To further investigate the molecular genetic characteristics of enzomatic nasal tumor vi-rus of goats(ENTV-2)in Yunnan Province, this study measured and analyzed the entire genome of ENTV-2 in Yunnan Province. The results showed that the complete genome sequence of the EN-TV-2 YN2023 strain(GenBank accession number:PP682590.1)was successfully obtained. The YN2023 strain has a total length of 7 307 bp and a typical structure of 5'-M5-gag-pro-pol-env-M3-3'.Whole genome sequence homology analysis showed that the nucleotide homology between YN2023 strain and 41 reference strains ranges from 85.3%to 95.5%.The whole genome evolution-ary tree indicates that the YN2023 strain is closely related to the prevalent strains in China, with certain genetic diversity and geographical clustering. The analysis of the gag gene evolutionary tree shows that the gag gene cluster of YN2023 strain is on a branch of the ENTV-2 gag gene, and YN2023 is clustered on the same small branch as enENTV-FJ1 and GDQY2017 strains, with the closest genetic relationship. The env gene evolutionary tree shows that YN2023 is on the same branch as GDQY2017,GDZJ2022,ENTV-2CHN1-6,ENTV-FJ1,and ENTV-FJ3,and is also on the same branch as GDQY2017,indicating a close genetic relationship.Recombination analysis showed that the YN2023 strain underwent a potential recombination event between breakpoint positions 6378-7478 bp,with the Chinese Chongqing strain enENTV-CQ1(OR669623.1)as the primary parent and the Chinese Sichuan strain BH(MT254062.1)as the secondary parent. This study enriches the genomic information of the ENTV-2 strain in Yunnan Province and provides data sup-port for the genetic variation of ENTV-2 in Yunnan Province.

Objective:To investigate the effect of different acquisition duration of brain image of 18F-florbetaben(18F-FBB)positron emission tomography(PET)on standardized uptake value(SUV).Methods:Eight subjects who underwent 18F-FBB PET examination in Chinese PLA General Hospital from May 2021 to June 2021 were selected, including 5 persons of healthy control and 3 patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).All subjects underwent 18F-FBB PET imaging, and the dynamic PET images of them on brains were continuously acquired for 20 min between 90 and 110 min after the 18F-FBB injection was injected as(3.7-5.5 MBq/kg).Under the situation that other reconstruction parameters did not change, the images were reconstructed at 0-1,0-3,0-5,0-10,0-15 and 0-20 min, respectively. The same of region of interest(ROI)ranges were delineated in bilateral frontal cortex, bilateral temporal cortex, bilateral parietal cortex, posterior cingulate gyrus and cerebellar cortex of each group of images. And then, the corresponding mean standardized uptake value(SUVmean)of each region was obtained. The differences of SUVmean values of different ROI values between each group of data images and the images of 0-20 min were compared and analyzed. Results:There were significant differences in SUVmean between the acquired images in 0-1,0-3,0-5 and 0-10 min and the acquired standard images of 0-20 min(t=-7.569--2.410,P<0.05),respectively.There were no significant differences in SUVmean between the acquired images of 0-15 min and the acquired standard images of 0-20 min in the bilateral frontal lobe, bilateral temporal lobe, bilateral parietal cortex and posterior cingulate gyrus(P>0.05),only there was significant difference in the cerebellar cortex area between them(t=-5.597,P<0.001).Conclusion:The results of 15 min can reach to the similar results of 20 min in acquiring images, which can shorten the time of examination, and enhance the degrees of comfort and cooperation of patients in examination. It has clinical application value.

Objective:To investigate the effect of botulinum toxin type A on children with odorihidrosis. Methods:From March 2017 to February 2021, 121 children with odorihidrosis, including 48 males and 73 females, aged 13 to 17 (15.9±1.2) years, were admitted to the Burn and Plastic Surgery Department of the 980 Hospital of PLA. There were 24 cases in mild group, 50 cases in moderate group and 47 cases in severe group. Botulinum toxin A was injected into 20-50 points on each side, and 1 U was injected into each point. The total amount of botulinum toxin A was 50-100 U on both sides. Results:Three groups of children were evaluated for efficacy, 24 cases of mild group was significantly effective in 23 cases, accounting for 95.8%. In the moderate group, 46 (92.0%) of 50 cases showed obvious effect. 49 cases (98.0%) were effective; In the severe group, 40 cases (85.1%) showed obvious effect and 45 cases (95.7%) were effective. Three groups of children with different efficacy had no statistical significance ( P>0.05). The significant efficiency in mild and moderate groups was higher than that in severe group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Botulinum toxin type A is effective in the treatment of children with mild and moderate bromhidrosis, and is worthy of clinical application.

The gluteal fat grafting technique continues to grow in popularity, along with which the safety issue should not be ignored. It drew attentions of researchers that due to the existence of large vessels, fat embolism or fat embolism syndrome occurred more frequently for gluteal fat grafting, which might lead to death. In this situation, researchers performed a series of study including retrospective case series, systematic analysis, questionnaire survey and anatomical study, and summarized a series of safety principles for gluteal fat grafting, such as scanning high-risk patients; staying subcutaneously injection, avoiding intramuscular injection; using cannula size over 4 mm; keeping cannula parallel to gluteus maximus; injecting while withdrawing; and avoiding excessive local pressure. Based on the literature review, this article analyzes and summarizes the safety of gluteal fat grafting.
