Objective This study aims to analyze the application value of the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model in the evalu-ation of hospital service training. Methods A total of 100 hospital front desk service personnel participating in service training from July 2021 to July 2023 at Qingyuan People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 50 participants in each group. The study group implemented training based on the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model, while the control group received conventional training. The learning level, behavior level, reaction level, and result level(including service satisfaction, complaint rate, and occurrence of service incidents)of the two groups were compared,as well as the evaluation effects. Results The study group showed significantly higher scores in theoretical knowl-edge,skill operations, thinking patterns, and humanistic care compared to the control group. The training satisfaction was signifi-cantly higher in the study group. The scores for interpersonal communication, question answering, and front desk material man-agement were significantly higher in the study group. The service satisfaction and training effectiveness were significantly higher, while the complaint rate and occurrence of service incidents were significantly lower in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing training for hospital front desk service personnel based on the Kirkpatrick Evalua-tion Model can improve their theoretical knowledge and service level, enhance patient satisfaction, and reduce the complaint rate and occurrence of service incidents.

The theory of disease prevention with traditional Chinese medicine is introduced into the prevention of chronic diseases such as hypertension. In order to fully implement the advantages of acupuncture, the three-level prevention strategy is strengthened on the whole-process intervention with acupuncture for hypertension, including prevention before disease onset, starting intervention at the early phase, and prevention disease from exacerbating. Moreover, the comprehensive management scheme, multidisciplinary coordination and participation mechanism are investigated in the field of traditional Chinese medicine for preventive treatment of hypertension.

In August 2021, three students with diarrhea from the same school visited a local hospital in the S district of Beijing. An epidemic investigation showed that there were more students with diarrhea in the same school and they had one meal together. Campylobacter jejuni was isolated from both patients with diarrhea and asymptomatic food handlers; however, the latter also carried Campylobacter coli. Phylogenomic analysis showed that there was a campylobacteriosis outbreak among the students, and the asymptomatic food handler may have been the source of the infection. Routine inspection and surveillance for Campylobacter is needed for the food producing staff, particularly those cooking in the cafeteria in schools or other public food services.

Objective To conduct the epidemiological investigation and analysis of cerebral palsy in Xinxiang of Henan Province and to investigate its risk factors in order to provid a basis for further study of etiology and prevention of cerebral palsy information. Methods Cluster sampling survey was carried out among children aged 1-6 years in XinXiang,Henan Province, and the data were analyzed by using SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis software. Results The morbidity of infantile cerebral palsy in Xinxiang of Henan Province was 2.82‰.The prevalence distribution in all age groups was 2.46 ‰-3.11‰(x2 =0.374,P =0.996),and the prevalence rate in male and female was significantly different(x2 =0.139,P =0.709) ; the sex ratio was 1.09 ∶ 1.00.Prevalence rate was slightly lower in urban areas than in rural areas (x2 =0.526,P =0.769).But no significant differences were observed in all of the data above. The incidence of cerebral palsy of children whose mothers did not established perinatal care manual and guidance during pregnancy was 5.86 times of the children whose mothers established perinatal care manual and guidance (x2 =116.806,P =0.000) ;the incidence of cerebral palsy in children whose mothers did not receive regular prenatal care during pregnancy was 5.37 times of the children whose mothers receive regular prenatal care during pregnancy (x2 =43.904,P =0.000);the incidence of cerebral palsy in children who had no neonatal follow-up after birth was 8.55times of the children with neonatal follow-up after birth (x2 =68.987,P =0.000).The incidence of cerebral palsy in children whose developmental disorders were not timely diagnosed and treated medically was 5.39 times the children whose developmental disorders were timely diagnosed and treated (x2 =56.003,P =0.000).The significant differences were observed in all of the data above. In the classification of cerebral palsy, the spastic type was the most (42.1%) ;followed by the dyskinetic (24.6%) ; the mixed (18.8%) ; and the ataxia(14.5%).Conclusions The survey results can reflect current prevalence of infantile cerebral palsy in children aged 1-6 years in XinXiang, and can be served as a basis for further prevention and treatment of cerebral palsy information.
