Objective To explore the oral health management dilemmas of chronic periodontitis patients with implant dentures,so as to provide a reference for formulating scientific and effective oral nursing intervention programs. Methods Based on the information-motivation-behavioral skills model(IMB),the interview outline was formulated.Using the purposive sampling method, patients with chronic periodontitis who underwent implant restoration in a tertiary A stomatological hospital in Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province from April to June 2024 were selected for semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed by means of directed content analysis. Results A total of 3 core themes were extracted, covering 10 sub-themes,namely knowledge deficiency and information dilemma(lack of oral health-related knowledge, cognitive misunderstanding and memory deviation, difficulty in identifying miscellaneous information),coexistence of emphasis and avoidance(perceived benefits of oral health management, positive feedback reinforcing internal motivation, avoidance induced by psychological burden, the duality of diverse social networks),behavioral skills transformation difficulties(difficulties in home maintenance practice, insufficient professional guidance and support, and uneven self-efficacy).Conclusion The oral health management behavior of chronic periodontitis patients with implant dentures is affected by many factors. We should aim to develop innovative oral health services based on Internet, bridge the cognitive misunderstanding and memory bias of patients, stimulate the internal driving machine of oral health behavior, strengthen the external support of multiple social networks, refine the teaching model of oral health management, and empower oral health self-management.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mind-regulating and meridians-dredging acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in treating limb dysfunction in recovery period of cerebral infarction(CI).Methods A total of 110 cases of patients with limb dysfunction in recovery period of CI were randomly divided into observation group and control group,55 cases in each group, the control group was given routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group was treated with mind-regulating and meridians-dredging acupuncture on the basis of intervention of the control group, the course of treatment covered two consecutive weeks. After two weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated, and the changes of scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)before and after treatment of patients in the two groups were observed. The changes of electromyographic signal before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. And the safety and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were evaluated.Results(1)The total effective rate was 98.18%(54/55)in the observation group and 87.27%(48/55)in the control group. The efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of patients in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(3)After treatment, the FMA scores of patients in the two groups improved significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After treatment, the BBS scores and MBI scores of the patients in the two groups improved significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)After treatment, the root mean square value(RMS)of biceps brachii muscle elbow flexion and triceps brachii muscle elbow extention of the two groups of patients improved significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)During the treatment, there were no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Mind-regulating and meridians-dredging acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in treating limb dysfunction in recovery period of CI can significantly improve the motor ability of patients, and adjust the electromyographic signals of the affected limbs, with high safety.

Objective:To explore stigma and related factors among family members of patients with mental disorders in psychiatric hospitals. Methods:Totally 1 365 family members of inpatients with mental disorders were-surveyed,and were assessed with the Perceived Devaluation-Discrimination Scale and a self-made demographic characteristics questionnaire. Results:The screening rate of stigma among the patient's family members was 61.5%.Males(OR=2.26,95%CI:1.06-5.01),age group of 18-29 years(OR=1.91,95%CI:1.15-3.20),monthly income ≥500 yuan(P<0.05),disease duration of 0.5-<lyear(OR=3.14,95%CI:1.66-6.03),care for patients within<lyear(P<0.05),teachers(OR=2.32,95%CI:1.24-3.44),self-employed person(OR=1.63,95%CI:1.02-2.24),civil servants(OR=1.77,95%CI:1.09-2.45),schizophrenia(OR=1.87,95%CI:1.32-2.42),affective disorders(OR=1.52,95%CI:1.03-2.016)were the main riskfactors of stigma. Conclusions:Family members of patients with mental disorders generally have a severe stigma, especially of patients with schizophrenia and affective disorders.

The first rate-limiting enzyme of the serine synthesis pathway (SSP), phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase (PHGDH), is hyperactive in multiple tumors, which leads to the activation of SSP and promotes tumorigenesis. However, only a few inhibitors of PHGDH have been discovered to date, especially the covalent inhibitors of PHGDH. Here, we identified withangulatin A (WA), a natural small molecule, as a novel covalent inhibitor of PHGDH. Affinity-based protein profiling identified that WA could directly bind to PHGDH and inactivate the enzyme activity of PHGDH. Biolayer interferometry and LC-MS/MS analysis further demonstrated the selective covalent binding of WA to the cysteine 295 residue (Cys295) of PHGDH. With the covalent modification of Cys295, WA blocked the substrate-binding domain (SBD) of PHGDH and exerted an allosteric effect to induce PHGDH inactivation. Further studies revealed that with the inhibition of PHGDH mediated by WA, the glutathione synthesis was decreased and intracellular levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) were elevated, leading to the inhibition of tumor proliferation. This study indicates WA as a novel PHGDH covalent inhibitor, which identifies Cys295 as a novel allosteric regulatory site of PHGDH and holds great potential in developing anti-tumor agents for targeting PHGDH.
