ObjectiveTo explore the main mechanism of self-precipitation formed during the decoction of Sinitang(SNT), and to provide a research basis for exploring the differences in the toxic and effective components of this compound. MethodsThe average precipitation yields of SNT, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma(GRR)-Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata(ALRP) decoction(GF), ALRP-Zingiberis Rhizoma(ZR) decoction(FJ), GRR-ZR decoction(GJD), ALRP decoction(FZ), ZR decoction(GJ) and GRR decoction(GC) were determined. The four main self-precipitation samples of SNT, GF, FZ and GC were physically characterized by particle size, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), pH, total dissolved solids(TDS), conductivity, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) analysis. The chemical compositions of SNT decoction and its different phases was identified by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-electrostatic field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS) for SNT, SNT self-precipitation and SNT supernatant, and the contents of its main toxic and effective components were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). ResultsPrecipitation yield results of the 7 samples of SNT decoction and single decoction showed that SNT had the highest self-precipitation yield. The formation of SNT self-precipitation was mainly related to the reaction between ALRP and GRR components to form complexes, and FT-IR showed that GRR had the greatest influence on the formation of self-precipitation. A total of 110 components were identified in the SNT decoction, including 100 components in the SNT self-precipitation and 106 components in the SNT supernatant. And quantitative results of the main toxic and effective components revealed that the reaction between ALRP and GRR components formed complexes, resulting in the following content hierarchy for free components:SNT decoctionsupernatantself-precipitation, these components included free liquiritin, benzoylmesaconine, benzoylaconitine, benzoylhypacoitine, liquiritigenin, aconitine, hypoaconitine, isoliquiritigenin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate. ConclusionSNT exhibits spontaneous precipitation during compound decoction, with GRR exerting the greatest influence on its formation. This suggests GRR plays a significant role in the detoxification of SNT. The differences in the self-precipitated toxic-effective components of SNT compound decoction primarily manifest as changes in component content, reflecting the characteristics of SNT "deposition in vitro and sustained release in vivo" and the importance of "administered at draught" in the clinical application of SNT.

Collagen-based materials, renowned for their biocompatibility and minimal immunogenicity, serve as exemplary substrates in a myriad of biomedical applications. Collagen-based micro/nanogels, in particular, are valued for their increased surface area, tunable degradation rates, and ability to facilitate targeted drug delivery, making them instrumental in advanced therapeutics and tissue engineering endeavors. Although extensive reviews on micro/nanogels exist, they tend to cover a wide range of biomaterials and lack a specific focus on collagen-based materials. The current review offers an in-depth look into the manufacturing technologies, drug release mechanisms, and biomedical applications of collagen-based micro/nanogels to address this gap. First, we provide an overview of the synthetic strategies that allow the precise control of the size, shape, and mechanical strength of these collagen-based micro/nanogels by controlling the degree of cross-linking of the materials. These properties are crucial for their performance in biomedical applications. We then highlight the environmental responsiveness of these collagen-based micro/nanogels, particularly their sensitivity to enzymes and pH, which enables controlled drug release under various pathological conditions. The discussion then expands to include their applications in cancer therapy, antimicrobial treatments, bone tissue repair, and imaging diagnosis, emphasizing their versatility and potential in these critical areas. The challenges and future perspectives of collagen-based micro/nanogels in the field are discussed at the end of the review, with an emphasis on the translation to clinical practice. This comprehensive review serves as a valuable resource for researchers, clinicians, and scientists alike, providing insights into the current state and future directions of collagen-based micro/nanogel research and development.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2024;36(8):669-673
Objective:
To analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the construction on intelligent vaccination clinics in Zhejiang Province, so as to provide countermeasures for promoting the construction of intelligent vaccination clinics in Zhejiang Province.
Methods:
By reviewing the annual reports of Zhejiang immunization planning, survey data from Zhejiang Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Immunization Intelligent Service System, data of human resources of immunization planning, vaccine procurement, construction progress of intelligent vaccination clinics and vaccination were collected. The relevant literature was searched to gather information on the construction standards and norms of intelligent vaccination clinics. The analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) of the construction of intelligent vaccination clinics was conducted, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
Results:
The National Immunization Program reported vaccine rate in Zhejiang Province is more than 99%, and standardized vaccination clinics have been popularized throughout the province. The vaccination staff are professional, and a province-wide intelligent immunization service information system has been established, providing the resources and conditions for the construction of intelligent vaccination clinics. However, there are problems such as low data quality and matching efficiency in vaccination, insufficient data interoperability and sharing, unbalanced regional capabilities in intelligent transformation, and uneven distribution of talent and resources. It is crucial to seize the opportunities presented by the development of big data and artificial intelligence, rely on the regional development of the Internet and health industry, seize the opportunity of rapid growth in demand for intelligent vaccination services and high public acceptance, accelerate the construction of intelligent vaccination clinics, and establish intelligent vaccination service standards as soon as possible.
Conclusion
We should seize the opportunities presented by the digital reform and development, fully utilize the existing vaccination resources and strengths, address the shortcomings, and accelerate the construction of intelligent vaccination clinics in Zhejiang Province.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2021;37(5):321-325
Objective:To explore the effects of infant sleep patterns on maternal sleep quality. Methods:Three hundred and nineteen pairs of mothers and infants from two grade three class-a hospitals in Nantong City were enrolled. Infant sleep patterns were assessed by the Brief Infant Sleep Questionnaire (BISQ). Maternal sleep quality was evaluated using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). The effect of infant sleep patterns on maternal sleep quality was analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed with multivariate analysis. Results:The maternal sleep quality scored 7.08±2.60. Single factor analysis pointed out that the sleep quality of women whose infants slept in bed near parents, woke up more than 3 times a night, was nocturnal wakefulness more than 60 minutes or nocturnal sleep duration less than 8 hours was significantly worse. After controlling for confounding variables, the way of baby falling asleep, numbers of night wakings, nocturnal sleep duration, maternal age, infant′s gender and primary caregiver were independent factors of maternal sleep quality. Conclusion:Infant sleep pattern is an important factor affecting maternal sleep quality. Nurses should provide information about the sleep patterns of infants to mothers and their family members to promote their babies′ sleep habits so as to improve the maternal sleep quality.

Objective:To explore the effect of postpartum fatigue(PPF) on maternal behavior in rats and its mechanisms.Methods:Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats on the first day after delivery were randomized into the control group and the PPF group using the random number table method, with eight rats in each group. The rat model of PPF was established by forcing rats to stand in a cage with water and last for seven days.To maintain galactosis and lactation, rats and pups were caged for 90 min after every 3 h of separation. The control group was separated routinely without any stimulus. The length and body mass of the pups were recorded at birth and postnatal day 7.On the seven days after modeling, the following maternal behaviors were observed via video recordings: suckling, nesting, clicking and retrieval. The morphology of neurons in the paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus (PVH) was observed by HE staining. The expression of oxytocin in the paraventricular hypothalamus (OxtPVH) was determined by immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry.Western blot and qRT-PCR were performed to detect mRNA and protein expression of prolactin (PRL) in pituitary gland, respectively.Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS version 22.0, normally distributed continuous variables were compared between the two groups using an independent-sample t test, and nonnormally distributed continuous variables were compared between the two groups by Mann-Whitney U test. Results:On the seventh day after modeling, the length and weight gain of pups in the PPF group ((5.82±0.17) cm, (5.33±2.54) g)were significantly lower than those of the control group ((6.24±0.36) cm, (7.92±2.54) g, t=3.199, 2.227, both P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the rats in PPF group exhibited abnormal maternal behaviors, such as gnawing cage, biting tails, turning circles, repeatedly nesting and refusal to suckling. The results from the maternal behavioral test revealed that the latency of first pup retrieval and last pup retrieval ((39.25±3.50) s, (280.75±59.16) s) in the PPF group were significantly prolonged compared with those in the control group((19.25±7.68) s, (146.00±49.62) s, t=-4.742, -3.490, both P<0.05), the duration of nesting building ((19.50±12.69) s)and clicking ((95.50±70.55)s) in the PPF group were significantly shorter than those in the control group((68.00±37.59) s, (243.00±62.07) s; t=2.445, 3.139, both P<0.05). Compared with control group, the neurons cells of PVH in the PPF group were in disordered manner and the OxtPVH content in the PPF group decreased significantly. The mRNA (0.33(0.29, 0.38) vs 0.85(0.76, 1.76), Z=-3.576, P<0.05) and protein ((1.00±0.65) vs (4.17±0.49), t=-7.726, P<0.05) levels of PRL in PPF group were significantly decreased compared with those in the control group. Conclusion:The behaviors of holding back, nesting and licking offspring are decreased in postnatal fatigued rats. This may be related to the decreased expression of OxtPVH and PRL in hypothalamus of female rats.
