Objective To explore the interaction mechanisms among different dimensions of online learning competence in undergraduates,providing scientific evidence for optimizing software design and online education strategies.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted with 347 undergraduates from Kunming Medical University via an online questionnaire in October 2024.Reliability testing and exploratory factor analysis were performed using SPSS 26.0,while structural equation modeling was constructed with Amos 24.0.Results Driving force directly and positively influenced regulatory force(β=0.778,P<0.001)and reciprocal force(β=0.302,P=0.003),but had no significant direct effect on adaptive force(β=0.131,P=0.182).Regulatory force and reciprocal force both exerted direct positive effects on adaptive force(β=0.262,P=0.022;β=0.410,P<0.001).The indirect effect of driving force on adaptive force accounted for 78.1%of the total effect(P=0.007),with regulatory force showing a significant mediating role(β=0.178,P=0.023),while reciprocal force alone did not(β=0.108,P=0.060).A chain mediating effect(driving force→regulatory force→reciprocal force→adaptive force)was confirmed(β=0.124,P=0.004).Conclusion Driving force serves as the core of online learning competence,and adaptive capacity is enhanced through regulatory and reciprocal forces.To promote knowledge internalization and adaptability,it is required to optimize feedback mechanisms and deepen interactive designs in online learning platforms.

Starting in 2021, a specialized children′s hospital (comprising one main campus and three branch campuses) introduced the LSS management method. Through define, measure, analyze, improve, and control, the hospital utilized tools such as questionnaire surveys, SIPOC models, and fishbone diagrams to identify pain points in the building of multi-campus child-friendly hospital and develop improvement measures.To address the main issues of insufficient cross-campus collaboration, significant disparities in service quality among different campuses, unclear functional positioning of each campus, and inadequate integration with social security mechanisms, the hospital implemented a " homogeneity-differentiation-coordination" management mode. The hospital implemented unified diagnosis and treatment standards and clinical pathways, carried out remote consultations and expert rotations, completed mutual recognition of examination and testing results, optimized child friendly labeling and child friendly environment, and built a " hospital-to-hospitals, hospital to medical schools, and hospital to community health centers" linkage platform, etc., to promote the standardization of diagnosis and treatment processes, clear functional positioning of the hospital area, and efficient resource allocation. Through practice, the outpatient appointment rate and patient satisfaction rate in the main hospital had increased from 86.72% and 98.64% in January December 2021 to 91.87% and 99.72% in January December 2024, respectively; The patient waiting time had been shortened from 26.54 minutes to 21.94 minutes, and the efficiency of medical treatment and service experience had been significantly improved. As of 2024, mutual recognition of 214 inspection and testing items had been achieved cross hospital campuses, forming a collaborative pattern of " main hospital leading, campuses support, and resource complementarity", and significantly improving the level of collaboration and child friendly connotation among multi-campus. This practice explored the integration path of multi-campus collaborative governance and child-friendly services, which could provide reference and inspiration for the similar hospitals.

Objective:To evaluate the value of left echography (LVO) in the diagnosis of false ventricular aneurysm complicated with mural thrombus.Methods:The clinical data of 10 patients with suspected pseudoventricular aneurysm examined by thoracic echocardiography (TTE) in Wuhan Asian Heart Hospital from January 2018 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent LVO examination to further diagnose pseudoventricular tumor and whether it was complicated with mural thrombosis. Computed tomography angiography (CTA) or cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) examination was used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic value of LVO in the diagnosis of pseudoventricular tumor.Results:Among the 10 suspected pseudoventricular tumors examined by TTE, LVO detected 6 cases of left ventricular pseudoaneurysm and 1 case of right ventricular pseudoaneurysm; CTA confirmed that 6 cases of left ventricular pseudoaneurysm detected by LVO were correctly diagnosed, 1 case of right ventricular pseudoaneurysm was misdiagnosed, CMR diagnosed right ventricular diverticula, LVO diagnosis accuracy was 6/7, and 4 cases of thrombi were detected. The detection rate was 4/4. The maximum transverse diameter of the tumor body of the communicating mouth/false ventricular aneurysm was 0.46±0.04. 1 patient underwent coronary artery bypass grafting and resection of false ventricular aneurysm. 1 patient underwent coronary artery interventional stent surgery; 4 routine conservative drug treatment, follow-up observation; One case of right ventricular diverticulum did not require special treatment.Conclusions:LVO contrast agent can clearly show the tumor body and location, measure the tumor entrance and size, and show mural thrombus. It is the first choice for the identification of false ventricular tumor. The diverticula was similar to the image of false ventricular aneurysm, and the sensitivity and specificity of right ventricular wall motion were higher in CMR than in LVO.

Objective To predict the potential suitable distribution areas of Sophora japonica cv.jinhuai in China;To provide a references for resource development and expanded cultivation of Sophora japonica cv.jinhuai.Methods Totally 85 pieces of information on the distribution of sample sites were collected and combined data on 72 environmental factors,and the dominant environmental factors affecting the suitability distribution of Sophora japonica cv.jinhuai were analyzed using the maximum entropy(MaxEnt)model and geographic information system software ArcGIS.Results The five dominant environmental factors influencing the suitability distribution of Sophora japonica cv.jinhuai were dry month precipitation,May light radiation,November precipitation,September mean temperature,and October light radiation.The potentially suitable distribution area of Sophora japonica cv.jinhuai in China was mainly concentrated in the transition zone between south-central Hunan Province and northeast Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Conclusion The results of this study can provide references for the selection of the cultivation areas of Sophora japonica cv.jinhuai and protection of wild reso of Sophora japonica cv.jinhuai.

Objective:To analyze the value of laminin γ2 (LAMC2) in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and the difference in patients with different types of microvascular invasion (MVI).Methods:A cohort of 100 patients with HCC who underwent surgical treatment at the Faculty of Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery, Chinese PLA General Hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were prospectively enrolled. There were 80 males and 20 females, aged (55.7±11.1) years. The data of 17 patients with hepatic hemangioma without cirrhosis who underwent operation at the same hospital during the study period were collected to serve as the control group (6 males, 11 females), aged (42.8±9.8) years. LAMC2 in serum was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The levels of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and LAMC2 were compared between the two groups, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were drawn to compare these two markers in the diagnosis of HCC. The LAMC2 of different MVI patients were compared.Results:The levels of LAMC2 and AFP were 1 334.2(838.9, 2 656.0) pg/ml and 19.0(4.6, 778.6) μg/L in the HCC group, which were significantly higher than 375.2(221.2, 691.7)pg/ml and 3.3(2.5, 3.5) μg/L in the control group ( Z=-4.32, -4.63, both P<0.001). The areas under the ROC curve were 0.829(95% CI: 0.748-0.892) for LAMC2 and 0.852(95% CI: 0.769-0.910) for AFP, and was 0.949(95% CI: 0.911-0.988) for using both in the diagnoses. The diagnostic efficacy of combining LAMC2 and AFP was significantly better than that of LAMC2 alone and AFP alone (area under ROC: Z=3.15, 3.07, P=0.002, 0.002). When the patients were divided into the M0 group (61 patients), the M1 Group (25 patients) and the M2 Group (14 patients) based on MVIs, the concentrations of LAMC2 were 1 168.6(834.3, 2 521.4) pg/ml, 942.2(614.0, 2 056.6) pg/ml and 3 128.4(1 852.7, 7 191.3) pg/ml, respectively. The level of LAMC2 in the M2 group was significantly higher than that in the M0 and M1 groups ( Z=-3.46, -3.32, P=0.001, 0.004). Conclusion:The diagnostic efficacy of LAMC2 combined with AFP for HCC was significantly higher than that of either LAMC2 alone or AFP alone. Serum LAMC2 levels were significant different among the groups of HCC patients with different types of MVI.

The rationally designed nanomedicines can effectively combine chemical drugs and immunological preparations, and have become an effective delivery carrier basis and treatment means for clinically targeting tumor tissues, synergistic immune mechanisms to kill tumor cells, and treating tumors. In this paper, the types of multifunctional nanomedicines used in chemotherapy and various immunotherapies in recent years and their advantages in cancer therapy were reviewed.
