treatment framework for chronic post-lung surgery pain (CPLSP). Based on the latest domestic and international evidence-based medical research and multidisciplinary clinical experience, the working group comprehensively elaborates on core issues regarding CPLSP, including its definition, epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical assessment, Western medical treatment, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment, and integrated strategies. The consensus emphasizes a patient-centered approach, adhering to the principles of multimodality, individualization, and stepwise management, highlighting the synergistic advantages of integrating Chinese and Western medicine throughout the entire perioperative management cycle encompassing "perioperative anti-inflammation, acute analgesia, and chronic rehabilitation." Through systematic literature retrieval and evidence integration, a total of 9 core recommendations were established to provide scientifically sound and clinically practical guidance.

Objective:To investigate the employment status of graduates from standardized residency training in Hubei Province, China and provide strategies for improving the quality of medical education after graduation. Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted in August 2022. Graduates from the first and second batches of 29 national standardized residency training bases in Hubei Province from 2017 to 2022 were surveyed using an online questionnaire. A total of 4 344 valid responses were collected, with a response rate of 95.78%. The survey was conducted online using a self-designed questionnaire titled "Employment Status Survey of Residency Training Graduates in Hubei Province".Results:Among the graduates, 3 505 (80.69%) were directly employed after completing the training, while 428 (9.85%) were unemployed. The primary reason for unemployment was ongoing job searching or application processes (268, 62.61%). Of the employed graduates, 3 082 (87.63%) worked in hospitals, including 1 799 (58.37%) in grade A tertiary hospitals, 485 (15.74%) in grade B tertiary hospitals, and 618 (20.05%) in grade A secondary hospitals. A total of 2 936 (83.48%) graduates worked in physician positions aligned with their training specialties, while 500 (14.22%) worked in physician positions unrelated to their training specialties. Additionally, 1 349 (38.35%) graduates reported that their current income met their personal consumption needs, while 2 138 (61.65%) stated that their income barely met or failed to meet their needs. Moreover, 2 466 (70.12%) graduates felt that their current work status generally met their expectations, while 968 (27.52%) reported that it fell below their expectations. Of the graduates, 2 927 (67.40%) believed that the residency training significantly helped them perform their current jobs, whereas 1 417 (32.60%) perceived the training as providing limited or moderate assistance. Conclusions:The re-employment rate of residency training graduates in Hubei Province is relatively high. However, the recognition of standardized residency training and the salary levels of re-employment are relatively low.

Objective:To examine the interaction between interpersonal issues and eating behavior problems among college freshmen, and to identify core psychological factors and potential pathways that drive eating behavior. Methods:In October 2019, a total of 5 073 college freshmen from a university in Shanghai were recruited as participants. Their general demographic data were collected, and they were evaluated using the eating disorder examination questionnaire 6.0 (EDE-Q 6.0) and inventory of interpersonal problems-32(IIP-32).Descriptive analyses were performed using SPSS 24.0 software.A regularized partial correlation network was constructed using the graphical least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (GLASSO) in R(v4.2.3) software. A Bayesian network analysis (BNA) was conducted to build a directed network, aiming to identify core driving factors and key psychological mechanisms. Results:Regularized partial correlation network identified shape concern as the most central node, with the highest strength centrality(1.32) and expected influence(1.20). It showed the highest bridge strength with dominance/control (0.22, 0.21), linking the interpersonal and eating behavior modules. Directed network analysis indicated that low self-confidence was the upstream node influencing social inhibition and cold/ distant relationships, indirectly affecting eating disorder.Within the eating module, shape concern and weight concern predicted eating preoccupation and dietary restraint, forming a pathway structure from eating cognition to behavior. The network demonstrated good stability (CS-coefficient=0.75).Conclusion:Shape concern is the core mechanism underlying eating problems in college freshmen. Low self-confidence contributes indirectly via interpersonal dysfunction. Dominance/control and shape concern bridge interpersonal and eating domains, providing key targets for early prevention and intervention.

Objective:Based on the process theory of stress effect, the mediating effect of health literacy and perceived social support between perceived control and fatigue symptom of asthmatic patients was analyzed, which provide the evidence for the formulation of intervention programs to relieve fatigue in patients. Methods:Adopting a cross-sectional survey design, from January 2019 to November 2023, asthmatic patients at The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University (Feidong County People′s Hospital) were selected by convenience sampling method and investigated by the General Information Questionnaire, Fatigue Severity Scale, Perceived Control of Asthma Questionnaire, Health Literacy Management Scale, and Perceived Social Support Scale. Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between fatigue symptom, perceived control, health literacy, and perceived social support in asthma patients. A structural equation model was constructed using AMOS24.0 software and conduct mediation analysis. Results:A total of 260 questionnaires were distributed, and 241 valid questionnaires were collected. There were 110 males and 131 females aged (55.48 ± 15.03) years old. The scores of Fatigue Severity Scale, Perceived Control of Asthma Questionnaire, Health Literacy Management Scale, and Perceived Social Support Scale were (4.27 ± 1.68), (31.72 ± 8.51), (85.71 ± 19.36), (46.97 ± 11.79) points, respectively. Pearson correlation analysis showed that fatigue symptom was negatively correlated with perceived control, health literacy, and perceived social support ( r=-0.719, -0.716, -0.767, all P<0.01). The mediating model showed that perceived control had a significant direct effect on fatigue symptom ( β=-0.204, 95% CI-0.252--0.169). Moreover, perceived control also indirectly affected fatigue symptom through the independent mediating effect of health literacy ( β=-0.378, 95% CI-0.405--0.202), the independent mediating effect of perceived social support ( β=-0.227, 95% CI-0.381--0.203), and the chain mediating effect of health literacy and perceived social support ( β=-0.089, 95% CI-0.142--0.025), which accounting for 77.3% of the total effect. Conclusions:Health literacy and perceived social support play a mediating role in the correlation between perceived control and fatigue symptom, which can promote health literacy and perceived social support and thus alleviate fatigue symptom in asthmatic patients.
