With reference to the Information and Documentation-Resource Description (GB/T 3792-2021) and Bibliographical Description for Ancient Chinese Books (GB/T 3792.7-2008) and other cataloging standards and rules, drawing on the practical experience of cataloging ancient TCM books, Bibliographical Cataloging for Ancient TCM Books was formulated. This standard specifies the entry items and their order of ancient TCM books, cataloging identifier, cataloging text, cataloging information source, and cataloging item details. The standard can provide standardized and unified guiding principles and methods for the work of ancient TCM books, and promote the sharing and utilization of ancient TCM books.

Objective To investigate the relationship between symptom burden and rehabilitation self-efficacy of patients after fragility fracture surgery, and to study the chain mediating role of social support and perceived stress in the influence of symptom burden on rehabilitation self-efficacy of such patients. Methods Approved by the Ethics Committee of the hospital,168 patients who met the admission criteria after fragility fracture surgery admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from July 2020 to December 2023 were included in the study by convenient sampling method, and general data of the patients were collected.M.D.Anderson Symptom Inventor(MDASI),Self-Efficacy for Managing Chronic Disease 6-Item Scale(SECD6),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS)were used to investigate the above patients, and multiple sets of quantitative data were analyzed for attribution association profile and mediation effect. Results After removing invalid questionnaires,a total of 160 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective response rate of 95.24%.Correlation analysis showed that symptom burden was negatively correlated with rehabilitation self-efficacy(r=-0.405,P<0.05);social support was significantly positively correlated with rehabilitation self-efficacy(r=0.558,P<0.05);perceived stress was negatively correlated with rehabilitation self-efficacy(r=-0.330,P<0.05);symptom burden was negatively correlated with social support(r=-0.191,P<0.05);social support was negatively correlated with perceived stress(r=-0.280,P<0.05);symptom burden was positively correlated with perceived stress(r=0.376,P<0.05).Mediating effect test showed that the symptom burden of patients after fragility fracture surgery had a direct impact on rehabilitation self-efficacy(β=-0.402,t=0.148,P<0.05),and had an impact on rehabilitation self-efficacy through 3 mediating pathways:first, the mediating effect of social support alone(β=-0.098,95%CI:-0.112~-0.074);the second was the mediating effect of stress perception alone(β=-0.081,95%CI:-0.104~-0.061);the third is the chain mediating effect of social support and stress perception(β=-0.056,95%CI:-0.074~-0.030).Conclusion The burden of symptoms after fragility fracture surgery has a direct effect on rehabilitation self-efficacy.Symptom burden influences postoperative self-efficacy of patients with fragility fractures through the chain mediation of social support and perceived stress.Early and accurate assessment of symptom burden, stress perception and social support should be conducted.According to needs, the multidisciplinary medical team provides individualized and diversified health education support to actively help and guide the self-regulation of patients'stress perception,so as to reduce patients'symptom burden and promote the improvement of their self-efficacy in the process of rehabilitation.

Objective:To explore the correlation between intraoperative cooling temperature and postoperative neurological prognosis in aortic arch surgery. Methods:We observed and collected data from 118 patients who underwent open arch replacement surgery by a single surgeon with mild-to-moderate hypothermic circulatory arrest, from January 2017 to December 2020, in Beijing Anzhen Hospital. According to the bladder temperature during the circulation arrest, 118 patients were divided into 3 groups: T1 group[n=39, (25.58±0.64)℃]; T2 group[n=39, (28.21±0.77)℃]; T3 group[n=40, (30.95±0.97)℃]. Clinical data and operative data were analyzed to assess difference between these 3 groups. Analyze the risk factors of postoperative neurological complications, and explore further the correlation between intraoperative core temperature and postoperative neurological prognosis. Results:Among the 118 patients, the average operation, cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB), block, circulatory arrest, and selective cerebral perfusion (SCP) time were 6.64 h, 188.5 min, 104.19 min, 23.93 min, 28.81 min, respectively. The in-hospital death occurred in 8 patients(6.78%), and permanent neurological dysfunction (PND) in 13 patients(11.02%), transient neurological dysfunction (TND) in 25 patients(21.19%). There was no significant difference in the deaths among the three groups. The incidence of TND and PND in the T3 group was significantly reduced ( P=0.042; P=0.045). In addition, the volume of drainage during the first 24 h and the incidence of re-exploration for bleeding had a relatively obvious decreasing trend ( P=0.005; P=0.012). Through multiple regression analysis, under the adjusted model, the core temperature was independently correlated with the incidence of postoperative PND ( OR=0.51; 95% CI: 0.27-0.97; P=0.0389); in group comparison, the relatively higher core temperature was an independent protective factor for postoperative PND ( OR=0.04; 95% CI: 0.00-0.91; P=0.0434). Conclusion:Our research had preliminary proved that in the open arch replacement surgery, mild hypothermia can reduce the incidence of some complications of deep hypothermia, at the same time improve the prognosis of the neurological prognosis, reduce the incidence of postoperative PND.

Objective To evaluate the effect of the integrated strategy in prevention and control of intestinal nematodiasis in Hongze County,so as to provide the evidence for formulating the control strategies and measures in the future. Methods Since 1995,the integrated strategy has been carried out for intestinal nematodiasis, and the measures included deworming, health ed?ucation, safe water, sanitation and environmental remediation. The effects of the integrated strategy were evaluated by the inves?tigations of the prevalence of soil?transmitted nematodiasis, awareness of health knowledge and behaviors of residents. Results From 1995 to 2014,601 900 person?times were administrated with deworming medication and the coverage rate of villages and towns was 100%. The benefit rate of safe water was 100%. The popularity rate of harmless toilets was 92.77%. The prevalence of intestinal nematodiasis decreased from 26.04%in 1995 to 0.56%in 2014,and the difference had statistical significance(χ2=693.54,P < 0.01). The awareness rate of health knowledge and correct rate of health behaviors increased from 43.13% and 40.94%in 1995 to 98.00%and 96.80%in 2012,respectively(χ2=181.97 and 182.14 respectively,P<0.01). Conclusion The prevalence of intestinal nematodiasis has been controlled effectively through the integrated strategy in Hongze County ,Jiang?su Province.
