ObjectiveTo observe the effects of the Fuyuan Tongluo prescription （composed of Astragali Radix， Carthami Flos， Spatholobi Caulis， Liquidambaris Fructus， Lycopodii Herba， Centellae Herba， etc.） in the treatment of restenosis with collateral obstruction syndrome after interventional operation of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans， and its impact on the primary patency rate. MethodsA total of 88 patients with collateral obstruction syndrome after interventional surgery for lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （n₁=44） received dual antiplatelet therapy with aspirin and clopidogrel. The observation group （n₂=44） was treated with Fuyuan Tongluo prescription non-decocted granules in addition to aspirin and clopidogrel. Both groups received treatment for 24 weeks and were followed up for 36 weeks. The changes in primary patency rate， symptom scores， ankle-brachial index （ABI）， coagulation function， and inflammatory markers before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. ResultsFor primary patency rate， after 36 weeks of treatment， the observation group had a significantly better primary patency rate than the control group （χ²=4.14，P<0.05）. After 24 weeks of treatment， there was no significant difference in primary patency rate between the two groups. Clinical efficacy comparison： Based on symptom quantification scores， and using the Nimodipine method as a reference， the overall efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group after 24 weeks of treatment （χ²=2.24，P<0.05）. ABI levels： The observation group had a higher ABI than the control group after 24 and 36 weeks of treatment （P<0.05）. Coagulation function indicators： After 24 and 36 weeks of treatment， D-dimer and fibrinogen levels in both groups were lower than before treatment （P<0.05）. Inflammatory markers： After 24 and 36 weeks of treatment， CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. There were no significant differences in white blood cell （WBC） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） levels before and after treatment between the two groups. ConclusionAdding Fuyuan Tongluo prescription non-decocted granules to dual antiplatelet therapy can improve the primary patency rate of the affected vessels in patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans after interventional surgery. Longer use of Fuyuan Tongluo prescription can significantly improve clinical symptoms， demonstrating clinical application value.

ObjectiveTo clarify the anti-inflammatory and lung-protective effects of Yantiao prescription on lipopolysaccharide （LPS）-induced acute lung injury （ALI）， and to explore the impact of Yantiao prescription on the metabolic pathways of arachidonic acid （AA） in vivo. MethodsThirty male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into the following groups based on body weight： normal group， model group， dexamethasone group （2 mg·kg^-1）， low-dose Yantiao prescription group （18 g·kg^-1）， and high-dose Yantiao prescription group （36 g·kg^-1）， with 6 mice in each group. The ALI mouse model was established by intraperitoneal injection of LPS. The treatment groups received oral gavage once a day for 7 consecutive days， and serum and lung tissue were collected at the end of the experiment. The content of pro-inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）， interleukin-1β （IL-1β）， and interleukin-6 （IL-6） in serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Hematoxylin-eosin （HE） staining was used to assess lung tissue pathology. The wet/dry weight ratio （W/D） and myeloperoxidase （MPO） activity in lung tissue were measured. The content of AA metabolites in serum and lung tissue was measured by liquid chromatography triple quadrupole-mass spectrometry （LC-MS/MS）. ResultsCompared with the conditions in the normal group， the content of serum pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α， IL-1β， and IL-6 in the model group was significantly increased （P<0.01）. The alveolar structure in mice was severely damaged， with markedly thickened alveolar walls and extensive inflammatory cell infiltration. The W/D ratio and MPO activity in lung tissue were significantly increased （P<0.01）. The content of AA metabolites， including prostaglandin D₂ （PGD₂）， prostaglandin E₂ （PGE₂）， 11（S）-hydroxy-eicosatetraenoic acid ［11（S）-HETE］， and 5-hydroxy-eicosatetraenoic acid （5-HETE） in serum and lung tissue was significantly increased （P<0.05）， while the content of 11，12-epoxyeicosatrienoic acid （11，12-EET） and 14，15-epoxyeicosatrienoic acid （14，15-EET） in serum was significantly decreased （P<0.01）. Compared with the results in the model group， the content of serum pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α， IL-1β， and IL-6 in the dexamethasone group， low-dose Yantiao prescription group， and high-dose Yantiao prescription group was significantly reduced （P<0.05）. Mild thickening of alveolar walls， scattered inflammatory cell infiltration， and relatively intact tissue structure with improved alveolar architecture were observed. The W/D ratio and MPO activity in lung tissue were significantly reduced （P<0.01）. The content of AA metabolites PGD₂， PGE₂， 11（S）-HETE， and 5-HETE in serum from the dexamethasone group was significantly decreased （P<0.05）， while the content of 14，15-EET in serum significantly increased （P<0.01）， and the content of 5-HETE in lung tissue significantly decreased （P<0.01）. In the low-dose and high-dose Yantiao prescription groups， the content of AA metabolites PGD₂， PGE₂， 11（S）-HETE， and 5-HETE in serum and lung tissue was significantly decreased （P<0.05）， while the content of 11，12-EET in both serum and lung tissue was significantly increased （P<0.05）. ConclusionYantiao prescription has significant protective effects against LPS-induced ALI， which are related to its regulation of AA metabolic pathways in vivo.

ObjectiveTo investigate the analgesic effect of Tuina at the "Weizhong （BL 40）" on neuropathic pain in a rat model of chronic constriction injury （CCI） of the sciatic nerve and its potential central spinal mechanisms. MethodsThirty-two Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups （8 rats in each group）， sham-operated group， model group， Tuina group， and blockade group. The CCI model was established in the model group， Tuina group， and the blockade group by ligating the sciatic nerve with catgut， while the sham-operated group underwent only sciatic nerve exposure without ligation. From postoperative day 4 to day 14， rats in the Tuina group and the blockade group received Tuina manipulation at the "Weizhong （BL 40）" using a dynamic pressure distribution measurement system （5 N pressure， 2 Hz frequency， 10 min per session， once daily）. The blockade group also received intraperitoneal injections of the microglial inhibitor minocycline （10 mg/kg） once daily. The sham-operated and the model group underwent the same handling and fixation as the Tuina group without actual Tuina. Mechanical withdrawal threshold （MWT） and paw withdrawal latency （PWL） were measured before surgery and on day 3， 7， 10， and 14 post-surgery. Transmission electron microscopy was used to evaluate sciatic nerve injury and repair， measuring axon diameter and total myelinated fiber diameter to calculate the g-ratio. Western Blotting was performed to detect the protein levels of ionized calcium-binding adapter molecule 1 （Iba-1）， CD206， CD68， interleukin-10 （IL-10）， and β-endorphin （β-EP） precursor pro-opiomelanocortin （POMC） in the ipsilateral spinal dorsal horn. ResultsCompared with the sham-operated group， the model group showed significantly reduced MWT and PWL on day 3， 7， 10， and 14 （P＜0.01）. Compared with the model group， the Tuina group and the blockade group showed increased MWT and PWL on day 10 and 14 （P＜0.05）. Compared with the Tuina group， the blockade group exhibited higher MWT on day 7， 10， and 14， and higher PWL on day 10 （P＜0.05）. Sciatic nerve pathological morphology revealed intact and well-structured myelin in the sham-operated group， while the model group exhibited myelin collapse， distortion， and myelin ovoid formation. The Tuina group displayed partially irregular myelin with occasional myelin collapse， whereas the blockade group exhibited partial myelin irregularities and phospholipid shedding. Compared with the sham-operated group， the model group showed a decreased g-ratio and increased levels of Iba-1 and CD68 in the spinal dorsal horn （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. Compared with the model group， the Tuina group and the blockade group exhibited an increased g-ratio and reduced Iba-1 and CD68 levels. Additionally， the Tuina group showed elevated levels of CD206， IL-10， and POMC， whereas the blockade group had decreased CD206 levels （P＜0.05）. ConclusionTuina at "Weizhong （BL 40）" alleviates neuropathic pain in CCI rats， potentially by regulating microglial activation in the spinal cord， inhibiting M1 polarization while promoting M2 polarization， and activating the IL-10/β-EP pathway to exert analgesic effects.

Objective:To evaluate the predictive value of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) level for the clinical response and imaging response to anal fistula in patients with perianal fistulizing Crohn′s disease (PFCD) treated with ustekinumab (UST).Methods:From October 1, 2021 to June 30, 2023, 80 patients with active PFCD who received UST treatment at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were retrospectively collected. Harvey-Bradshaw index (HBI) was applied to evaluate the clinical activity of PFCD patients. Perianal disease activity index (PDAI) were used to evaluate the clinical outcomes of anal fistula and pelvic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were used to evaluate the imaging outcomes of anal fistula. Serum 25(OH)D levels were examined at week 0, 8, 16, and 24 after UST treatment. Binary logistic regression models were performed to analyze the relationship between the baseline serum 25(OH)D level and the clinical pathological characteristics. And the correlation between the serum 25(OH)D level and the clinical response to anal fistula at week 8 after UST treatment was analyzed. The relationship between clinical response and imaging response to anal fistula at week 24 was also analyzed. R software was employed to draw nomograms and calculate the C-index. Independent sample t test and chi-square test were used for statistical comparison. Results:Multifactorial binary logistic regression analysis showed that the baseline level of serum 25(OH)D was independently correlated with the baseline HBI and baseline PDAI in PFCD patients ( OR=1.45, 95% confidence interval (95% CI) 1.08 to 1.95, P=0.014; OR=1.39, 95% CI 1.01 to 1.92, P=0.042). At week 8 after UST treatment, the serum 25(OH)D level of patients with clinical response to fistula was higher than that of patients without clinical response ((21.77±6.17) μg/L vs. (16.72±6.39) μg/L), while the baseline PDAI was lower than that of patients without response (6.88±2.15 vs. 8.06±2.14), and the proportions of patients with previous failure of biologic therapy and with complex anal fistula were also lower than those of patients without response (42.4%, 14/33 vs. 66.0%, 31/47; 57.6%, 19/33 vs. 78.7%, 37/47), and the differences were statistically significant ( t=3.53 and 2.43, χ2=4.36 and 4.13; P=0.002, 0.022, 0.039 and 0.045). At week 24 after UST treatment, the serum level of 25(OH)D in patients with imaging response was higher than that in patients without response ((22.48±5.81) μg/L vs. (16.66±6.34) μg/L), and the proportion of patients with previous failure of biologic therapy and the proportion of patients with complex anal fistula was lower than that in patients without response (40.0%, 20/50 vs. 12/15; 60.0%, 30/50 vs. 14/15), and all the differences were statistically significant ( t=3.33, χ2=7.39 and 5.86; P=0.004, 0.011 and 0.038). Multifactorial binary logistic regression model analysis showed that the average serum 25(OH)D level and previous failure of biological therapy were 2 independent factors of clinical response to anal fistula at week 8 after UST treatment ( OR=1.11, 95% CI 1.02 to 1.21, P=0.012; OR=0.34, 95% CI 0.12 to 0.97, P=0.043), which were also 2 independent factors of clinical response to anal fistula ( OR=1.14, 95% CI 1.05 to 1.24, P=0.002; OR=0.30, 95% CI 0.11 to 0.89, P=0.029) and imaging response to anal fistula ( OR=1.20, 95% CI 1.05 to 1.36, P=0.006; OR=0.11, 95% CI 0.02 to 0.58, P=0.009) at week 24 after UST treatment. The nomograms showed the C-indexes of the clinical response to anal fistula at week 8 and week 24 after UST treatment were 0.78 (95% CI 0.68 to 0.89) and 0.76 (95% CI 0.64 to 0.87), respectively. The C-index of imaging response at week 24 after UST treatment was 0.85 (95% CI 0.76 to 0.95). Conclusions:In PFCD patients treated with UST, serum 25(OH)D levels and previous failure of biological therapy may independently affect the clinical response to anal fistula at week 8 and 24 after UST treatment, as well as the imaging response to anal fistula at week 24 after UST treatment.

Objective To analyze the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and preliminarily investigate the correlation between serum 25(OH)D level and metabolic indicators such as glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and pancreatic islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 459 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology,Xinxiang First People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Clinical data of the patients were collected,including gender,age,serum 25(OH)D,fasting insulin,C-peptide,HbA1c,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,urinary microalbumin,urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio,blood calcium,blood uric acid(UA),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TCH),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),and high-density lipoprotein(HDL).According to the serum 25(OH)D level,the patients were divided into sufficient group[n=20,25(OH)D≥30 μg·L-1],insufficient group[n=95,20 μg·L-125(OH)D＜30 μg·L-1],deficient group[n=231,10 μg·L-1 ≤25(OH)D＜20 μg·L-1],and severely deficient group[n=113,25(OH)D＜10 μg·L-1].Differences in metabolic indicators of patients in the four groups were compared,and the correlation between 25(OH)D level and metabolic indicators was analyzed by using the Pearson correlation.Results The serum 25(OH)D level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was 3.00-46.59(15.75±0.35)μg·L-1;the serum 25(OH)D level of male patients was significantly higher than that of female patients(P＜0.05).The prevalence of 25(OH)D deficiency in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was 74.9％(344/459).The 25(OH)D deficiency mainly occurred in January,February,March,April,November,and December.Patients in the insufficient,deficient,and severely deficient groups had significantly higher HbA1c levels than those in the sufficient group(P＜0.05),and the HbA1c levels of patients in the deficient and severely deficient groups were significantly higher than those in the insufficient group(P＜0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the HbA1c level between the deficient group and the severely deficient group(P＞0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose between the sufficient group and insufficient group,and between the deficient group and severely deficient group(P＞0.05);fasting blood glucose of patients in the deficient and severely deficient groups was significantly higher than that in the sufficient and insufficient groups(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in fasting insulin,urinary microalbumin,daily total urinary albumin,and urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio of patients among the sufficient,insufficient,and deficient groups(P＞0.05);the fasting insulin of patients in the severely deficient group was significantly lower than that in the sufficient,insufficient,and deficient groups(P＜0.05);the urinary microalbumin,daily total urinary albumin,and urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio of patients in the severely deficient group were significantly higher than those in the sufficient,insufficient,and deficient groups(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),serum albumin,blood creatinine,1-hour postprandial blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,3-hour postprandial blood glucose,fasting C-peptide,1-hour postprandial C-peptide,2-hour postprandial C-peptide,3-hour postprandial C-peptide,TG,TCH,LDL,HDL,blood UA,and blood calcium of patients among the four groups(P＞0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum 25(OH)D levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were negatively correlated with HbA1c,urinary microalbumin,and urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio(r=-0.093,-0.166,-0.157;P＜0.05),and positively correlated with fasting insulin(r=0.089,P＜0.05).Serum 25(OH)D levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus had no correlation with fasting blood glucose,HOMA-IR,serum albumin,blood creatinine,1-hour postprandial blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,3-hour postprandial blood glucose,fasting C-peptide,1-hour postprandial C-peptide,2-hour postprandial C-peptide,3-hour postprandial C-peptide,TG,TCH,LDL,HDL,blood UA,and blood calcium(P＞0.05).Conclusion 25(OH)D deficiency and insufficiency are common in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,especially in female patients.In patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,25(OH)D level is positively correlated with fasting insulin and negatively correlated with HbAlc,urinary microalbumin,and urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio.25(OH)D deficiency in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is mainly distributed in January,February,March,April,November,and December.

Objective:To conduct a systematic evaluation of prognostic factors for retreatment of esophageal cancer patients with locoregional recurrence after radical chemoradiotherapy, and provide a clinical reference for selecting individualized retreatment schemes and improving their survival.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 85 patients with esophageal cancer who experienced locoregional recurrence at least 1 year after radical radiotherapy or chemotherapy at the Department of Radiation Oncology in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2008 to December 2017. The effects of different nutritional and immune status and retreatment schemes on survival were compared, and the prognostic factors for retreatment were subjected to comprehensive subgroup analysis.Results:As of December 2021, the follow-up rate for all patients was 93%. The 1-, 2-, 3-, and 5-year overall survival rates of all patients after retreatment were 31.5%, 18.6%, 10.6%, and 6.6%, respectively. For patients who received radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy, the 1-, 2-, 3-, and 5-year overall survival rates were 36.8%, 22.3%, 13.0% and 9.3%, respectively. Multivariable analysis showed that the time interval between the first treatment and recurrence, the retreatment schemes after recurrence, the level of serum albumin before retreatment, and the prognostic nutritional index before retreatment were independent prognostic factors for survival after retreatment ( P<0.05). Subgroup analysis was performed on the combinations of peripheral blood hemoglobin level, albumin level, and prognostic nutritional index before retreatment, as well as systemic immune inflammation index and short-term curative effect after retreatment. The results showed that the comprehensive analysis of blood routine and serum albumin indicators could accurately predict the survival after retreatment. Conclusions:The nutritional and immune status of patients with locoregional recurrence of esophageal cancer after chemoradiotherapy can be used to predict the prognosis of retreatment. The time interval between the first treatment and recurrence and the retreatment scheme significantly affect the survival after retreatment. The retreatment scheme should be rigorously evaluated and appropriately selected to improve the benefit-risk ratio.

Objective To observe the intervention effect of acupuncture at"Zusanli"(ST36)or"Neiguan"(PC6)on the ulcerative colitis(UC)model mice.And to analyze the similarities and differences of gene transcription expression between the diseased colon and the non-diseased heart after acupuncture intervention by using transcriptomics,to explore whether there are efficacy differences between the two acupoints.Methods The UC mouse model was established by inducing dextran sulfate sodium salt(DSS).After successful modeling,the mice were randomly divided into model group,Zusanli group,and Neiguan group,with 9 mice in each group.Zusanli group and Neiguan group intervened with acupuncture at"Zusanli"and"Neiguan",respectively,30 min each time,once a day,for 5 consecutive days.The control and model groups were only bound without acupuncture.Observe the general situation of mice in each group,calculate the disease activity index(DAI),observe the morphological changes of colon tissue by HE staining.Use transcriptome sequencing technology to sequence and biologically analyze the colon tissue of mice in each group,and compare and study whether the two acupoints have differences in acupoint efficacy from the perspective of diseased tissue.At the same time,take the heart tissues of each group for comparative analysis,and discuss whether the effects of the two acupoints are different from the perspective of non-diseased tissue.Results Compared with control group,the DAI score of the model group increased significantly(P<0.001),and HE staining results showed significant pathological damage;after acupuncture at Zusanli or Neiguan,the DAI scores of UC mice were reduced considerably(P<0.05),and the pathological damage was significantly improved.The results of transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis showed that the effects of acupuncture at Zusanli or Neiguan on the colon of diseased tissue involved multiple genes,and 825 differential genes with similar changes(co-DEGs)were mainly enriched in white blood cells and chemokine pathways;there were 168 differentially expressed genes(ST36 only-DEGs)affected only by Zusanli,which were enriched to gastric acid secretion and other pathways;there were 325 differentially expressed genes(PC6 only-DEGs)only affected by Neiguan,which were enriched in cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction and other pathways.There were 95 co-DEGs in the heart of non-diseased tissue,which were mainly enriched in positive regulation of defense response and response to interleukin-1;there were 28 ST36 only-DEGs;there were114 PC6 only-DEGs,which were enriched in cardiovascular diseases and other pathways.Conclusion Acupuncture of"Zusanli"and"Neiguan"could improve UC mice's symptoms and pathological colon changes.However,through transcriptomic analysis,it was found that the two acupoints had differences in gene transcription effects on the colon of diseased tissue and the heart of non-diseased tissue,suggesting that acupoints with different distribution positions had some similarities in macro efficacy.Still,there were some differences at a micro level.

Objective To explore the effects of different acupoints,different target organs,and different interventions on acupoint efficacy based on ACU&MOX-DATA platform;To illustrate and visualize whether the above factors have the characteristics of"specific effect"or"common effect"of acupoint efficacy.Methods The multi-source heterogeneous data were integrated from the original omics data and public omics data.After standardization,differential gene analysis,disease pathology network analysis,and enrichment analysis were performed using Batch Search and Stimulation Mode modules in ACU&MOX-DATA platform under the conditions of different acupoints,different target organs,and different interventions.Results Under the same disease state and the same intervention,there were differences in effects among different acupoints;under the same disease state,the same acupoint and intervention,the responses produced by different target organs were not completely consistent;under the same disease state and acupoint,there were differences in effects among different intervention measures.Conclusion Based on the analysis of ACU&MOX-DATA platform,it is preliminary clear that acupoints,target organs,and interventions are the key factors affecting acupoint efficacy.Meanwhile,the above results have indicated that there are specific or common regulatory characteristics of acupoint efficacy.Applying ACU&MOX-DATA platform to analyze and visualize the critical scientific problems in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion can provide references for deepening acupoint cognition,guiding clinical acupoint selection,and improving clinical efficacy.

Objective To investigate the effects of β-caryophyllene(BCP)on the browning of white adipose tissue in obese mice and the related mechanisms.Methods An obese mouse model was established via intraperitoneal injection of a high-fat diet supplemented with propylthiouracil saline solution[14.4 mg/(kg·d)]in male Kun-ming mice.Obesity model mice were randomly divided into a model group(Model group)and a BCP administra-tion group(BCP-50 group);normal diet mice were set up as a control group(Control group),with 8 mice in each group.BCP administration was given by gavage at a dose of 50 mg/kg once in the morning and once in the evening in the BCP-administered group,while the rest of the group was administered by gavage with aqueous solution of Tween 80 for 4 weeks.The oral glucose tolerance test was performed at the end of 4-week administration,and mice were executed after overnight fasting at the end of the experiment,and blood samples and adipose tissues were rap-idly collected for subsequent experimental tests.The kit was used to detect serological-related indexes;hematoxy-lin-eosin staining was conducted to observe the morphology of adipose tissue;immunohistochemical staining was carried out to observe the expression of uncoupling protein 1(UCP1)in adipose tissue;Western blot was employed to detect expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator1-α(PGC1α),peroxisome prolifera-tor-activated receptor γ(PPARγ),UCP1 and cannabinoid receptor 2(CNR2)proteins in epididymal white adi-pose(eWAT).Results Compared with the model group,the body mass of obese mice in the BCP-50 group was significantly reduced(P＜0.05),food intake was decreased(P＜0.01),insulin resistance was improved(P＜0.000 1),and the serum content of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and nonesterified fatty acid(NE-FA)in the obese mice was significantly reduced(P＜0.000 1 and P＜0.01).Total cholesterol(TC),triglycer-ide(TG),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)contents did not change significantly.In addition,the adiposity coefficient and eWAT specific gravity of obese mice in the BCP-50 group were significantly decreased(P＜0.05);the adipocytes in eWAT and BAT were reduced;and the expression of the UCP1 protein was signifi-cantly elevated(P＜0.01 and P＜0.05).In addition to UCP1,the expression levels of PGC1α,PPARγ,and CNR2 proteins in the eWAT of obese mice in the BCP-50 group were also significantly elevated(P＜0.01,P＜0.05,and P＜0.001).Conclusion β-caryophyllene promotes white adipose tissue browning through up-regula-ting PPARγ/PGC-1α/UCP1 pathway expression,thus improving obesity.
