1.Standardized training of anesthesia nurses assigned to operation rooms and thinking on the problem

Objective To provide experience of others and thinking for the standardized training of anesthesia nurses under current domestic system, through the introduction to the current training status in our hospital.Methods In accordance with the rec-ommendations specified in"the Duties and Working Procedures of China Surgical Anesthesia Nurses ( Draft)", our hospital actively de-veloped the training scheme of surgical anesthesia nurses.Through the format of training combined with assessment, training of anesthe-sia nurses was conducted according to their levels.Results After about 3 years of theoretical and clinical practice training, the anesthe-sia nurses of our Department had developed into a relatively independent team with strong specialized skills, which could provide relia-ble support for anesthesia nursing in operation rooms.Conclusion Standardized training of surgical nurse anesthetists was imperative under the present circumstances.However, to cultivate a batch of professional personnel who could adapt to our operation room anesthe-sia nursing was still a problem that was worth our further thinking and exploration.
2.Correlation of expressed TopoⅡ? and Ki-67 with the prognosis of uterine sarcoma

25%) and low LI groups (positive cell rate ≤25%) of TopoⅡ? and Ki-67. However, in high LI groups, the overall survival rate was lower than those in low LI groups (P=0.002, P=0.004, Log-Rank test), the volume of recurred masses was bigger (P=0.005, P=0.000) and recurrence time was shorter (P=0.000, P=0.000) than those in low LI groups. There existed a significant linear correlation between the expressions of TopoⅡ? and Ki-67 (r=0.935 5, P=0.000). The expressions of TopoⅡ? and Ki-67 were related with pathological category and staging (P0.05). Conclusions Both TopoⅡ? and Ki-67 could be used as specific markers of cell proliferation, but the specificity of TopoⅡ? might be higher than that of Ki-67 in accurately reflecting the cell proliferation. TopoⅡ?, combined with pathological category and staging, may play an important role in prognostic prediction of uterine sarcoma.
