With the deepening of population aging and the rising prevalence of chronic diseases among the elderly in China, the traditional elderly care models are facing challenges. This paper proposed a community-integrated medical-nursing-rehabilitation-care service model, characterized by “integration, flexibility, community orientation, and demand orientation.” This model optimizes and combines various service resources such as healthcare, elderly care, rehabilitation, and nursing at the community level, providing more comprehensive and targeted services for the elderly with chronic diseases in the community. However, a series of challenges existed in dimensions such as the service integration, benefit distribution, resources and funds, as well as policies and systems, hindering the sustainable development of the community-integrated medical-nursing-rehabilitation-care service model. Future efforts should focus on constructing a more standardized collaborative system, clarifying standards for resource investment and benefit distribution, as well as strengthening policy guidance, financial support, and talent team development.

Objective To analyze the key driving factors for patent management and scientific and technological achieve-ment transformation in medical institutions in the Yangtze River Delta region, and to provide a scientific basis for improving the efficiency of regional medical scientific and technological achievement transformation. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 480 medical staff from tertiary hospitals in three provinces and one city(An-hui,Jiangsu,Shanghai,Zhejiang)of the Yangtze River Delta region from November 2024 to January 2025.SPSS 23.0 software was used for univariate analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and regional difference comparisons. Results Univariate a-nalysis showed that region, age, education level, and professional title had statistically significant effects on patent output(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis further indicated that cognitive factors(score:19.01±8.73,β=0.230,P<0.001),support factors(score:25.84±11.33,β=0.211,P=0.004),and incentive factors(score:25.93±10.85,β=0.136,P=0.036)were key drivers of patent output.Significant regional differences were observed, with Anhui Province scoring lower across all dimensions compared to Jiangsu,Zhejiang, and Shanghai(total score:74.18 vs.101.16-107.40,P<0.001).Conclusion Enhancing medical staff's awareness of patents, improving institutional support and incentive mechanisms, and nar-rowing regional development gaps are core optimization pathways for promoting the transformation of medical scientific and techno-logical achievements in the Yangtze River Delta region.

Cancer represents a major worldwide disease burden marked by escalating incidence and mortality. While therapeutic advances persist, developing safer and precisely targeted modalities remains imperative. Nanomedicines emerges as a transformative paradigm leveraging distinctive physicochemical properties to achieve tumor-specific drug delivery, controlled release, and tumor microenvironment modulation. By synergizing passive enhanced permeation and retention effect-driven accumulation and active ligand-mediated targeting, nanoplatforms enhance pharmacokinetics, promote tumor microenvironment enrichment, and improve cellular internalization while mitigating systemic toxicity. Despite revolutionizing cancer therapy through enhanced treatment efficacy and reduced adverse effects, translational challenges persist in manufacturing scalability, longterm biosafety, and cost-efficiency. This review systematically analyzes cutting-edge nanoplatforms, including polymeric, lipidic, biomimetic, albumin-based, peptide engineered, DNA origami, and inorganic nanocarriers, while evaluating their strategic advantages and technical limitations across three therapeutic domains: immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy. By assessing structure-function correlations and clinical translation barriers, this work establishes mechanistic and translational references to advance oncological nanomedicine development.

Objective:To introduce an innovative concept teaching method called the core case analysis (CCA), to evaluate its application in teaching, and to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for improving teaching effectiveness and cultivating practical talents. Methods:This paper elaborated the application strategies of CCA in teaching health service management courses. All the students of two undergraduate classes who studied "health service management" and enrolled in 2021 and 2020 at a medical university were selected as the research objects. The students were divided into experimental group and control group according to whether they received the CCA teaching method. A statistical analysis was performed on the scores of single-choice questions designed for concept definition and term explanation questions in the final exam. SPSS 23.0 software was used for t test. A questionnaire survey was conducted in the experimental group to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of teaching with the CCA method. Results:The score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group [(14.00±1.41) vs. (12.05±2.15), P=0.002]. The questionnaire showed that the teaching effectiveness of the CCA method and the students' acceptance of the method were relatively high. Conclusions:Compared with the traditional concept teaching method, the CCA method has advantages and is worthy of promotion and application in related teaching fields. Moreover, several key points of this method in teaching practice are put forward: emphasizing the combined use of multiple teaching methods, cultivating a professional teaching team, and optimizing the concept assessment and evaluation system.

Objective:To analyze the equity of elderly care institution resource allocation in Northeast China and its influencing factors, and provide certain reference for the further development of elderly care care in Northeast China. Methods:The total amount of nursing institution resource allocation and the per capita old and above per 1 000 km2 were summarized by using general descriptive analysis. The Lorenz curve,Gini coefficient, and Theil index were calculated to evaluate the equity of nursing institution resource allocation. Results:Jilin Province did not have an advantage in the total allocation of elderly care insitution resources in Northeast China. In terms of resource allocation per 1 000 km2,Heilongjiang Province still has considerable room for improvement. The overall arc of the Lorenz curve for allocating resources by geographical area has become smaller year by year, while the overall arc of the Lorenz curve for allocating resources by population has become larger year by year. Conclusion:The equity of allocating institution home resources by population has generally weakened over the years, while the equity of allocating elderly care institution resources by geographical area has generally strengthened over the years. The development pressure of nursing care in Liaoning Province is relatively large, and efforts should be made to enhance the fairness of nursing home resource allocation.

Objective:To summarize the best evidence for postoperative flap management in patients with oral cancer. Methods:Clinical decisions, guidelines, systematic reviews, expert consensus, and evidence summaries on postoperative flap management for patients with oral cancer were searched in databases and websites based on the 6S pyramid of evidence model. The search period was from January 1, 2014, to July 1, 2024. Two researchers trained in evidence-based nursing independently conducted a quality assessment of the literature and extracted the evidence. Results:A total of 14 articels were included, including one clinical decision, two guidelines, one evidence summary, eight systematic reviews, and two expert consensus. Twenty-eighgt pieces of evidence for postoperative flap management in patients with oral cancer were summarized from four aspects of risk factors, flap assessment, protective measures, and treatments. Conclusions:The summarized best evidence for postoperative flap management in oral cancer patients is scientific and applicable. Healthcare professionals need to select and apply the best evidence in a targeted manner, considering the clinical context.
