Objective: To explore the effects of sleep on subsequent day physical activity (PA) in children and adolescents, so as to provide a reference for refining PA intervention strategies and further investigating their underlying mechanisms. Methods: Through searching databases including Web of Science Core Collection, PubMed, EBSCOhost, ScienceDirect, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP cross sectional, cohort and experimental studies on sleep and subsequent day PA among children and adolescents were identified, with the searching period spanning from database inception to June, 2025. Based on the characteristics of the included literature, two sleep variables[sleep duration (SD) and sleep efficiency (SE)] and three physical activity variables[moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA), light physical activity (LPA), and total physical activity (TPA)] were selected. The relationship between these two types of variables was analyzed for pooled effect sizes using Stata 17.0. Results: A total of 14 studies were included, with 64.3% published in 2018 or later, involving 11 361 children and adolescents from 17 countries. Meta analysis results showed that both SD ( ES=0.04, 95%CI =0.01-0.07) and SE ( ES=0.24, 95%CI =0.01-0.47) were positively correlated with subsequent day MVPA (both P <0.05). However, no statistically significant associations were found with LPA ( ES=-0.04, 95%CI =-0.13 to 0.06; ES=-0.02, 95%CI =-0.15 to 0.11) or TPA( ES=0.09, 95%CI =-0.02 to 0.20; ES=0.02, 95%CI = -0.03 to 0.06)(all P >0.05). Subgroup analysis revealed that in the "≤6 years" subgroup, SD and SE were positively correlated with TPA ( ES=0.22, 95%CI =0.09-0.35) and MVPA ( ES=1.19, 95%CI =1.06-1.32), respectively; in the "6-12 years" subgroup, SD was positively correlated with MVPA ( ES=0.05, 95%CI =0.02-0.08); in the "≥12 years" subgroup, SE was positively correlated with LPA ( ES=0.08, 95%CI =0.00-0.16), while SD was negatively correlated with LPA ( ES=-0.23, 95%CI = -0.31 to -0.16) (all P <0.05). Conclusion Adequate SD and good SE can effectively enhance subsequent day MVPA among children and adolescents, although these sleep effects vary by age group.

Objective:To explore the curative effect and prognostic assessment value of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)in treating osteoporosis-caused spinal vertebral compression fractures by using imaging parameters of pelvic sagittal X-ray.Methods:A total of 198 patients with osteoporosis-caused spinal vertebral compression fractures who received treatment from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected,and they were divided into effective group(171 cases)and ineffective group(27 cases)according to the treatment effect.All patients underwent PKP treatment,and the parameters of preoperative measurements included sagittal vertical axis(SVA)of cervical vertebra 7(C7),the thoracic vertebra 1 pelvic angle(T1PA),thoracic kyphosis(TK),lumbar lordosis(LL)and sacral slope(SS).The clinically curative effect and prognosis between two groups were compared.Results:After PKP treatment,49 cases of 198 patients were cured,and 69 cases appeared significant effect,and 53 cases were effective,and 27 cases were ineffective.The SVA,LL and SS levels of effective group were significantly lower than those of ineffective group,and the differences of them were statistically significant(t=6.485,3.250,2.325,P<0.05),and the T1PA and TK of the effective group were significantly higher than those of the ineffective group(t=2.387,3.245,P<0.05),respectively.In 198 patients,39 cases occurred postoperative complications(20 cases occurred bone cement leakage,and 15 cases occurred recurrent adjacent vertebral fracture,and 2 cases occurred pulmonary embolism,and 2 cases occurred others),and 159 cases did not occurred complications.The SVA,LL and SS levels in patients without complications were significantly lower than those in patients with complications(t=10.304,5.669,0.844,P<0.05),and the T1PA and TK of patients without complications were significantly higher than those of patients with complications,and the differences were significant(t=3.494,5.550,P<0.05),respectively.The results of receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis showed that SVA,T1PA,TK,LL and SS had a certain value in assessing the curative effect and prognosis of PKP in treating osteoporosis-caused spinal vertebral compression fractures.Conclusion:Preoperative detection of imaging parameters of pelvic sagittal X-ray can assess the curative effect and prognosis of osteoporosis-caused spinal vertebral compression fractures,which can provide a certain reference for clinical treatment.

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of postoperative subsyndromal delirium in elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery,and to develop a nomogram risk prediction model.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 497 elderly patients who underwent abdominal surgery in a tertiary hospital in Sichuan Province from February to October 2022.The risk prediction model and nomograms model were constructed using Logistic regression analysis and R software.The area under the subject's working characteristic curve(AUC)and Hosmer-Lemshow test were used to evaluate the discrimination and calibration of the model.Results The results of Logistic regression showed that age(OR=1.066),functional activities(OR=1.143),patient controlled intravenous analgesia(OR=5.811),transanal drainage tube(OR=2.276)and postoperative blood transfusion(OR=4.322)were independent influences on the occurrence of postoperative subsyndromal delirium.The p-values of the prediction model in both the training and validation sets were greater than 0.05;the area under the ROC curves were 0.734 and 0.691;the model was presented in the form of nomogram.Conclusion The prediction model developed in this study has good discrimination and accuracy.It can be used to assist clinical staff in identifying patients at high risk of developing postoperative subsyndromal delirium and provide the reference for developing preventive and intervention measures.

Objective To propose a family-centred health education program for family caregivers of Autistic children and investigate its clinical value.Methods Delphi method was used to establish a family-centred Autistic children care program for family caregivers looking after the Autistic children,which involved two rounds of expert consultation.The pre-and post-control method for different cases was employed in the study.Forty Autistic caregivers in our hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 were assigned to the control group and another 40 in our hospital from November 2022 to January 2023 were assigned to the observation group.The family caregivers of Autistic children in the control group received traditional care education,while those in the observation group was managed with the family-centred Autistic children health education program.The two groups were compared in terms of care burden,knowledge of health education,and evaluation of clinical symptom of Autistic children.Results The expert authority coefficient of the first round of expert consultation was 0.875 respectively and those in the second round was 0.900,respectively.The coefficient of variation of the coordination degree of each index was 0.04-0.20.Kendalls W scores of the two rounds were 0.794 and 0.786,respectively.A health education program for family-centred Autistic children caregiver was established to consist of three subjects:caregiver training,family-centred parental care and activation of positive emotions of autistic caregivers.Autism caregivers in both groups had completed the study.In comparison with the control group,the care burden of the observation group was significantly lower,the knowledge of health education was significantly higher,and the evaluation of children's clinical symptoms was better among the family caregivers of autistic children in the observation group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The family-centred autistic children care program for family caregivers is scientific and applicable.It is conducive to providing health education guidance for family caregivers of Autistic children,effectively reducing the care burden and enhancing the knowledge of health education.

Objective: Based on physical activity (PA) and sedentary behavior (SB) variables on weekdays and weekends, the study aims to cluster the physical activities inside and outside kindergartens and to explore the cluster characteristics of different children using physical fitness indicators, so as to provide new strategies and methods for early childhood education and health. Methods: From March to June 2019, 291 children aged 3-6 years from 6 kindergartens in Nanchang were recruited by a stratified cluster random sampling method. The ActiGraph GT3X-BT triaxial accelerometer was used to measure and analyze the PA and SB levels inside and outside the kindergarten. A twostep clustering algorithm model was employed for cluster analysis. Physical fitness were measured and evaluated according to the "National Physical Fitness Measurement Standard Manual (Preschool Section)". Differences in physical fitness among different clusters of children were compared, and the cluster characteristics of different children were analyzed. Results: The clustering algorithm model indicated that based on six indicators, including PA and SB inside the kindergarten on weekdays, and PA and SB outside the kindergarten on both weekdays and weekends, children could be divided into three categories:active inside (high PA, low SB inside), active outside (high PA outside), and inactive (low PA, high SB both inside and outside). The average silhouette coefficient of the model was 0.3, indicating good clustering results. Both the active inside and active outside children showed significantly higher PA inside on weekdays, PA outside on weekdays and weekends, daily low intensity physical activity (LPA) and moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) than the inactive children ( F=157.91, 80.79 , 95.86, 95.52, 124.74, P <0.05). After adjusting for gender and age, the physical fitness scores of both active outside ( 19.03 ±0.47) and active inside (19.11±0.40) were significantly higher than those of the inactive children (17.94±0.31). Additionally, active inside children (3.91±0.14) also showed significantly better performance in continuous double-leg jumps, compared to inactive children (3.45±0.11) ( P <0.05). Conclusion Children active inside and those active outside perform well in PA. Future research should focus on the proportion of structured and unstructured PA time to enhance the overall physical fitness of children.

Objective To investigate the role of low dose esketamine in pretreated limb ischemia-reperfusion inju-ry.Methods The rats were divided into sham-operated group(Sham group),ischemia-reperfusion group(I/R group,3 h of ischemia and 2 h of reperfusion),esketamine group(ESK group,ip,5 mg/kg).The plasma con-centrations of creatine kinase(CK)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)were measured.The wet/dry weight ratio of skeletal muscle was immediately detected.The gastrocnemius muscle was harvested and the level of malondial-dehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)was detected by colorimetric assay.The expression of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)were detected by Western blot and im-munohistochemical staining.Results Compared with Sham group,the index of wet/dry weight ratio,MDA,CK,LDH,Nrf2 and HO-1 were all increased,but SOD was decreased in I/R group(P＜0.05).Compared with I/R group,the index of wet/dry weight ratio,MDA,CK and LDH were significantly lower,but SOD and Nrf2 and HO-1 were significantly higher in ESK group(P＜0.05).Conclusions ESK may increase Nrf2 in the nucleus,thereby increase the HO-1 protein as an antioxidant agent.

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of pancreatic metastatic tumors and evaluate the clinical value of endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration or biopsy (EUS-FNA/B) in their diagnosis.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical, radiological, and pathological data of 11 cases with pancreatic metastatic tumors diagnosed by EUS-FNA/B at the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University between January 2011 and December 2020. Tumor size, number of lesions, time interval between diagnosis of metastatic lesions and primary tumors, radiological and EUS findings and pathological types were recorded, and success rate and diagnostic rate of EUS-FNA/B were analyzed.Results:The 11 patients with pancreatic metastatic tumors had an age range of 43 to 76 years, including 7 males and 4 females. Eight cases presented with symptoms of abdominal pain and poor appetite, 1 case had cervical lymph node enlargement, and 2 cases were detected during routine physical examination. Five cases had abnormal serum tumor markers. All patients had a confirmed history of primary tumors, and the median time interval between diagnosis of pancreatic metastatic lesions and primary tumors was 24 months (-1-124 months). Seven cases had solitary lesions, and 4 cases had multiple nodules under EUS. Eight cases were initially diagnosed clinically as pancreatic lesions or tumor, while 3 cases were considered as pancreatic metastatic tumor. All of 11 cases underwent EUS-FNA/B and were histologically confirmed as pancreatic metastatic tumors. The most common pathological type was lung small cell neuroendocrine cancer ( n=4), followed by renal cell carcinoma ( n=3), and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma ( n=1), pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma( n=1), malignant melanoma ( n=1), and gastric adenocarcinoma ( n=1). Conclusions:The pancreas is not a common target site for tumor metastasis.EUS-FNA/B is a relatively safe minimally invasive method for the diagnosis of pancreatic metastatic tumors.

Objective:To detect the mRNA expression and methylation status of leucine rich repeat containing 55(LRRC55) gene in pancreatic carcinoma tissues, and discuss the clinical value.Methods:Resected pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and normal adjacent specimens from 37 patients admitted in General Surgery of First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University were collected from May 2019 to May 2021. Another two normal pancreas specimens and two blood samples from healthy adults were also collected. All patients′ age, gender, tumor location, tumor size, tumor differentiation, TNM staging, lymphatic metastasis, CEA and CA19-9 level were recorded. Bisulfite treatment of genomic DNA and sequencing analysis was used to study methylation patterns in CpG islands of the promoter for LRRC55 gene in fresh tissues from 2 pancreatic adenocarcinoma and adjacent tissues, 2 normal pancreatic tissues, 2 pancreatic cancer cell lines (PaTu8988 and ASPC1). LRRC55 mRNA in 35 pancreatic adenocarcinoma and adjacent tissues was detected by real-time quantitative PCR and the correlations with clinical parameters were analyzed.Results:CpG islands of LRRC55 in pancreatic adenocarcinoma tissues and pancreatic cancer cell lines was highly methylated and the mean methylation rate was 53% and 71%, respectively; while LRRC55 gene in pancreatic adjacent tissues and normal pancreatic tissues was lowly methylated, and the mean methylation rate was 8% and 11%. The relative expression in the pancreatic adenocarcinoma tissues and the paired adjacent normal tissues was 0.21 (0.02, 1.00 ) and 0.98 (0.33, 3.66 ), respectively; the former was significantly lower than the later and the difference was statistically significant ( P=0.003). Correlation analysis showed that LRRC55 mRNA expression level was related to tumor differentiation and CEA, but not correlated with patients′ age, gender, tumor location and size, CA19-9 level, lymphatic metastasis and TNM staging. Conclusions:Pancreatic cancer tissue and cell lines had abnormal methylation of LRRC55 gene; LRRC55 gene hypermethylation was related with its lower mRNA expression level in pancreatic cancer, which was correlated with the tumor differentiation and CEA level. LRRC55 may be a potential suppressor gene for pancreatic cancer.

Alpha-fetoprotein producing gastric cancer (AFPGC) is a special type of gastric cancer. AFPGC is considered to be the most highly invasive tumor with a high degree of malignancy and prone to metastasis. As a consequence, it usually causes unsatisfied treatment effect and the prognosis is poor. At present, treatment methods and monitoring indicators have limited effect on AFPGC. VEGF, HER2, AFP, GPC3 and SALL4 are cogently associated with tumor genesis and development. If we can reasonably guide the treatment and prognosis of AFPGC patients, it will greatly improve the situation of patients and improve the survival of patients. This article reviews the research progress of the genes related to the treatment and prognosis of AFPGC.

Objective: To understand the present situation of physical activity and its influencing factors, and to provide a reference for improving the level of physical activity and making the intervention measures. Methods: The method of random stratification was used to select 4 740 pre school children aged 3-6 from 17 kindergartens in 12 counties and districts of Nanchang City, The questionnaire of physical activities of young children and the questionnaire of parents of physical activities of young children were applied to conduct a survey. Results: Compared with weekday PA and MVPA, preschool children’s weekends decreased, SB increased. The differences in PA, MVPA and SB on weekdays and weekends were statistically significant( P <0.01). The proportion of PA and MVPA reaching the recommended amount during the working day of preschool children were 44.9%-59.2%, 45.4%- 61.7%.The proportion reaching the recommended amount of PA and MVPA on weekends were 24.7%-27.8%, 24.5%-29.9%, and the proportion reaching the recommended amount on weekdays was higher than that on weekends. Conclusion There is still gap between actual amount of physical activity and the recommended amount. There are different modes of activity on weekdays and weekends, and weekends are the least active periods. Parents and teachers should pay enough attention to the establishment of "social campus family" model to improve the lack of physical activity of preschool children.
