ObjectiveTo analyze the current research status, hotspots and trends of robot applications in the rehabilitation of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). MethodsRelevant literature from the Web of Science Core Collection database from 2004 to 2024 was retrieved, and was analyzed with CiteSpace 6.3.R1. ResultsA total of 902 articles were included, with a fluctuating upward trend in publication volume. The United States was the country with the most publications, while the England with the highest centrality. The most prolific author was Ichiro Yoshikawa, and the institution with the most publications was the University of Hertfordshire. High-frequency keywords and bursting words in the field included rehabilitation robots, imitation ability, human-computer interaction, joint attention and humanoid robots. ConclusionResearch on robots in the rehabilitation of children with ASD is on the rise. Future research should focus on improving robot intelligence, implementing multimodal data collection and analysis, integrating brain science to uncover neural mechanisms during interactions, and developing personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to the specific needs of children.

Objective To explore the curative effect of hydrocortisone ascorbic acid,vitamin C and vitamin B1(HAT)therapy on septic shock and its influence on the time of vasoactive drug application,hemodynamic parameters and short-term prognosis.Methods According to different treatment plans,92 patients with septic shock were divided into the HAT group and the routine treatment group,46 cases in each group.The routine treatment group was given routine treatments[anti-infection,fluid replacement,stabling blood pressure and continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)],while the HAT group was additionally given HAT therapy.All patients were treated continuously for 3 d.The indexes related the curative effect,scores of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ)and sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA),levels of mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),central arterial pressure(CAP),D-lactic acid(D-Lac),creatinine(Cr),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions and 28 d survival rate by follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The circulation stabilization time,use time of vasoactive drugs and hormones,mechanical ventilation time,CRRT time,treatment time in ICU and total hospitalization time were shorter in the HAT group than those in the routine treatment group(P<0.05).After 7 d of treatment,scores of APACHE Ⅱ and SOFA,levels of HR,D-Lac,Cr,hs-CRP and PCT were lower in the HAT group than those in the routine treatment group,while MAP and CAP were higher than those in the routine treatment group(P<0.05).The 28-day survival rate was 65.22％in the HAT group,which was higher than that in the routine treatment group(45.65％,P<0.05).Conclusion HAT therapy can improve clinical curative effect in patients with septic shock,shorten use time of vasoactive drugs,improve hemodynamic parameters and short-term prognosis.

Background: Colorectal polyp is a common lower gastrointestinal disease. Study of its risk factors is of great significance for prevention and treatment of colorectal polyps in clinical practice. Aims: To construct and verify a prediction model for risk of colorectal polyps. Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 254 subjects who were hospitalized for health examination in the Special Internal Medicine Ward of Shanghai Huadong Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were enrolled in the study. They were allocated into colorectal polyps group and non⁃polyp group based on the results of colonoscopy. The relevant risk factors of colorectal polyp were collected, including gender, age, cigarette smoking, alcohol drinking, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia, polyps/stones of gallbladder, fatty liver, etc. After screened by LASSO regression model, the selected factors were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression to build the prediction model and nomogram. Furthermore, the prediction model was evaluated by ROC curve, C index, calibration curve and decision curve, and validated by internal samples. Results: Of the 254 subjects enrolled in the study, 116 cases were in colorectal polyps group and 138 in non⁃polyp group. The risk prediction model identified that gender (OR=2.11, 95% CI: 1.06⁃4.27), age (OR=2.76, 95% CI: 1.17⁃6.73), hypertension (OR=3.23, 95% CI: 1.52⁃7.12), diabetes (OR=4.37, 95% CI: 1.52⁃14.64), hyperlipidemia (OR=3.20, 95% CI: 1.74⁃5.95) and fatty liver (OR= 2.21, 95% CI: 1.13⁃4.35) were independent risk factors for colorectal polyps. The model showed good area under the ROC curve (0.807) and C index (0.807). The decision curve demonstrated that if the threshold probability of colorectal polyps was more than 12%, the model would be of clinical significance. Internal samples were randomly selected for validation, and the C index was 0.793. Conclusions: The prediction model and nomogram constructed by combination of risk factors including gender, age, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and fatty liver have a substantial reference value for risk prediction of colorectal polyps.

Objective To investigate the age-associated changes of ultrastructure,mRNA and protein expressions of H+-K+-ATPase in elderly gastric parietal cell. Methods Fifty patients with relative normal stomach without gastroduodenal diseases were enrolled,including younger group (aged 20-59 years,n=19) and elderly group (aged≥60 years,n=31).Furthermore,the elderly group was divided into 3 subgroups:60-69 years old (n =11 ),70-79 years old (n=10 ),above 80 years old (n =10).The ultrastructure of gastric parietal cell was observed under electron microscope.The expression of H+-K+-ATPase α subunit mRNA and H+-K+-ATPase β subunit protein were assessed by quantitative real-time PCR and Western-blot,respectively.The ageing-associated changes of all these data were respectively compared. Results No significant difference was showed in the morphology of gastric parietal cell and acid-secretion-associated organelles among all the groups.The average ratio Am to Ac (Am means the area of mitochondria,Ac means the area of cytoplasm) of gastric parietal cell and the average At to Ac ratio (At means the area of secretory canaliculi and tubulovesicular system )between younger group and elderly group had no significant difference[(48.4±7.5) ％ vs.(50.6±7.6) ％,t=-0.775,P=0.444; (13.8±4.1) ％ vs.(12.2±4.7) ％,t=0.984,P=0.332].Meanwhile,there were no distinctions in the expression of H+-K+ -ATPase α subunit mRNA and H+-K+-ATPase protein among all elderly subgroups(F=1.522,2.32,P=0.24,0.114).However,the mRNA expression of H+-K+-ATPase a subunit was higher in the elderly group than in the younger group(t=-3.682,P=0.001).Furthermore,the expression of H+ -K+ -ATPase protein in the elderly group was increased as compared with younger group(t=-3.389,P=0.004). Conclusions Acidsecretion-associated organelles of human gastric parietal cell have no degeneration and the expression of H + -K+-ATPase is in trend of increase with aging,indicating that healthy elderly people have the basis of ultrastructure and molecular biology to maintain well function of acid secretion.
