Lonicerae Japonicae Flos refers to the dried flower buds or flowers about to open of Lonicera japonica （Caprifoliaceae）. Its dried flower buds or early blooming flowers are listed in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China （2020 edition） as official medicinal materials. As a Chinese medicine with "heat-clearing and detoxifying" properties and a classic medicinal-edible resource， it is mainly produced in northern authentic producing regions such as Shandong， Henan， and Hebei in China. Lonicerae Japonicae Flos contains abundant bioactive substances that are considered safe and effective， with functions including relieving sore throat， antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects， and immune regulation. In recent years， with the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and the rapid development of the "big health" industry， Lonicerae Japonicae Flos has become a research hotspot in the fields of natural medicines and functional foods due to its multi-target pharmacological activities and broad application potential. To date， chemical constituents identified from Lonicerae Japonicae Flos include organic acids， flavonoids， iridoids， triterpenes， triterpenoid saponins， and volatile oils. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Lonicerae Japonicae Flos possesses anti-inflammatory， antibacterial， antioxidant， antiviral， antidiabetic， cardiovascular and neuroprotective， and immunomodulatory activities. In terms of modern applications， Lonicerae Japonicae Flos has developed into a full industrial chain covering pharmaceuticals， health products， daily chemical products， and food additives， demonstrating high medicinal and health value. Strengthening the development of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos-based health products is of great significance. Based on relevant domestic and international literature， this paper systematically reviews the innovative applications of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos in traditional medicine， modern clinical formulations， health foods， and daily chemical products from the perspectives of chemical composition， pharmacological effects， and modern applications， aiming to further deepen basic research on Lonicerae Japonicae Flos. Meanwhile， this paper analyzes and proposes suggestions for promoting applied research on Lonicerae Japonicae Flos， in order to provide a scientific basis for its sound development and to offer references for the rational development and comprehensive utilization of medicinal and edible resources.

Edema， as a common pathological phenomenon， is essentially the abnormal accumulation of body fluids in the interstitial spaces of human tissues and is often a direct manifestation of various underlying diseases， such as heart failure， impaired renal filtration function， or liver metabolic disorders. In the Western medical system， strategies for treating edema primarily focus on the use of diuretics to promote the excretion of excess fluid in the body， while simultaneously addressing the underlying causes through targeted treatment. However， long-term reliance on the use of diuretics may lead to a decrease in drug sensitivity and induce side effects， including electrolyte disorders such as hypokalemia and hypercalcemia， posing a potential threat to patients' overall health. Compared with Western medicine， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has demonstrated well-recognized and sustained efficacy in treating edema with its unique theoretical system. Zhulingtang， as a classic and commonly used TCM formula， is widely applied as it can effectively relieve edema and related symptoms. In recent years， ongoing in-depth studies on the treatment of edema with Zhulingtang have revealed multiple mechanisms of action of Zhulingtang， including the regulation of water metabolism and the reduction of inflammatory responses， thereby providing a solid theoretical basis for clinical practice. This review summarized the research progress on the treatment of edema with Zhulingtang in recent years and analyzed the active ingredients and action pathways of Zhulingtang. Additionally， the primary mechanisms of action and efficacy were systematically analyzed， so as to provide references for the clinical application of Zhulingtang in treating various types of edema， such as cardiogenic edema， renal edema， and hepatogenic edema. This review aims to offer theoretical support and practical guidance for clinicians in deciding treatment approaches， as well as references for subsequent in-depth studies， thereby promoting further development of TCM in the treatment of edema.

Objective:To analyze the value of laminin γ2 (LAMC2) in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and the difference in patients with different types of microvascular invasion (MVI).Methods:A cohort of 100 patients with HCC who underwent surgical treatment at the Faculty of Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery, Chinese PLA General Hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were prospectively enrolled. There were 80 males and 20 females, aged (55.7±11.1) years. The data of 17 patients with hepatic hemangioma without cirrhosis who underwent operation at the same hospital during the study period were collected to serve as the control group (6 males, 11 females), aged (42.8±9.8) years. LAMC2 in serum was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The levels of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and LAMC2 were compared between the two groups, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were drawn to compare these two markers in the diagnosis of HCC. The LAMC2 of different MVI patients were compared.Results:The levels of LAMC2 and AFP were 1 334.2(838.9, 2 656.0) pg/ml and 19.0(4.6, 778.6) μg/L in the HCC group, which were significantly higher than 375.2(221.2, 691.7)pg/ml and 3.3(2.5, 3.5) μg/L in the control group ( Z=-4.32, -4.63, both P<0.001). The areas under the ROC curve were 0.829(95% CI: 0.748-0.892) for LAMC2 and 0.852(95% CI: 0.769-0.910) for AFP, and was 0.949(95% CI: 0.911-0.988) for using both in the diagnoses. The diagnostic efficacy of combining LAMC2 and AFP was significantly better than that of LAMC2 alone and AFP alone (area under ROC: Z=3.15, 3.07, P=0.002, 0.002). When the patients were divided into the M0 group (61 patients), the M1 Group (25 patients) and the M2 Group (14 patients) based on MVIs, the concentrations of LAMC2 were 1 168.6(834.3, 2 521.4) pg/ml, 942.2(614.0, 2 056.6) pg/ml and 3 128.4(1 852.7, 7 191.3) pg/ml, respectively. The level of LAMC2 in the M2 group was significantly higher than that in the M0 and M1 groups ( Z=-3.46, -3.32, P=0.001, 0.004). Conclusion:The diagnostic efficacy of LAMC2 combined with AFP for HCC was significantly higher than that of either LAMC2 alone or AFP alone. Serum LAMC2 levels were significant different among the groups of HCC patients with different types of MVI.

Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of couple-centered psychological intervention on breast cancer patients.Methods:Randomized controlled trials published in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Scopus, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, JBI, CNKI, Wanfang, Vip and CBM database on the effect of psychological intervention on breast cancer patients with husband and wife as the center were searched by computer. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to September 2020. Two reviewer independently conducted literature screening, data extraction and literature quality evaluation according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and Meta analysis was carried out using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 879 patients were included in 11 articles. Meta analysis results showed that the couple-centered psychological intervention not only improved the quality of life, but also improved the anxiety of breast cancer patients ( SMD=1.54, 95% CI 0.22-2.86, P=0.02) and depression ( SMD=1.22, 95% CI 0.12-2.33, P=0.03). Conclusions:After psychological intervention, the anxiety and depression of breast cancer patients were improved and the quality of life was also improved. Due to the inconsistency in the mode, frequency and evaluation index of psychological intervention, more large samples and high-quality studies are needed to further verify the effect of couple-centered psychological intervention on breast cancer patients and spouses centered on husband and wife.

Objective: To investigate the in vitro and in vivo effects of 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA)-mediated photodynamic therapy against oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and preliminarily explore the possible mechanisms. Methods: SCC25 cells were divided into the control group (5-ALA of 0 mg/L) and the experimental group (5-ALA of 10, 25, 50, 100 and 150 mg/L). The production of protoporphyrin Ⅸ (PpⅨ) induced by 5-ALA in SCC25 cells was detected using the flow cytometry. SCC25 cells were divided into the control group (5-ALA of 0 mg/L), lazer alone group, 5-ALA alone group (5-ALA of 100 mg/L) and the 5-ALA combined with laser irradiation group (5-ALA of 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 mg/L), the cytotoxicity of 5-ALA combined with laser irradiation (wave length 635 nm, power density 87 mW/cm² and laser dose 10.4 J/cm²) was evaluated in SCC25 cells using the methyl thiazolyltetrazolium assay (incubation times of 4, 8 and 12 h in each group) and the induction effect of combination treatment on the cell apoptosis was assessed by the flow cytometry (incubation time of 12 h in each group). The intracellular production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) triggered by 5-ALA combined with laser irradiation was determined using a fluorescence probe method (incubation time of 12 h in each group). A mouse OSCC xenograft model bearing SCC25 tumor was built, and the mice were divided into control group (saline), 5-ALA group (5-ALA of 50 mg/kg) and 5-ALA combined with laser irradiation group (5-ALA of 10, 25 and 50 mg/kg). Antitumor effect of 5-ALA combined with laser irradiation (wave length 635 nm, power density 158 mW/cm² and laser dose 94.8 J/cm²) was further measured. Results: 5-ALA induced the production of PpⅨ in SCC25 cells in a drug concentration (0-150 mg/L)-and incubation time (0-24 h)-dependent manner. When the 5-ALA concentration was 100 mg/L, the intracellular PpⅨ production was in a relatively stable state. Cell viability and apoptosis rate of 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 mg/L 5-ALA combined with laser irradiation are, respectively, (82.3±5.2)%, (3.13±0.38)%; (74.6±9.3)%, (5.38±0.55)%; (38.3±9.7)%, (17.97±2.72)%; (9.2±3.8)%, (24.47±3.37)%; (7.2±0.8)%, (43.01±5.96)%, which indicated that 5-ALA combined with laser irradiation notably inhibited the growth of SCC25 cells and also induced significant cell apoptosis compared with the control group [(96.3±6.0)%, (0.35±0.13)%, P<0.05]. After combination treatment (5-ALA of 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 mg/L combined with laser irradiation, the mean fluorescence intensity of dichlorofluorescein is (1.46±0.12)×10⁴, (2.16±0.30)×10⁴, (3.57±0.34)×10⁴, (81.70±13.05)×10⁴, (113.00±7.35)×10⁴, respectively, a large amount of ROS was produced in SCC25 cells compared with the control group [(0.96±0.15) ×10⁴, P<0.05], which was in positive correlation with the intracellular PpⅨ content. 5-ALA (concentration of 10, 25 and 50 mg/kg) combined with laser irradiation greatly suppressed the tumor growth in SCC25 tumor-bearing mice compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions 5-ALA-mediated photodynamic therapy can trigger the generation of intracellular ROS that has significant cytotoxicity and apoptosis induction effect, and thus inhibit the tumor growth both in vitro and in vivo.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in diagnosis and the significance in the pelvic lymph node metastasis in endometrial carcinoma.Methods Endometrial carcinoma admitted for initial treatment of patients with a total of 60 cases,take color Doppler imaging (GE730),the uterine,vaginal examination, accessories and tumor size,internal echo,and the relationship with the surrounding tissue boundaries of tumor four weeks and internal flow characteristics were observed.Results 60 cases of endometrial carcinoma,50 cases of patients with ultrasound findings with operation pathologic examination results,which were positive in 45 cases (75%),8 cases of false negative (13.33%),false positive in 2 cases (3.33%),5 cases were negative (8.33%). The detection sensitivity was 84.91% (45 /53);the rate of missed diagnosis was 15.09% (8 /53);the rate of misdi-agnosis was 28.57% (2 /7);the specificity was 71.43% (5 /7);Youden index 0.5634.Resistance index,CDFI value of carcinoma of endometrium and pelvic lymph node metastasis,there were significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Node metastasis in endometrial carcinoma by ultrasonography in diagnosis of pelvic lymph,ultrasonic diagnosis accuracy rate reaches 83.33%,so by ultrasonographic features can be found audio -visual abnormalities in patients,and timely diagnosis of pelvic lymph node metastases in endometrial carcinoma,to lower the risk of blind treatment to the female brought.

Three BALB/c mice were immunized four times with alpha-momorcharins (alpha-MMC). Using polyethylene glycol (PEG) method, the immunized splenocytes were fused with SP2/0 cells. One strain of hybridoma cells was obtained which secrete antibodies against alpha-MMC. To get ascites, the hybridoma cells were injected into the abdominal cavity of mice. The antibodies were purified from ascites. Indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and Western blot assay were applied to determine the specifity of the monoclonal antibody (McAb). The results showed that the McAb was specific to alpha-MMC without detectable cross-activity with MAP30. The McAb provided detecting method for further research of the structure and function of alpha-MMC.
