Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lingnan fire needling in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with plaque psoriasis admitted to Bao'an Hospital of Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to January 2023 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given Lingnan fire needling for treatment,and the control group was given topical application of Calcipotriol Ointment.The course of treatment covered eight weeks continuously.After eight weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the changes of Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI)scores and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)scores,as well as the diameter of glomus under dermoscopy of the patients in the two groups were observed before the treatment and after 2,4,6,and 8 weeks of treatment.Changes in Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7)scores before treatment and after 2,4,6,and 8 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results(1)After 2,4,6 and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of PASI,DLQI and GAD-7 of patients in the two groups were improved significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The cured and markedly rate of the observation group was 86.67%(26/30);and that of the control group was 66.67%(20/30).The efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After 2,4,6,and 8 weeks of treatment,the diameter of glomus under dermoscopy of the patients in the two groups were improved significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lingnan fire needling therapy for plaque psoriasis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,relieve the anxiety symptoms induced by skin lesions and itching,so as to improve their quality of life.

Objective: To analyze and summarize the ultrasonographic features of fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma (FLHCC). Methods: The ultrasound images were retrospectively analyzed in 23 FLHCC cases which were confirmed by pathology, including the size, echogenicity, boundary and other features on gray scale ultrasound, color Doppler flow imaging and enhancement patterns on contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS). Results: Twenty-three patients had 23 lesions of FLHCC. The average age was (40.0±17.1) (15-77) years old and among them 3 cases had liver cirrhosis(13.0%). The maximum diameter of FLHCC lesions was 2.5-16.7 cm and the average was (7.2±4.3)cm. On gray scale ultrasound, 82.6% (19/23) lesions were hypoechoic, 78.3% (18/23) lesions showed cord-like or sheet-like hyperechoic area and 47.8% (11/23) lesions displayed strip-like echogenic attenuation in the center, with calcification in 17.4% (4/23) lesions. There were 91.3% (21/23) lesions showed peripheral and internal rich color flow signals on color Doppler flow imaging and 60.9% (14/23) with subcapsular thick blood vessels. All 8 FLHCC lesions displayed early and hyper-enhancement in the arterial phase and wash-out in the portal and delayed phases on CEUS. Internal nonenhanced scar-like area was appeared in all lesions on CEUS. Conclusions Patients with FLHCC are mostly young and few with liver cirrhosis. Ultrasonographic features are characterized by relatively large-sized mass with internal acoustic attenuation or calcification on gray scale ultrasound and hypervascularity with central scar on CEUS.

Objective: To understand the medication compliance of inpatients with essential hypertension, analyze the influencing factors in medication compliance of the patients and perform the targeted medication education and pharmaceutical care.Methods: Medication education and guide were conducted in 50 cases of patients with essential hypertension based on the main contents in guidelines for prevention of hypertension.Every patient completed regular follow-ups in two months after being recruited.The relevant information about the treatment and medication were collected and analyzed.Results: Through the medication education and pharmaceutical care, the patients had a better understanding on the relevant knowledge of hypertension, rational drug use and treatment.Among the 50 patients, the percentage of completely following the doctor's advice on the hypertension medication was 86%, that of quitting smoking and limiting alcohol was 82%, and that of optimized life way was 78%, and totally 82% of the patients effectively controlled blood pressure or improved markedly when compared with the situation on admission.Conclusion: Medication education and pharmaceutical care conducted by clinical pharmacists is very important for the patients with high blood pressure.It can help patients build a good lifestyle or improve the quality of life by improving the medication compliance of patients, alleviating complications and reducing adverse drug reactions.

Testicular proteoglycan 1 ( SPOCK1 ) , a kind of extracellular matrix glycoprotein, can inhibit the activity of cathepsin and promotes the combination of low affinity for calcium.SPOCK1 is essential to the de-velopment of mammals.It not only regulates cell,and the interactions between cells and matrix are also related to cell migration and proliferation.Currently,SPOCK1is confirmed that expression can promote the occurrence and development of tumor,suggesting it could be a new anti-tumor target.This article is to review SPOCK1 molecular structure,biological function and its relationship with tumor.

Objective To explore the clinical significance of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen level in cervical carcinoma . Methods Sxity-two patients with cervical cancer pathologically proved ,34 cases of benign uterine tumors and 42 cases of CIN were detected plasma DD and Fib levels preoperative , compared with normal control group .Results DD and Fib levels in patients with cervical cancer group were significantly higher than those of control group;With the lesions of cervical cancer malignant degree of plas-ma DD and Fib levels increased;DD and Fib increased cervical cancer occur more frequently in patients with lymph node and distant metastasis .Conclusions Along with the increase of the malignant degree of tumor ,Micro thrombosis or thromboembolism risk increa-ses,In clinical,they can be used as auxiliary index to predict clinical cancer staging and transfer .

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the expression of 12 tumor Markerss in the serum of colon cancer patients by C 12 tumor marker protein chip ,screening most valuable Markers for diagnosis . Methods C12 tumor Marker of protein chips were used for 12 sorts of tumor marker detection among 60 CRC patients and 40 healthy controls ,address the most valuable tumor marker relative to colon cancer and contribution of combinations effect on diagnosis .Result CEA+CA199+CA242+Bete-HCG combination diagnosis has the highest effectivity and diagnosis sensitivity was greatly improved by combination detection .The optimized diagno-sis showed no significant tendency to be correlated with age ,sex,differentiation stage,pathology,Lymph node me-tastasis,clinical stage.Conclusion It is of importance to use sera CEA +CA199+CA242+Bete-HCG detec-tion as markers for colon cancer diagnosis ,which may improve diagnosis efficiency .

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of alcoholic severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods Clinical data of 166 cases of SAP in Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2001 to December 2008 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Cases were divided into alcoholic SAP group (43cases) and control group ( 123 cases) depending on deoholic intake volue whithin 12～48 hours. Age, gender,CT scores, APACHE Ⅱ score, serum glucose, serum triglyceride (TG), serum calcium, serum albumin,morbidity, later infection rate and mortality rate of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in terms of age, but the proportion of male in alcoholic SAP group (39/43) was higher than that in control group (58/123, P<0.01 ). CT score, serum glucose and calcium were not significantly different between the two groups. The APACHEⅡ score and serum TG in alcoholic SAP group [19.16±5.38,(5.06±4.03)mmol/L] were significantly higher than those in control group [16.02±5.09, (3.12±2.95)mmol/L]. The albumenjolevel in alcoholic SAP group (25.23±7.12)g/L) was lower than that in control group [(30.68±8.35 ) g/L, P<0.01]. The incidences of ARDS and upper gastroenterologic bleeding were not significantly different between the two groups. But the incidences of acute kidney failure (44.2%), liver failure (41.9%), heart failure (37.2%), shock (39.5%), infection (27.9%) and mortality (30.2%) in alcoholic SAP were significantly higher than those in control group (26.0%,30.9%, 20.3%, 16.3%,16.3%, 7.3%, P<0.05 or<0.01). Conclusions Males predominates alcoholic SAP patients with high mortality and morbidity. Alcohol abstinence is effective to prevent alcoholic SAP ocurrence.
