Objective:To explore the retinopathy knowledge, attitude and behavior of inpatients with diabetes mellitus and their correlation factors and analyzed the influencing factors. Methods:This study was cross-sectional. From December 2018 to June 2019, a total of 392 inpatients with diabetes mellitus at a Class Ⅲ hospital were selected by convenience sampling and their knowledge, attitude, behavior and retinopathy were investigated with the diabetic retinopathy knowledge, attitude and behavior questionnaire and the color fundus photograph. Results:Among 392 diabetic inpatients, 267 diabetic inpatients with retinopathy and 123 of them needed treatment. There were 20.9% (82/392) of patients with high-level of retinopathy knowledge, 10.5% (41/392) of them with the positive attitude and 7.9% (31/392) of them with good behavior. Multiple regression analysis showed that the related factors of the total scores of retinopathy knowledge, attitude and behavior were the retinopathy stage and diabetic course ( P<0.01) ; knowledge related factors were the genders and retinopathy stage ( P<0.01) ; attitude related factors were the treatment methods of diabetes mellitus, retinopathy stage and diabetic course ( P<0.01) ; behavior related factor was the retinopathy stage ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:Inpatients with diabetes mellitus have the low levels of retinopathy knowledge, attitude and behavior which points out that medical staff should pay more attention to the improvement of the retinopathy knowledge, attitude and behavior, especially in the patients with the low levels of diabetic knowledge, family incomes monthly, short diabetic courses and without severe retinopathy. Medical staff should also make diabetic knowledge popular and improve the patients' attitudes with regular fundus examination for diabetic retinopathy to promote the good fundus examination behavior.

BACKGROUNDTo evaluate potential clinical roles of monoclonal antibody (MoAb)-based radioimmunotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer.
METHODSAnti-lung cancer monoclonal antibody LC-l IgM was combined with ⁹⁰Y to produce radioimmunological targeting drug. Human lung cancer tissue was inoculated subcutaneously in 35 nude mice. They were randomized into seven groups while the tumor was 5 mm in diameter. The groups were divided by the dose of the drug injected to the tail vein of the mice: blank group, LC-1 IgM alone, ⁹⁰Y 50 μCi alone, 50 μCi, 150 μCi, 300 μCi, and 400 μCi combined therapy groups. The size of the tumor was measured weekly and the mice were killed in four weeks after treatment. The tumors were resected and weighed.
RESULTSAs compared to blank group, therapy groups' tumor growth was inhibited and the inhibition was dose- and time-dependent. The inhibition rates of 300 μCi and 400 μCi groups were significantly different (P < 0.05). The nuclei of tumor cells showed karyopycnosis, structure disorder and rupture after treatment by pathological exam. In some regions, the tumor cells were necrotic or disappeared.
CONCLUSIONSThe results indicate that the radioimmunological drug made from lung cancer monoclonal antibody LC-1 IgM and ⁹⁰Y can specifically localise in tumor tissue and ensure radioimmunological targeting therapy, so has underlying clinical value.
7.COMPONENT ANALYSIS OF ENZYMATICALLY DIGESTED HUMAN AMNIOTIC BASEMENT MEMBRANE WITH REFERENCE TO ITS ROLE IN SUPPORTING GROWTH OF CHICK EMBRYO FOREBRAIN NEURONS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Cell culture and SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) methods were employed to analyse the role of human amniotic basement membrane (HABM) in supporting the growth of forebrain neurons and the components of HABM after enzymatic digestion. It was found that HABM treated with heparinase Ⅱ supported the growth of forebrain neurons 150% of that of the untreated HABM control. The results of SDS-PAGE analysis showed that HABM treated with heparinase Ⅱ had collagen-like polypeptides 2?_1 (260kD) and 2?_2 (225kD) reduced and lamininlike peptides (212kD and 200kD) increased; and that HABM treated with heparinase I or collagenase I had laminin reduced. This indicated that laminin is the major component in HABM to promote the growth of forebrain neurons.
