Objective:To observe the effects of Yiyuan moxibustion on bladder function and antioxidant level of spinal cord tissues in rats with urinary retention after spinal cord injury (SCI); To explore the mechanism of inhibition of ferroptosis in spinal cord neurons after SCI by Yiyuan moxibustion. Methods:Wistar female rats were divided into sham-operation group, model group, and Yiyuan moxibustion group according to random number table method, with 12 rats in each group. The modified Allen′s vertical percussion method was used to construct the model of urinary retention after SCI in T10 segment. The rats in the Yiyuan moxibustion group were moxibued at the Zhongji acupoint, Guanyuan acupoint, and Shenque acupoint for 20 min per day, and the intervention was continued for 2 weeks. Urodynamic test was used to observe the degree of urinary retention in rats; HE staining was used to observe the morphological changes of the injured spinal cord tissues; transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the mitochondrial ultrastructure of the spinal cord tissues; ferric ion kit was used to detect the ferric ion content of the spinal cord tissues; ELISA was used to detect the GSH and MDA contents of the spinal cord tissues of the rats; Western blot was used to measure the relative expressions of glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4) and solute carrier family 7 member 11 (SLC7A11) proteins in rat spinal cord tissue. Results:Compared with the model group, the basal and leakage point pressures of the bladder, and bladder compliance were significantly reduced in the Yiyuan moxibustion group ( P<0.05); the spinal cord tissue structure was restored and mitochondrial morphology improved; the levels of iron ions and MDA in spinal cord tissue decreased ( P<0.05), while the level of GSH increased ( P<0.05), and the relative expressions of GPX4 and SLC7A11 proteins increased ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Yiyuan moxibustion can improve bladder function in rats with urinary retention after SCI, and the mechanism may involve the initiation of antioxidant defense and reduction of lipid peroxidation in spinal cord neuronal cells, thus preventing the occurrence of ferroptosis and achieving the protection of neuronal cells.

Objective To investigate the effect of genistein on the proliferation, migration and invasion of prostate cancer cells and its molecular mechanism. Methods Prostate cancer LNCaP and CWR22RV1 cells were divided into the control group(conventional culture)and the experimental group(50μmol/L genistein treatment). The effect of genistein on the proliferation of prostate cancer cells were analyzed by MTT assay. The effect of genistein on the migration and invasion of prostate cancer cells were analyzed by cell scratch assay and Transwell assay. The protein levels of epithelial interstital transformation(EMT)intermediate markers E-Cadherin,N-Cadherin,Vimentin,and tumor stem cell markers CD44 and Oct-4 were detected by Western blot assay. Results MTT assay showed that genistein could inhibit the proliferation of prostate cancer cells. The scratch closure rates of LNCaP and CWR22RV1 cells were significantly reduced in the experimental group compared with those in the control group, and the number of cells passing through the Transwell membrane was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Western blot assay showed that genistein could down-regulate the expression levels of N-Cadherin,Vimentin,CD44 and Oct4 in prostate cancer cells, and up-regulate the expression of E-Cadherin in epithelial cells(P<0.01).Conclusion Genistein reduces the dryness of prostate cancer cells by inhibiting the EMT process, thus reducing the proliferation, migration and invasion of prostate cancer cells.

Nurse is one of the most common occupations in shift work. Due to the particularity of nursing work, shift work often causes nurses to suffer from shift work sleep disorders. It will not only lead to an increase in the risk of accidents in work, but also increase the incidence of nursing errors, and even seriously harm the physical and mental health of individual nurses. This paper reviews the prevalence, serious harm, related influencing factors and intervention measures of shift work sleep disorders among nurses at home and abroad, in order to expect nursing managers and nurses to raise their awareness and pay attention to shift work sleep disorders, thereby improving professional identity and happiness of nurses.

Objective To investigate the importance of root information in diagnosis set-up by constructing three-dimensional(3D) digital models with individual anatomic roots. Methods Pretreatment cone-beam CT(CBCT) and laser scanning data were collected from two patients(extraction and non-extraction each) with skeletal Class Ⅰ malocclusion.Threshold segmentation of the CBCT was performed to generate a 3D digital model which has individually isolated tooth. This model and the scan model were superimposed to generate an integrated model(Mo) composed of high-resolution surface scan crowns sutured to the CBCT roots.Pretreatment dentition plaster model were made into set-up model. The diagnosis model set-up was performed successively by three orthodontists and one senior orthodontic technician.Set-up model scan of each patient after tooth alignment was obtained. The isolated composite teeth were individually superimposed onto the set-up model surface scan to creat set-up model(Ma,Mb,Mc,Md) containing root position. These isolated composite teeth were also superimposed onto the posttreatment surface scan depicting the posttreatment model(M).In order to observe whether diagnosis model set-up would cause exposure of the root,Ma-Md were compared with Mo,which showed the true positions of alveolus. In order to validate the accuracy of the expected root position setup,Ma-Md were compared with the true root position represented by M.Color displacement maps generated to measure the discrepancies of root positions. Results Nonparallel and exposure of the root was found in all setup models.Color displacement maps through molar superimpositions showed maximum differences of 8.79 mm for the maxillary teeth and 9.96 mm for the mandibular teeth. Conclusions Diagnosis model set-up based only on crown can not absolutely ensure the good alignment of roots without root exposure. It is necessary to construct the integrated model including root for diagnosis during tooth arrangement process.
