This paper summarizes Professor WANG Xiuxia's clinical experience in treating hyperprolactinemia using the liver soothing therapy. Professor WANG identifies liver qi stagnation and rebellious chong qi （冲气） as the core pathomechanisms of hyperprolactinemia. Furthermore， liver qi stagnation may transform into fire or lead to pathological changes such as spleen deficiency with phlegm obstruction or kidney deficiency with essence depletion. The treatment strategy centers on soothing the liver， with a modified version of Qinggan Jieyu Decoction （清肝解郁汤） as the base formula. Depending on different syndrome patterns such as liver stagnation transforming into fire， liver stagnation with spleen deficiency， or liver stagnation with kidney deficiency， heat clearing， spleen strengthening， or kidney tonifying herbs are added accordingly. In addition， three paired herb combinations are commonly used for symptom specific treatment， Danggui （Angelica sinensis） with Chuanxiong （Ligusticum chuanxiong）， Zelan （Lycopus lucidus） with Yimucao （Leonurus japonicus） ， and Jiegeng （Platycodon grandiflorus） with Zisu （Perilla frutescens）.

Professor LIU Qingguo's academic thoughts and clinical experience in treating pediatric tic disorders with scalp fire needling is introduced. Professor LIU believes that the core pathogenesis of this disease lies in "wind stirring and qi disorder, leading to the spirit failing to govern the body". Therefore, treatment should focus on "regulating the spirit to stabilize the form and extinguishing wind to stop movement". Clinically, the main acupoints include Shenting (GV24), Benshen (GB13), Xinhui (GV22), Baihui (GV20), Sishencong (EX-HN1), Fengchi (GB20), and Fengfu (GV16), which are rapidly punctured with fine fire needles, leading to significant therapeutic efficacy.

Objective:To explore the effect of 5E rehabilitation model in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) .Methods:From January 2018 to April 2020, convenience sampling was used to select 154 COPD outpatients and inpatients in the West China Hospital of Sichuan University as the research object. The patients were divided into the observation group (78 cases) and the control group (76 cases) by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group received the 5E rehabilitation model on the basis of the control group. The scores of the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Knowledge Questionnaire (COPD-Q) , Self-Management Scale for Chinese Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and the St George's Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) were compared between the two groups before intervention and after six months of follow-up.Results:After six months of follow-up, the COPD-Q score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The total score and the scores of each dimension of the Self-Management Scale for Chinese Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The total score and each dimension score of SGRQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group with statistical differences ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The 5E rehabilitation model is conducive to improving the health literacy, self-management ability and the quality of life of patients with stable COPD.

OBJECTIVE：To preliminarily investigate the improveme nt effects and mechanism of Mongolian medicine Saorilao-4 decoction on specific pulmonary fibrosis model rats. METHODS ：Male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group ，model group ，positive control group （pirfenidone，0.163 g/kg）and Saorilao- 4 decoction low ，medium and high dose groups （0.899，1.798，3.596 g/kg），8 rats in each group. Except for normal control group ，other groups were given 6 mg/mL bleomycin intratracheally at 5 mg/kg once to induce the specific pulmonary fibrosis model. From the first day after modeling ， normal control group and model group were given normal saline intragastrically ，other groups were given corresponding drugs intragastrically，once a day ，10 mL/kg，for 4 weeks. During the experimental period ，the general condition of the rats in each group was observed and the body mass was weighed. Twenty-four h after last medication ，the appearance morphology of rat l ung in each group were observed. The morphological characteristics of lung tissues were observed by HE and Masson staining. ELISA was adopted to determine the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in serum ，the contents of hydroxyproline （HYP），IL-1β，IL-6，hyaluronidase（HA），laminin（LN）precollagen type Ⅲ（PC-Ⅲ）and collagen type Ⅳ（Col-Ⅳ）in lung tissue. RESULTS：Compared with model group ，the activity ，hair and diet of the rats in each dose group of Saorilao- 4 decoction and positive control group were significant ly improved ，and the body mass after the last administration was significantly increased ； the pathological change of lung and pulmonary fibrosis were significantly improved ，and the activity of SOD in serum was increased significantly. Serum content of MDA （except for Saorilao- 4 decoction medium dose group ），the contents of HYP （except for Saorilao- 4 decoction high dose group ），IL-1β，IL-6，HA，LN，PC-Ⅲ，Col-Ⅳ（except for Saorilao- 4 decoction high dose group）as well as mRNA expression of TGF-β1 and Smad 3 in lung tissue were significantly decreased ；mRNA expression of Smad 7 was significantly increased （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. CONCLUSIONS ：Saorilao-4 decoction can significantly improve the lung pathological changes ，delay and reverse the progression of pulmonary fibrosis in specific pulmonary fibrosis model rats ，the mechanism of which may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory response ， improvement of lipid peroxidation ， down-regulation of TGF-β1 and Smad 3 mRNA expression ，and up-regulation of Smad 7 mRNA expression.

The dense extracellular matrix and high interstitial fluid pressure of tumor tissues prevent the ability of anti-tumor agents to penetrate deep into the tumor parenchyma for treatment effects. C-end rule (CendR) peptides can enhance the permeability of tumor blood vessels and tumor tissues binding to neuropilin-1 (NRP-1), thus aiding in drug delivery. In this study, we selected one of the CendR peptides (sequence RGERPPR) as the parent l-peptide and substituted d-amino acids for the l-amino acids to synthesize its inverso peptide (RGERPPR). We investigated the NRP-1 binding activity and tumor-penetrating ability of (RGERPPR). We found that the binding affinity of (RGERPPR) with NRP-1 and the cellular uptake was significantly higher than that of RGERPPR. Evans Blue tests revealed that (RGERPPR) exhibited improved tumor-penetrating ability in C6, U87 and A549 tumor-bearing nude mice. Using nude mice bearing A549 xenograft tumors as a model, we found that the rate of tumor growth in the group co-administered with (RGERPPR) and gemcitabine (Gem) was significantly lower than the gemcitabine-treated group with a tumor suppression rate (TSR%) of 55.4%. Together, our results demonstrate that (RGERPPR) is a potential tumor-penetrating peptide.

Objective To explore the relationship among family functioning,positive and negative affect in male prisoners, in which the mediating effect of neuroticism and self-acceptance.Methods 315 male prisoners were surveyed with Family APGAR Index, Positive and Negative Affect Scale, Neurotism Scale,and the Self Acceptance Questionnaire.To compare positive and negative affect,neuroticism and self-acceptance of male prisoners in different family functioning groups.In addition,structural equation modeling was established among above mentioned variables.Results (1) Male prisoners in the worst family functio-ning group showed significant difference(P<0.05) in positive affect (26.31±6.55),neuroticism (14.23± 5.11) and self-acceptance (40.58±4.31) with those in the good family functioning group ((29.88±6.48), (11.49±4.89),(42.77±4.97)) and those in the worse family functioning group ((29.80±4.49),(12.91± 4.58),(42.39±5.54)).(2) Male prisoners'family functioning was significantly related to positive affect ( r=0.28) ,neuroticism ( r=-0.30) and self-acceptance ( r=0.20) (P<0.01) .Negative affect was significantly related to neuroticism ( r=-0.25) and self-acceptance ( r=0.39) (P<0.01) .( 3) Neuroticism and self-ac-ceptance played a chain mediating effect between family functioning and positive affect (P<0.01) .Neuroti-cism also played mediating effects between family functioning and negative affect as well as between family functioning and self-acceptance (P<0.01) .Conclusion Family functioning,neuroticism and self-acceptance have significant predictive power for male prisoners'positive and negative affect.To improve family functio-ning of male prisoners is conductive to personality formation and self-acceptance,furthermore,expressing pos-itive emotion experience.

Objective:Colorectal cancer screening was performed on a general population with age ranging between 40 and 74 years old to evaluate the screening effects of questionnaire survey, fecal occult blood (FOB) test, and colonoscopy, as well as to provide some implications of colorectal cancer screening strategies. Methods: Two-step screening model of questionnaire survey combined with FOB test was applied for the screening. Colonoscopy was conducted in a high-risk population identified through preliminary screening as final diagnosis. Results:Based on the 2,117,304 cases screened, the screening compliance was 39.72%, and 126,118 cases (5.96%) were identified as high risk. Colonoscopies were performed on 25,837 cases, of which 8,095, 1,236, 134, 112, and 336 were identified as adenoma, advanced adenoma, severe dysplasia lesions, early cancer, and advanced cancer, respectively. The early stage di-agnostic rate was 81.52%. Conclusion:The colorectal cancer screening method performed in Tianjin can significantly concentrate on the high-risk population with colorectal cancer, increase the positivity rate of total colonoscopy, and economize medical resources.

Objective To explore the relationship among family functioning,coping style,and psychopathic personality for adult male prisoners.Methods 328 adult male prisoners were surveyed with Family APGAR Index,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and Psychopathic Deviate Scale.Different demographic variables were compared on male prisoners'family functioning,coping style and psychopathic personality.Coping style and psychopathic personality were compared among family functioning groups,then a relationship model was set up by structural equation modeling.Results The low age male prisoners showed significant lower growth (1.17 ±0.76),resolve (1.11 ±0.79),negative coping style(1.15 ± 0.51),the total scale of family APGAR (5.61 ± 2.73) and higher psychopathic personality (22.11 ± 4.95) than the high age male prisoners ((1.35 ± 0.72),(1.45 ± 0.68),(1.30±0.58),(6.29 ±2.63),(19.40 ±5.06),t=2.17,4.15,2.51,2.31,4.89).The rural male prisoners showed significant lower adaptation (1.04 ± 0.69) and higher positive coping style (1.95 ± 0.40) than the city male prisoners ((1.21 ± 0.74),(1.81 ± 0.43),t =2.07,3.09).The positive coping style (P =0.024)and psychopathic personality (P =0.000) of adult male prisoners among family functioning groups showed significantly difference.The strongest positive effect that adult male prisoners' positive coping style forecast family functioning was 0.275.The strongest negtive effect that male prisoners' psychopathic personality forecast family functioning was 0.257.The strongest negtive effect that male prisoners' negative coping style forecast psychopathic personality was 0.197.The strongest positive effect that male prisoners' family functioning forecast psychopathic personality was 0.266.Conclusions Positive coping style and good family functioning could effectively adjust adult male prisoners' personality.Positive coping style and perfect personality could effectively improve adult male prisoners' family functioning.Family functioning and psychopathic personality interact with each other.

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship among resilience,attribution,and coping style for freshmen.Methods 977 freshmen were surveyed with Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Multidimensional-Multiattributional Causality Scale,and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,then compared different freshmen's resilience,attribution,and coping style,and analyzed their relationship.ResultsThe city freshmen showed significant higher resilience(68.88 ± 10.57 ),academic external attribution (21.14 ± 6.01 ),and interpersonal external attribution ( 22.87 ± 6.42 ) than rural freshmen ( ( 67.51 ± 10.43 ),( 19.81 ± 5.88 ),( 21.86 ± 5.88 ) respectively,t =2.03,3.48,2.57).Vocational freshmen showed significant higher academic internal attribution ( 28.68 ± 5.30 )and interpersonal internal attribution (26.81 ± 5.82) than undergraduate freshmen ( ( 27.61 ± 5.47 ),( 25.53 ±5.92),t =3.00,3.30).The only children showed significant higher resilience ( 68.88 ± 10.81 ) and academic failure luck (4.37 ± 2.21 ) than those having siblings ( (67.44 ± 10.18 ),(3.96 ± 2.12 ),t =2.15,3.02 ).Positive coping style,ncgative coping stylc,academic failure external attribution,academic success internal attribution,residence,and academic failure internal attribution had significant direct influence on resilience(β =16.435,- 4.919,- 0.344,0.308,1.396,- 0.182).ConclusionPositive coping styles and reasonable academic attribution can effectively predict great resilience of freshmen.
