Objective:To investigate the prevalence of chronic endometritis(CE)in patients with repeated implantation failure(RIF),and the correlation between diagnostic indexes of CE and classification of peripheral blood immune cells.Methods:A total of 64 patients with RIF who visited Outpatient of Hebei Reproductive Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were retrospec-tively analyzed.General information of patients,results of hysteroscopy and endometrial immunohistochemistry in the mid luteal phase,the number and percentage of NK cells,Th1 cells,Th2 cells,Th17 cells and Treg cells in peripheral blood,and Th1/Th2,Th17/Treg were collected,and the pregnancy outcome of retransplantation was followed up.To evaluate the consistency of hysteroscopy and endometrial immunohistochemistry CD138 in diagnosis of CE in RIF patients,to analyze whether chronic inflammation of endome-trium was related to classification of peripheral blood immune cells,and to analyze the pregnancy outcome of patients with RIF diag-nosed with CE after retransplantation.Results:Prevalence of CE in RIF patients detected by hysteroscopy was 53.12%,which was sig-nificantly higher than that detected by endometrial immunohistochemistry CD138(25.00%,P<0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in the number and percentage of immune cells in peripheral blood between CE and non CE patients.After antibiotic treatment,the 12-week continuous pregnancy rate and live birth rate in the CD138 positive group were higher than those in negative group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of hysteroscopy and endometrial CD138 immunohistochem-istry at the right time for RIF patients is beneficial to improve their pregnancy rate and pregnancy outcome.The infiltration of endome-trial plasma cells does not affect the classification of peripheral blood immune cells.

ObjectiveTo observe the effects of Baihe Yuzi prescription （BYP） on the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator （CFTR）， aquaporin （AQP）， zinc/iron-regulated transporter-like protein （ZIP） and local oxidative stress in epididymis of oligoasthenozoospermia （OAS） rats， and to explore the mechanism of its intervention in OAS. MethodAfter 35 rats were acclimatized for 1 week， 7 rats were randomly selected as the normal group， and the remaining 28 rats were given tripterygium glycosides （TG） 30 mg·kg^-1. After 4 weeks of modeling， they were randomly divided into 4 groups： model group， BYP low-dose group （LBYP）， BYP high-dose group （HBYP） and levocarnitine group， with 7 rats in each group. The rats in the normal group and model group were given normal saline at the same dosage. The levocarnitine group rats were given L-carnitine oral liquid （100 mg·kg^-1） by gavage. The LBYP group rats were given BYP 6.3 g·kg^-1， and the HBYP group rats were given BYP 12.6 g·kg^-1 by gavage once a day for consecutive 4 weeks. After the end of the intervention， sperm count and motility of all rats were detected， the histopathological structure of epididymis was observed by hematoxylin-eosin （HE） staining， and the expressions of CFTR， AQP9， AQP3， ZIP8， ZIP12 and other proteins were detected by Western blot. The contents of α-glycosidase （α-GC）， sialic acid （SA）， carnitine， superoxide dismutase （SOD）， glutathione peroxidase （GSH-Px） and malondialdehyde （MDA） were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Total zinc content was measured using an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. Free zinc ion content was detected by zinc ion probes. ResultCompared with those in the normal group， the sperm count and motility of rats were decreased and the epididymal structure was disordered in the model group. The contents of α-GC and carnitine were decreased in epididymis （P<0.05）. MDA levels were increased， while SOD， GSH-Px and zinc levels were decreased （P<0.05）. The expressions of CFTR and ZIP12 in the head and cauda of the epididymis were down-regulated， and AQP3 expression was up-regulated. The expression of ZIP8 in the cauda epididymis was up-regulated （P<0.05）. Compared with the model group， BYP can significantly improve the sperm count and motility， the epididymal structure of OAS rats and the levels of α-GC and carnitine （P<0.05）. The expressions of CFTR and ZIP12 in the head and cauda of the epididymis were up-regulated， while the expressions of ZIP8 in the cauda epididymis and AQP3 in the head of the epididymis were decreased （P<0.05）. The SOD and GSH-Px levels and total zinc content in epididymis were increased， and the MDA levels were decreased （P<0.05）. ConclusionBYP may improve the sperm quality and repair epididymal tissue structure and function of OAS rats， by regulating the expressions of CFTR， AQP3， and ZIP12 ion channels and local antioxidant mechanism.

To investigate the immunological enhancement effects of IL-2 with different doses in chicken Shigella vaccine on the duodenum mucosa in Gushi chicken,parental line Gushi chicken were grouped and inoculated with Shigella vaccines including different dose of IL-2.And then the distribution and change of SIgA positive cells and its secretion in the duodenum of the chicken were observed with the immunohistochemistry technology using the Qwin image analysis system.SIgA postive cells were distributed and located primarily in inhesion membrane and enteraden cavity of the duodenum mucosa,additive IL-2 in the Shigella vaccine could increase secretion of SlgA positive cells and strengthen the immunity of the birds,in some degree.The 50 μg IL-2 in the vaccine could display a optimal immunological enhancement effect.

Objective To detect the risk factors for type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A case-control study was conducted,136 hospitalized DN patients and 152 hospitalized type 2 diabetic patients without DN as control group were enrolled in the study.Information including demographic characteristics,history of diabetes and diabetic nephropathy,behaviors,social psychological characters,clinical data and laboratory data was collected retrospectively.Statistic methods including ?2 test,u test and non-conditional logistic regression were conducted to detect the risk factors of DN.Results Between the cases and the controls,there were significant differences in the course of diabetes mellitus(DM),being complicated with hypertension,hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease,diabetic retinopathy,diabetic foot,diabetic peripheral neuropathy,pulse pressure,laboratory features as tiglyceride,total cholesterol,creatinine,uric acid,and behaviors including control of systolic blood pressure,exercise after DM.Results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that course of DM(OR=2.48 95%CI:1.87～3.42),being complicated with hypertension(OR=1.38 95%CI:1.09～1.62) and blood creatinine level(OR=6.23 95%CI:3.03～9.82) were risk factors for DN.Conclusion Longer course of DM,with hypertension and high level of blood creatinine were the risk factors of DN.DM patients should strictly control their blood pressure and blood sugar,periodically inspect renal function and blood creatinine,and correct dyslipidemia to prevent the development and progression of DN.
