Objective To observe the effect of Zha's manipulation combined with muscle energy technique(MET)on neck and shoulder pain and Neck Disability Index(NDI)of patients with second and third cervical facet joint disorders, and then to find out a precise, safe and effective therapies for the its treatment. Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted for 60 patients with second and third cervical facet joint disorders who met the inclusion criteria. The patients who admitted to the outpatient clinic of the Rehabilitation Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2023 to July 2024 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was given the treatment of Zha's manipulation combined with MET,and the control group was given conventional tuina therapy. The treatment was performed once a day and the course of treatment covered five consecutive treatments. The changes of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of pain and NDI scores in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results(1)During the treatment, there were no fell-off cases in the two groups, and all patients completed the whole course of treatment.(2)After five days of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%(29/30),and that of the control group was 86.7%(26/30);the intergroup comparison(tested by rank sum test)showed that the therapeutic efficacy of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment, the VAS scores of neck pain in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of the VAS scores of neck pain in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)After treatment, the NDI scores for evaluating the cervical vertebra function in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of NDI scores in the treatment group on was significantly superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zha's manipulation combined with MET therapy can effectively alleviate pain and improve the cervical vertebra function of patients with second and third cervical facet joint disorders, and its therapeutic efficacy is superior to that of conventional tuina therapy.

Objective:
To understand the relationship between residential neighborhood green space and mental health of middle school students, so as to provide a theoretical basis for mental health promotion among of middle school students at the level of residential environment.
Methods:
From October to December 2023, 1 258 students from three junior high schools and two general high schools in Panlong, Wuhua, Chenggong, and Guandu districts of Kunming City were selected by stratified cluster random sampling method. Conducting onsite questionnaire survey using the Mental Health Inventroy of Middle School students, residential neighborhood green space were evaluated using normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI). Analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between as green space in residential neighborhoods and the mental health of middle school students.
Results:
The average mental health score of middle school students in Kunming was (2.02± 0.69 ), of which 447 (37.92%) had mild mental health problems, 107 (8.51%) had moderate mental health problems, and 12 ( 0.95% ) had more severe mental health problems. Mental health scores of middle school students varied significantly by gender, grade, and family income ( t/F =6.99, 7.15, 3.70, P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that NDVI_250 m, NDVI_500 m, and NDVI_1 000 m were all negatively correlated with the total mental health scores of middle school students ( r =-0.07,-0.09, -0.10 , P <0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, grade, NDVI_250 m, NDVI_500 m, and NDVI_1 000 m were infuencing factors on the mental health of middle school students( B =0.25,0.05,-0.47,-0.67,-0.78, P <0.05).
Conclusions
Mental health of middle school students in Kunming is related to green space in different buffer zones around residences. The mental health education of middle school students should be strengthened, especially for girls and senior students, optimizing resources to reduce pressure, and improving the quality of green space in residential communities to improve the mental health of adolescents.

In this study, an analytical method was developed and used to quantify simultaneously protocatechuic acid, neochlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid and 1, 3-dicaffeoylquinic acid--four bioactive compounds contained in Fructus Xanthii using UPLC. The contents of four phenolic components of 28 batches of samples collected from different product areas and markets were determined and compared by means of this established method. The mobile phase was composed of methanol and water containing 0.1% phosphoric acid. Chromatography was monitored at dual-wavelengths--220 and 327 nm. Flow rate was 0.4 mL x min(-1) and column temperature was 35 degrees C. The correlation coefficient between concentration and chromatographic peak area of protocatechuic acid, neochlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid and 1, 3-dicaffeoylquinic acid was over 0.9999 in the range of 0.3570-35.70, 2.500-250.0, 1.060-106.1, 1.010-101.0 microg x mL(-1), respectively. The average recoveries of the four compounds were 97.68%, 99.55%, 97.92% and 100.4%, respectively. In conclusion, the established method can rapidly attain an accurate and reproducible result used to control the quality of Fructus Xanthii.
