Purpose To analyze the expression of SNAP23 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)and its influence on invasion of ESCC cells. Methods A total of 41 cases of ESCC and paired normal adjacent tissue(NAT)were collected. The expression and localization of SNAP23 were detected by immunohistochemical EnVision method. The differences of SNAP23 expression levels between ESCC tissues and NAT tissues were compared to analyze the relationship between SNAP23 expression and clinicopathological characteristics. The expression level of SNAP23 in human immortalized esophageal epithelial cells SHEE and ESCC cell lines TE-1,TE-13 and KYSE150 were detected by Western blot.Lentiviral vector transfection technique was used to construct stable transfection cell lines with knock-down and overexpression of SNAP23 gene. The effect of SNAP23 on invasion of ESCC cell line TE-13 was evaluated by cell invasion experiment. Results The expression of SNAP23 in ESCC was significantly higher(53.7%,22/41)than that in the NAT group(19.5%,8/41),the difference was statistically significant(x2=10.303,P<0.01).The expression level of SNAP23 in ESCC tissues was significantly correlated with maximum tumor diameter(x2=4.193,P<0.05)and invasion depth(x2=7.264,P<0.05),but was not correlated with patient gender, age, tumor site, tumor type, pathologic grade, vascular embolus, nerve invasion and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Compared with human immortalized esophageal epithelial cells SHEE,SNAP23 was highly expressed in ESCC cell lines(P<0.000 1).Compared with the sh-NT group, the invasion of ESCC cell line TE-13 was inhibited when SNAP23 expression was knocked down(P<0.000 1);compared with the Vector group, the invasion of ESCC cell line TE-13 was enhanced after overexpression of SNAP23(P<0.000 1).Conclusion SNAP23 is highly expressed in ESCC tis-sue and cell lines, and its expression level in ESCC tissues is positively correlated with tumor maximum diameter and invasion depth;SNAP23 promotes the invasion of ESCC cells.

Objective:To summarize the risk prediction models for postoperative hypoxemia and provide a reference for clinical nursing practice and future research on hypoxemia risk prediction models for postoperative patients. Methods:A systematic literature search was conducted in CNKI, CBM, Wanfang, PubMed, Web of Science Core Collection, Cochrane Library, Embase, and CINAHL databases, covering publications up to January 31, 2024. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data, performed integrative analysis, and evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies. Results:Seventeen studies were included, involving 17 different prediction models. The study populations were primarily adult patients, with hypoxemia incidence rates ranging from 2.40% to 49.30%. Modeling methods included Logistic regression and decision tree algorithms. The presentation formats of the models included risk scoring formulas, nomograms, decision tree diagrams, and web calculators. The five most frequently identified predictive factors were body mass index, age, comorbidities, duration of intraoperative cardiopulmonary bypass, and preoperative white blood cell count. Sixteen models reported the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve ranging from 0.667 to 0.916. All 17 studies exhibited varying degrees of bias risk. Conclusions:Existing risk prediction models for postoperative hypoxemia demonstrate good performance; however, the bias risk level of all studies was high. Future research should standardize the model development process according to bias risk assessment checklists to establish models with low bias risk and strong clinical applicability.

Objective To design and verify the reliability of a shoelace tensile test system. Methods Incremental loads of 0-196 N were applied to three tension sensors, each load was repeated nine times, with the load removed and interval of 30 s during the repeated tests. Then output voltage of the sensors under each load was collected. Linear regression analysis was used to explore linear relationship between the collected voltage signal and the incremental load. Accuracy, precision and consistency intervals were used to verify consistency of the measured values with the true load. Bland-Altman analysis and intra-group correlation coefficient (ICC) analysis were used to verify the repeatability and reliability of the tensile sensor. Results There was a significant linear correlation between output voltage signal of the sensors and the load (P< 0. 000 1, R2= 0. 999 9), and ICC of three sensors was above 0. 999 (P<0. 000 1). The mean values of the coefficients of variation of the measured values for three tensile sensors under different loads were 0. 003 8, 0. 002 2 and 0. 003 5, respectively. Conclusions The shoelace tensile test system has high reliability and can be used for real-time acquisition of shoelace tension.

Objective:To observe the effect of Jieyu Anmian prescription of Chinese medicine foot bath on gastrointestinal function in patients with digestive system tumor during perioperative period. Methods:A total of 130 patients with digestive system tumors were chosen from January 2019 to March 2020 for the first time visits to the first hospital of lanzhou university for surgical treatment, 15 cases lost follow-up, and the rest 115 cases of patients were divided into the experimental group (59 cases) and the control group (56 cases) according to random number table method. The control group using conventional care method, the experimental group was treated with Jieyu Anmian washing formula on the basis of routine nursing care for 10 days. During the foot bath, the recovery of gastrointestinal function, the time of the first exhaust and defecation, the length of stay, the cost of stay and the satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups. Results:The recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time and first defecation time of the experimental group were all earlier than those of the control group (16.21±11.81) h, (19.64±12.40) h and (41.98 ±19.16) h, respectively, while those of the control group were (27.34±31.47) h, (35.81±18.26) h and (34.47±16.41) h, respectively. The differences were statistically significant ( t value was -2.41, -5.33, 2.17, P< 0.05). The results of the survey of patient satisfaction showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group, with 97.47 ± 4.37 in the experimental group and 94.19 ± 3.29 in the control group, with statistically significant differences ( t value was 3.89, P<0.01). The satisfaction of doctors in the experimental group was 97.41 ± 6.25 and 94.21±5.91 in the control group, with statistically significant difference ( t value was 3.95, P<0.05). The satisfaction of nurses in the experimental group was 97.58 ± 4.53 and 93.85±5.23 in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( t value was 4.12, P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of length of stay and hospitalization expenses ( P>0.05). Conclusions:Jieyuanmian prescription of Chinese medicine foot bath can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, promote the exhaust and defecation, and improve the satisfaction of patients and nurses.
