Objective To conduct a scoping review of research on the relationship between 24-hour movement behaviours and cognitive function in the elderly,so as to provide references for future research. Methods Totally 8 Chinese and English databases were systematically searched. The search period spanned from the establishment of databases until November 30,2024.According to the scoping review framework,2 researchers independently screened the studies, extracted the data of the included studies, and collaborated on the final analysis. Results A total of 12 papers were included, and the distribution of 24-hour movement behaviors in the elderly was as follows:3.0-5.4 h/d for light physical activity,0.6-1.5 h/d for moderate vigorous physical activity,8.9-12.3 h/d for sedentary behaviour and 6.7-8.4 h/d for sleep.Measures included objective, subjective and subject-objective measures. There are complex interactions among physical activity, sedentary behavior, sleep and cognitive function, which jointly affect cognitive function in the elderly. Conclusion Despite current differences in the measurement of 24-hour movement behaviours, the decreased physical activity, the increased sedentary time, and insufficient or excessive sleep are common problems among the elderly.By increasing physical activity, reducing sedentary behavior and ensuring adequate sleep, the overall cognitive function, executive function of the elderly can be improved. In the future,we should pay attention to the time allocation of 24-hour movement behaviours of the elderly, develop accurate and standardized measurement methods, and promote research in this field.

The high incidence of peristoma moisture-related skin injury in patients with enterostomies seriously reduces patients′ quality of life. This paper reviewed the risk factors and risk prediction models for peristoma moisture-related skin injury, with the aim of providing an important basis for early identification and intervention in the high-risk group of peristoma moisture-related skin injury after clinical stoma surgery, and then providing a reference for the personalised health management of patients with intestinal stoma.

Objective:To systematically evaluate and integrate the qualitative studies on nurses' experiences with nursing information systems, so as to provide a basis for improving the use and management of nursing information systems. Methods:The qualitative study on nurses' experiences, feelings, and attitudes toward nursing information systems was electronically searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data, VIP, China Biology Medicine disc, PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Embase, and PsycINFO. The retrieval period was from database establishment to December 2023. The quality of the literature was evaluated according to the Australia Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Centre Quality Assessment Criteria for Qualitative Research (2020). Two researchers independently completed the extraction of data and applied the aggregative synthesis to integrate the results. Results:A total of 10 articles were included. A total of 36 results were extracted, and seven new categories were summarized to form three integrated results, namely, the vertical evolution of technology acceptance attitudes, the "mixed blessing" of information technology, and the future-oriented expectations of users. Conclusions:Managers need to dynamically assess nurses' acceptance of the nursing information system, emphasize nurses' experience of annoyance, reduce their psychological burden, establish a sound feedback mechanism and supportive work environment, and effectively promote the construction of information technology.

7.Effect and value of traditional Chinese medicine combined with enteral nutrition in AECOPD patients with malnutrition
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(6):78-80
Objective To observe the curative effect of nourishing the lung and strengthening the spleen and nourishing the lung to the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with malnutrition.MethodsProspective selection 120 cases were diagnosed as AECOPD patients with malnutrition of the Department of respiratory medicine from June 2015 to August 2016,Were randomly divided into EN group and combination group, 60 cases in each group, EN group with high fat and low sugar EN liquid Omega and ω3 Yu You Zhi Fang Ru Zhu She Ye and N(2)-L-alanyl-L-glutamine for Injection, Combined group in the EN group based on the added benefits of lung spleen, compared the Nutritional status and immune function between the two groups.ResultsTwo groups of patients were successfully completed 14d treatment, After treatment, BMI, TSF, MAMC, TP, ALB, PA, HGB, TFN, NB levels were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05);Combined group after treatment, the level of each index was significantly higher than the EN group (P<0.05).WBC, hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α levels in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, TLC, IgA, and IgG levels were significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05);the combination group WBC, hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-αlevel lower than the EN group, TLC, IgA, IgG level higher than the EN group (P<0.05).ConclusionBenefit lung and spleen strengthening traditional Chinese medicine combined with enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status, respiratory function and immune function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and has high application value.
