Objective To explore the influence of the chronic disease management model based on wearable devices on the self-management ability, quality of life and physiological index control of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in Hefei BOE Hospital from April to September 2024 were selected as research objects. They were divided into control group and intervention group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received the conventional care model, while the intervention group adopted a postoperative chronic disease management model based on wearable devices, and the intervention period was 6 months for all.The coronary artery disease self-management scale(CSMS)was used to assess self-management ability, and the Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)was used to assess quality of life before and after the intervention.Additionally, the compliance rates of blood pressure, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),and body mass index(BMI)were recorded. Results After the intervention, the scores of each dimension and total score of CSMS,as well as the scores of each dimension of SAQ of two groups of patients were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).Moreover,the scores of each dimension and total score of CSMS and the scores of each dimension of SAQ of intervention group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The compliance rates of blood pressure,LDL-C and BMI in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The chronic disease management model based on wearable devices, through data monitoring, team collaboration and dynamic intervention, can significantly enhance the self-management ability of patients after PCI,improve their quality of life and the compliance rate of key physiological indicators, and has clinical promotion value.

3.Epidemiological characteristics of 107 pediatric partients with COVID-19 during the initial phase of the outbreak
Chinese Journal of School Health 2020;41(5):654-656
Objective:
To describe the epidemiological characteristics and clinical manifestations of the 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in pediatric patients, and to provide data support and decision-making basis for the prevention and control of COVID-19.
Methods:
Cases of children aged 0-17 years reported by provincial health commissions in Anhui, Shandong, Zhejiang and Henan provinces were collected to analyze their spatial, temporal, and demographic distribution.
Results:
By 24:00 on February 6, 2020, a total of 107 pediatric patients had been reported in the four provinces, accounting for 3.8% (107/2 808) of the total cases reported in the four provinces during the same period. Anhui, Shandong, Zhejiang and Henan provinces had 25, 25, 28 and 29 cases, respectively. Cases ranged in age from 5 days after birth to 17 years, with a median age of 8 years. Boys accounted for 58.9%. Totally 38 cases had a history of sojourn in Wuhan or Hubei, 63 cases had a history of exposure to confirmed cases, and 6 cases with unknown exposure history. A group of 52 family clustering were found in 107 cases. All cases presented mild symptoms, no serious and no death.
Conclusion
Children were also susceptible to the COVID-19. Before February 2, the index pediatric cases were mainly the first generation cases, and after February 3, these pediatric cases were mainly the secondary-generation cases and those who had close contact with confirmed cases. The monitoring of children with secondgeneration cases and close contact with COVID-19 cases were valued.

We used the epidemic data of COVID-19 published on the official website of the municipal health commission in Anhui province. We mapped the spatiotemporal changes of confirmed cases, fitted the epidemic situation by the population growth curve at different stages and took statistical description and analysis of the epidemic situation in Anhui province. It was found that the cumulative incidence of COVID-19 was 156/100 000 by February 18, 2020 and the trend of COVID-19 epidemic declined after February 7, changing from J curve to S curve. The actual number of new cases began to decrease from February 2 to February 4 due to the time of case report and actual onset delayed by 3 to 5 days.

Objective To explore the effect of Clostridium butyricum ( C. butyricum ) and its metabolite butyrate on the function of intestinal mucosal barrier and intestinal flora in acute necrotizing pancreatitis ( ANP) rats with intra-abdominal hypertension ( IAH) . Methods Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (A group, n=20), ANP with IAH group(B group, n=20), ANP with IAH and C. butyricum treated group ( C group, n=20 ) , ANP with IAH and sodium butyrate treated group ( D group, n=20). Rats of C and D group were given intragastric administration of C. butyricum 1 × 109 CFU once a day or 100 mg/kg sodium butyrate once a day from 10 days before modeling. Sodium taurocholate injection method via pancreatobiliary ducts was used to establish ANP with IAH rat model, and the intra-abdominal pressure was measured by direct puncture of left lower belly 24 h after modeling. Blood samples were collected for detecting serum amylase(AMY), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), diamine oxidase( DAO ) , lipopolysaccharide ( LPS ) and D-Lactate, and the pathological changes of terminal ileum was observed. Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the populations of 6 bacteria in ileum mucosa. Results The levels of AMY, TNF-α, LPS,DAO, D-Lactate and ileum mucosa score were obviously higher in B, C and D group than those in A group, but the number of piobiotic flora in ileum mucosa was lower than that in A group, while the number of pathogenic bacteria was higher than that in A group. The levels of LPS, DAO, D-Lactate and ileum mucosa pathological score were lower in C group and D group than those in B group, but the number of piobiotic flora in ileum mucosa was lower than that in B group, while the number of pathogenic bacteria was higher than that in B group. All the differences above were statistically different (P<0.05). Conclusions C. butyricum and butyrate can maintain the function of intestinal mucosal barrier in ANP rats with IAH, and also readjust the imbalance of intestinal flora.

Objective:To express and purify the fusion protein of GST-FILIP-1L and prepare its polyclonal antibody. Methods:The constructed recombinant expression vectors pGEX-4T3-FILIP-1L were transformed into Escherichia Coli BL21. FILIP-1L fusion protein was induced by IPTG and purified by Glutathion Sepharse 4B . The rabbit was immunized by the purified fusion protein, and pro-duced serum with anti-FILIP-1L antibody. The titer of polyclonal antibody was detected by ELISA, the anti-FILIP-1L polyclonal antibody was purified by Active and its combining specificity with FILIP-1L protein was further identified by Western blot. Results:The GST-FILIP-1L fusion protein was highly expressed in E. coli, and its specific polyclonal antibody was obtained after the immunization. The polyclonal antibody purified by Active Ester Agrose was able to combine specially with FILIP-1L protein and transformed FILIP-1L protein in 293 cells and FILIP-1L protein of liver cancer cells, respectively. Conclusion: The GST-FILIP-1L fusion protein was expressed successfully, the anti-GST-FILIP-1L polyclonal antibodies with high titer and specificity are successfully prepared, these antibodies provide an useful experimental tool to research the biological function of the FILIP-1L protein.
