Bisphenols (BPs) are extensively used in food packaging, personal care products, and plastics, making them prevalent in both living and working environments, which has raised significant concern. As endocrine-disrupting chemicals, BPs exert toxic effects on the female reproductive system by binding to estrogen receptors, thereby activating or inhibiting the expression of genes related to reproductive functions, which disrupts the normal function of the endocrine system. This paper reviewed the effects of bisphenol A (BPA), bisphenol S (BPS), and bisphenol F (BPF) on female reproductive function, focusing on three key aspects: the effects on the female reproductive organs, the occurrence of associated reproductive disorders, and the mechanisms of toxicity. Specifically, this review highlighted the effects on ovarian function, uterine morphology and function, and fallopian tube function, as well as their correlation with polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, miscarriage, and eclampsia. Additionally, the toxic mechanisms of BPs exposure were summarized, providing a scientific basis for future research on the impact of BPs on the female reproductive system, as well as for the assessment of potential health risks and the development of preventive measures.

Traditional antibody drug conjugates(ADC)combine monoclonal antibodies with cytotoxic drugs to accurately strike cancer cells, but there are still many shortcomings in stability, targeting, efficacy, and safety.Novel ADC,such as bi-specific,site-specific,dual-payload,and pro-drug type ADC,can be optimized by simultaneously binding 2 different antigens or epitopes, selecting more stable linkers, coupling with specific amino acid sites of antibodies, carrying different drug payloads, and adopting prodrug strategies, while retaining the characteristics of traditional ADC.Significantly improving the stability, targeting, efficacy and safety of drugs can better meet the needs of clinical treatment.Novel ADC will play a more important role in cancer treatment in the future.Discussing the progress of novel ADC in cancer treatment and analyzing their advantages and challenges can provide theoretical support for the development of anti-cancer strategies and provide directions for drug research and development.

Although immunotherapy has made a breakthrough in the treatment of cancer, the emergence of drug resistance has limited be-nefits in most patients, and reversing immunotherapy resistance remains a hotly debated and unresolved issue. The tumor microenviron-ment(TME)comprises a large number of T lymphocytes.During the biological processes of proliferation, activation, and the effect of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs),TILs face severe local metabolic stress, resulting in metabolic reprogramming to meet the markedly increased energy demand and biosynthesis requirements. This process of adaptive changes in the metabolic pattern is closely related to the pheno-type and function of TILs,affecting immunotherapy efficacy and mediating immunotherapy resistance. In recent years, with the study of TIL metabolism and the search for specific metabolic regulatory points, targeting the TIL metabolic pathway could restore the tumor-killing func-tion and reverse immunotherapy resistance. This review explores the relationship between the metabolic reprogramming of TILs and im-mune resistance, and provides a new strategy for reversing immune resistance.

Objective:To study the stability and influencing factors of potassium iodate iodized salt that can be sold in Jilin Province. Methods:In November 2020, 10 large supermarkets were randomly selected in Jilin Province, and two kinds of potassium iodate iodized salts were randomly selected in each supermarket, with five copies of each kind, a total of 100 samples of iodized salt, and the iodine content was determined by spectrophotometry (iodide-starch blue light method). Iodized salt samples were classified according to different salt species (mine salt, sea salt and lake salt) and different production processes (refined salt and non-refined salt). The salt was stored at room temperature, and the iodine content in the salt was measured at 0, 10 and 20 days after opening the packaging. The iodine content attenuation rates of different salt species and different production processes were compared. Results:The mine salt, sea salt and lake salt in iodized salt samples were 45, 45 and 10 portions, respectively. The iodine contents of the 0th day of storage [(19.89 ± 1.38), (20.62 ± 1.91), (19.78 ± 1.01) mg/kg] were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant ( F = 2.57, P = 0.093). On the 10th day, the iodine content of mine salt was lower than that of sea salt and lake salt, and the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0.05); on the 20th day, the iodine content of mine salt was lower than that of sea salt, and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). There was a significant difference in the iodine content of mine salt stored at 0, 10 and 20 days ( F = 90.62, P < 0.001). The iodine content of sea salt and lake salt on the 20th day was significantly lower than that on the 0th and 10th day, and the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0.05). The iodine content attenuation rates of mine salt, sea salt and lake salt on the 0 - 10 days was compared with that on the 10 - 20 days, and the differences were statistically significant ( Z = 2.24, 2.94, 2.80, P < 0.05). There was a significant difference in the iodine content attenuation rates of mine salt, sea salt and lake salt during the 0 - 10 days of storage ( Z = 24.05, P < 0.001), there was no statistically significant difference in the iodine content attenuation rates on 10 - 20 days ( Z = 5.86, P = 0.053). There was no significant difference in iodine content attenuation rates between refined salt and non-refined salt on 0 - 10, 10 - 20 days ( Z = 1.16, 0.28, P > 0.05). There was no statistical significant difference in the iodine content attenuation rates of refined salt and non-refined salt on the 0 - 10 days compared with those of 10 - 20 days ( Z = 0.76, 1.90, P > 0.05). Conclusions:Iodine loss occurs at 20 days after opening the packaging of iodized salt in Jilin Province. The attenuation of iodine content is less affected by salt species and production processes. It is recommended to eat iodized salt within 20 days after opening the packaging.

Objective:To investigate the association of blood oxidative stress level with hypertriglyceridemia in the elderly aged 65 years and older in China. Methods:A total of 2 393 participants aged 65 years and older were recruited in 9 longevity areas from Heathy Aging and Biomarkers Cohort Study, during 2017 to 2018. Information on demographics characteristic, life style and health status were collected by questionnaire and physical examination, and venous blood was collected to detect the levels of blood oxidative stress and hypertriglyceridemia. The linear or non-linear association between oxidative stress and hypertriglyceridemia was described by restrictive cubic splines (RCS) fitting multiple linear regression model. The generalized linear mixed effect model was conducted to assess the association between oxidative stress and hypertriglyceridemia. Results:A total of 2 393 participants, mean age was 84.6 years, the youngest was 65 and the oldest was 112, the male was 47.9%(1 145/2 393), the triglyceride level was (1.4±0.8) mmol/L. The hypertriglyceridemia detection rate was 9.99%(239/2 393). The results of multiple linear regression model with restrictive cubic spline fitting showed that MDA level was linear association with triglyceride level; SOD level was nonlinear association with triglyceride level. MDA level had significantly association with hypertriglyceridemia, and the corresponding OR value was 1.063 (95% CI: 1.046,1.081) with 1 nmol/ml increment of blood MDA; SOD level had significantly association with hypertriglyceridemia, and the corresponding OR value was 0.986(95% CI: 0.983,0.989) with 1 U/ml increment of blood SOD. Conclusion:Among the elderly aged 65 and older in 9 longevity areas in China, MDA and SOD levels were associated with the risk of hypertriglyceridemia.

Objective To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of curcumin on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute lung injury. Methods Totally 24 SD rats were randomly divided into a control group, a LPS group and a LPS+curcumin group (n=8 in each group). The degree of lung injury (oxygen partial pressure, wet/dry ratio, pathological scores) and inflammatory levels [tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-6, monocyte chemotactic protein (MCP)-1, Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1) expression] of the lung were detected in different groups. Results Oxygen partial pressure was significantly lower in the LPS group than that in the control group (P<0.05), while wet/dry ratio, pathological scores and expression levels of TNF-α, IL-6, MCP-1, TLR4 and HMGB1 were significantly higher in the LPS group than those in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the LPS group, curcumin significantly reduced wet/dry ratio, pathological scores and expression levels of TNF-α, IL-6, MCP-1, TLR4 and HMGB1 in the LPS+curcumin group (P<0.05), while it significantly improved oxygen partial pressure (P<0.05). Conclusion Curcumin might protect LPS-induced acute lung injury through inhibition of TLR4-HMGB1-inflammation pathway.
